Hi Vanessa. It was really great to meet you and your husband in the flesh. Myself and Crystal have been your subscribers for a very long time so this was a good experience indeed. Love the Drone Footage, really awesome. Great collaboration and we must surely do it again in the future. Bless
Great to see you here, family. Hope you are well. Blessings to you and your family 🌸🌺🤗
@@Tsiyon11 Thanks
i think there is a big culture different between Ghana and nigeria
Wonderful video Asher. Thank you for willingly sharing all this knowledge with us through this video. Beautiful land and home. I've subscribed to your channel and cannot wait to see the final result
Great house, watching from the States.
this woman has what i call a super husband. superman is a fantasy, this guy is real. He knows everything about everything to keep his family protected, secure and comfortable in the best way possible. I am inspired to have listened to him explain this whole process. wow i am so proud you are African showing us that we can all do it with due deligence
The man also has "a super wife". They complement each other.
@@kingsolomon6074 facts super woman
Yes, very knowledgeable and capable. Quite a big project and very nicely done. I will go to their channel to see the finished home. It is grand.
He has no reservations about calling out who does good work and who does bad work. If he ever needed to, he could start a consulting business with his Uncle to work with people moving to and building in Ghana.
I wish this guy will set up a consultancy on all what is going on, electricity, water etc. Wow I'm just blown away. This video could have been an hour and I would still watch. Good stuff Vanessa
If you watch his channel religiously like I do, you would know that he intends to create a consulting firm at some point.

Very good idea, I will need his expertise on my project.
I’m super impressed by how knowledgeable the husband is. He seems to know just enough about everything going on with the house, Solid guy !
His wife is so sweet, she is from my region of Nigeria. If you ask an electrical engineer to talk about electricity he is likely to bombard you with so much technical information your eyes would glaze over. But Asher really tries to explain it in layman's terms.
Thanks for watching :) What do you think of the longer format?
Hi, this couple had a lot of relevant information to give,so it didn't seem long, lots to show and for us to learn from. My husband and I are also building un Ghana, from london never even been to see the land yet we have finished our foundation, hoping to come early next year after the first floor is finished!
It was very informative! Thank you.
It was great I'm going to build my house just like his
Love it
Impressive.
I just love to hear Vanessa speak: Slowly clearly and deliberately . This guy is a fountain of wisdom. When I come to Ghana this is the man I want to meet.
What an AMAZING BEAUTIFUL COUPLE.. They leave quite an impression. They are patient in their explanations. Her smile is like the Sun. And Kingsley is like the Sky. He KNOWS EVERYTHING
I loved how honest the man was about all the issues Ghana has with professional services. There's still work to be done even with all the great progress Ghana is making in developing.
Yes my dear, I am happy he made this point as c well. We are building in Koforidua and I tell you. This price change, this work is shabby, ..."I can do the work", "no problem", etc,etc and all I can see is money going from our hands and money coming into there hands. It's a BIG issue.. Sadly the moment these "professionals " know you are living abroad they find ways to scheme you.. It's imperative to have someone you trust to help you with this project .... nice video
My fiancée was in Ghana for three years . He is a dr Hubert Hernandez
This house is grand. So grand, I would've gone with double entry doors 😊. I hope this man opens his own consulting business and an electrical school. I appreciate their honesty. So many gloss over the truth when it comes to challenges in Africa. Great job couple!
Wow, another brave couple making it happen... I'm also a Nigerian (Polish/Nigerian), married to a Ghanaian, living in England but considering a move to Ghana. You guys make it look doable... Vanessa, thanks for another great video. Nothing is impossible it seems. :)
Plan plan plan…it is doable.
Every week someone is making the move 🔥
@@BILLIONAIREGH I might join the crowd at some point in time. 👌🏼

