When he was doing well his style looked like a sparring partner mentality is best i can describe it , like he said the basics of winning the rounds just not throwing enough maybe down to being anxious of going 12 rounds as he never really looked 100% fit , or it could be just his demeanour and style , seems a good guy 👍

That was sad to watch. Followed Dave for a very long time, and he seems more confused and conflicted than ever. Whilst I love what he has given to the sport, he really needs to stay away. He can't even talk about boxing any more without running a gauntlet of emotions - and if he hasn't processed that on his own over the many career breaks he has had over the years, then he might need to seek therapy.
Like many have said, Dave seems to be a likeable lad but, if he honestly thinks people are going to pay to come and see him after his last outing, I think he's seriously deluded. It was an appalling performance. He was blowing early doors having not done any work. Likewise, if he believes Usyk didn't knock him out when we've all seen the footage of him snoring and stumbling around the ring like he's had twelve Paul Wellers, then again, he's sadly deluded. I get it. I've been knocked out more than once and it can change you. If he dedicates himself to training and boxing, I don't see why he can't challenge for a British title. I'm not sure that has ever been the case, but hopefully this new found maturity he speaks of will make him put the necessary effort in to give himself the best chance. I wish Dave well in whatever he chooses to do and however he chooses to do it, I just hope he doesn't con anyone along the way by not putting in the work when people have invested time and money in him.

I Really like Dave he’s a good guy and says it how it is..But your last bout with Frazer and I said bout and not fight because it wasn’t a fight it was Awful you didn’t want to fight Now you could say it was because you know each other so well and couldn’t really get up for such a fight but I honestly think your hearts not in the game and for me that’s Dangerous in this sport especially in the heavyweights..I understand you trying to make a few quid for your family but if you don’t take this game seriously you can get seriously hurt and your health is more important.
