Eddie is 100% spot on regarding smoking weed, its been a nasty addiction of mine for nearly 20 years, every time I've had a short break from it i feel so much better in my life, relationships, physical health, excelling in work. Just when you think your fine the devil whispers in your ear and then you say do it as a one off and before you know it you're getting high everyday again frying your brain cells away .