Hurry and come. I'm also in UK planning on relocating family to Ghana.
Actually I bought 5 plots in Ghana through a trusted friend, even though there is only one im fighting for now , but all in all, my fruend did well securing my land. Yes, most of our people home are not trusted, especially family members, but I must say, my friend, Winfred Broni, has been phenomenal and TRUSTWORTHY. WINI, GOD BLESS YOU
This is a super long video, yet, i didn't want it to end. I own a construction / interior fit-out company in Doha, Qatar so this video was basically right up my street. I rather liked how super knowledgeable & informative the guy was. Bravo!!!
Same here as I don't watch the end of too many videos, but I was impressed.
I am a Ghanaian also living in Doha. I'm also building and I buy some of my building items in Doha and ship them home. Wishing you all the best. Quite informative video.
Blessing work from London uk 🇰🇪🇬🇧🌏
Thanks
Vanessa I must say that this extraordinary couple have done so much towards making life in Ghana a beautiful one...Kingsley is extremely knowledgeable about so many things! I mean he could really help lots of people who may want to make the move to Ghana, maybe even do consultant work....I was very impressed by all he and Chrystal has done as well as their new home & all they have planned for their property... Great video Vanessa!🥰🥰🥰
There is an expertise in modern home construction, it’s nice to see more and more people acknowledge these challenges so people are more informed and perhaps business opportunities can be created to fill this much needed void. People need facts and reality and not fantasies.
Another great video Vanessa as always.
This gentleman should start a consultancy on how to electrify homes and water systems. Very informative. Sure this video will be used as a resource by those who are thinking of building their own homes. Thank you.

Grand house, friendly couple, and knowledgable husband. They’ve made it their own and admire their plan for self-sufficiency.
To make it my own, I’d put in wood floors in upper level, larger & taller louvred windows. Plus, along with a large vegetable garden, I’d add a zen garden and lots of trees around the house.
I’m very grateful they shared their beautiful home and many thanks for sharing this, Vanessa. Keep up the great work!
I must extend my thanks and appreciation to Vanessa for featuring my favourite house construction channel and couple on her platform. Although l watch A&G's channel religiously, Vanessa presented a holistic birds eye view of the build and flow of the inside of the house, which I had not been privy to heretofore. Additionally, she covered the intricacies of the electrical and water systems, and tied a perfect bow on the presentation, with a discussion on A&G's plans in utilizing aspects of their land. A one fell swoop and all encompassing commentary. Awesome stuff !!

The tile economy in Ghana must be happy ...they love tiles
Great seeing Kingsley and Crystal on your channel. They are wonderful and honest people. Such a fabulous home they are building.
I am an African American and we had our house built by a contractor in America and Mr. Kingsley impressed me much more than our contractor. Such a beautiful couple.
Sir you can start an electronic engineering school in ghana. Or open a consultation, so people that people that are building their houses in ghana can consult you regarding electricity installation etc.
He intends to do so. He referenced this on his channel. You ought to subscribe to his channel and watch his videos.
I like this dude he’s a problem solver he doesn’t let anything get in his way like electric contractors etc.

Very Smart Couple. The Engineer Husband seems to have thought everything through. Excellent content Vanessa.
This was an amazing video. The couple laid out the process of their home building with great clarity and insight. I loved the little detail about wanting to put a guava tree in the rear area for the kids. I hope that everything comes together as they want.
Excellent interview Vanessa. With the home owners knowledge in all expects of building a secure home I would hire him in a heartbeat..Thank you.❤
3 months is a pretty reasonable time in many places it takes much longer. Great video as always and as a building contractor I love this kind of content.
This man is very knowledgeable in almost everything pertaining to building. I've really learnt a lot from this couple.
I like where their heads at. Off grid, aware of the fluorid issue, building partially sustainable. Hat off to them, way to go.
This is quite informative probably one of the most indepth videos I've seen. Compliment to the level of communication between the wife and husband. God bless you.
Thanks very much

This has to be one of ur best videos to date.i learnt a lot from this!!
great video you ask brilliant and instructive questions that we all want to know
Thank you so much for presenting this video. The gentleman seems highly intelligent and knowledgeable about the home building process there. It's a shame that Ghana and so many of the other African nations are making it difficult for those of us who want to return to our motherland. At any rate, the gentleman featured here could probably make a fortune by creating a consulting business by helping those of us who want to return to Africa.
This video is amazing---very informative, insightful; basically a video manual. Medase Vanessa!
