Lowes Kobalt 80V Max battery problem. Doesn't charge.

    Was this ever fixed? Mines having the same issue.

      My battery was faulty, but since it was within the warranty period, I returned it to my local Lowe's (along with my initial purchase receipt) and got a store credit. Then I went online and bought another. The 80V series isn't sold in the local stores. They're online only, so Lowe's would only give me a store credit. I first called warranty support. They took my info and complaint, and gave me an email address to Lowe's post-purchase support to get it all sorted out. The warranty support phone number was on the Lowe's site warranty page of the product I had purchased. I just searched on item number from my original receipt, and clicked on the warranty PDF. Good luck!
