It's the norm in Ghana! For safety. MOST if not all estates and homes have fences and wiring around them.

The senseless killings that is going on in Chicago, Baltimore, Newark, New York etc is not happening in Africa. Nobody is asking you to go to Africa and invest, please stay wherever you are and enjoy your life. Have you seen the homelessness in San Francisco, Portlad? Etc We don't have homeless in Africa we all sleep on TREES and in the water.
