Very deep. Very upbeat, while singing of a toxic relationship. Where did they even find that many mannequins, and who came up with the concept of this video? Sometimes a relationship can start out healthy, but something happens that causes suspicion and mistrust, bringing out an inner demon.
We felt the subject matter fitted with this song perfectly, specifically because of that juxtaposition between the upbeat music and the lyrical theme - mirroring how an abuser can appear perfect on the surface as they lure you into a false sense of security. Then they have you! 😩
This made the same impact on me as the very first time l heard Sleep Token. Stunning!

Love your take on this and how much you unravelled from it! Adam is an astonishing lyracist, vocalist, artist and creator, who makes you think more about the art that he creates! @@InSearchOfSun it is amazing! You are super talented. Loved how it had that early 2000s vibe, and how everything was coded, yet still in plain sight. The lyrics take me into the depths of the cost of fame, the mannequins were a reference of fans, the walking dead, and the actually dead. The blurred mask you had on was showing that you were trapped inside while these entities that have taken over you, (or the mask you hide behind) "Ariel" could be a reference to the sky(God )or to an actual human you don't want to drag down with you through these depths. I felt you saying you were going to burn in the flames or hell because of what you know and did, and want to get out but you don't know how before it's too late... So much with the way it was filmed like that's you walking through the back stage in the corridors , or into deep dark places you don't want to be, and the evil that no one sees except for those in the industry. It was a beautiful piece, upbeat yet haunting and telling of the demons and choices you are left with. Just a bit of what I gathered. It's almost 3 am so I'm not as accurate as I would be at an earlier time. I'll update later on with a much longer reply on everything I noticed. For now that's just the tip of the proverbial "iceberg" . I see in the spirit. But right now I'm extremely tired. ( What I do for a living I give prophetic readings to a lot of people in the industry. ) let me know what you think so far? I'm probably only 73 percent accurate now. I would love to see you ready to Sabina , the song is called “Dagestan”. It is originally in Russian but lyrics are on screen. But you don’t need to speak Russian to understand…That song makes me feel home sick for a place I have never been. It speaks to my soul.

I would like to expound on this answer. Trauma bonding is real and happens when we have not healed our old wounds and seek healing from a relationship without knowing how we projecting our trauma onto others. They are both bruised and bent but not broken. The wounded warrior will fight to protect themselves and this creates an unhealthy cycle. It’s ok to not be ok. We can heal the answers are within us. Music can be a healing balm. Also I thought it was interesting that some mannequins are naked and some aren’t. Being naked represents vulnerability. Much love Rosalie!
