Drone Used for Logging Layouts

How big is the rope that you fly with that thing? Its just used to pull the haywire around with? Is it cost effective enough for a company to buy their own if they had 3-4 swing yarders ?

We use this drone coupled with a skid steer mounted spooling machine we built to fly 1/4” amsteel synthetic rope. We then pull layouts around with the rope or haywire depending on terrain and length of the layout. After using technology like this it would be hard to convince any hooktender to go back to the old way of doing things! 20-30 minutes to string and pull a 3000’ layout..... yes please!
