Awesome video! USA here, northwest suburbs of Chicago. That hydrometer would be monitoring fermentation of course but would also help timing of dry hops in NEIPAs, when to close PRV and start spunding, all kinds of things, without having to pull samples. First beer going into that glass is our Key Lime Pie Sour!!
Enjoying the sunshine in Florida, looking to make a citra blood orange IPA. Going to pour a Stout in your fancy glass! I look forward to watching my fermentation logs and knowing how my temp controls are affecting the yeast!
Definitely want to see your meat ageing process. Thinking about that and using salt slabs to dry age. Another informative video, really appreciate your work.
Very cool how the pill pairs the the RAPT fermentation chamber! I won't have anything as fancy but it would be a great addition for me as I love analysing the data and seeing how different brews ferment. I'm from Canada and will use the glass with my next batch which I'm brewing to celebrate the birth of my son! Thanks for the great content!
Like how detailed you videos are, big help for little people. Country of Serbia (europe). Brewing with kveik and want to follow the process. A good old bitter in the glass is what I want.
11:30 is the absolute best advice for the chamber. I couldn't do much with mine until I upper the difference. And thanks to your video for the confidence to do it.
Hey Brad! Big fan of the videos, keep em coming! I'm from the USA, will use the pill to better monitor fermentation temps, and first beer to go in the glass will probably be a hazy ipa. Thanks brother!
As always I enjoyed your video - I have missed you. I do not have the space for the fermentation chamber but I wish I did. It is awesome, and thanks for the overview. Now I want it even more… I live en Denmark. It is cold, windy, and rainy, so the first beer going into your glass will be a strong Belgian Trappist ale to keep me warm and happy. The pill will be used for beer fermenting. Probably mostly Belgian beer styles and some American west coast IPA and amber ales. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and for great content on your channel. Happy brewing everyone.
Thanks for that Bradley. Hope you get some great use out of this unit. All our staff use these in Australia and I think they are really a better option than glycol in my opinion.
I've gotten quite a bit of really good use out of it so far... No plans of stopping using it you'd have to fight me to get it out of the brewery. It is one hell of an option that's for damn sure 🍻
Cocoa Beach Florida here. First beer into that glass would be a west coast IPA. Pill would help me better track fermentation while minimizing risk of oxidation. Brew on! Cheers
USA. To help track my fermentations. I have a Tripel currently fermenting, I made in honor of my son being born- that would be the first beer I drank out of the glass! Great videos as always, cheers. 🍻
Great Video. I live in Scotland in the UK. First beer in the Portly Gentleman glass will be a Hazy IPA. RAPT Pill will be handy to assist with my Home Brewing (mainly 23-25L batches) :)
I live in Wales and the pill hydrometer would be great for letting me know when my pilsner has reached final gravity. It looks a really amazing bit of kit!
Your video helped me on deciding to get a RAPT fermentation chamber today. I'm in the US and going to use the pill to help track the progress of the fermenting beer. The first beer going into the cup is definitely a hazy. Thanks again for the great video!
Good ol Australia, I will definitely be putting the rapt pill in my Sierra Nevada clone and will be the first beer I'll be enjoying from ur excellent glass 👍😁
I'm in Australia. Going to use the pill to have better control and understanding for my fermentation. Going to drink a tropical stout first I think from that great glass!
I'm so happy to see you're back making vids again. You were one of the people that made me jump onto Brewtools wagon especially with your detailed vids. I I've in usa. I would be using the pill for upgrading my fermentations with better gravity measurements and temps. My 1st beer in your glass would be an ESB or tripel depending on when it came😁
You did a great job describing the Rapt systems from your personal experience. I’m in central Calif. Where it gets very hot 19:25 and could certainly benefit from a temp controlled system with a small foot print. Plan on making a carbomb stout when it’s all said and done. Take care my friend.
One from the north here! Denmark to be precise. I’ll use the pill in my kegmenter! And the beer touching the glass first will be my pastry Chokolade stout!
Good to have you back! I'm in the UK and haven't used the Pill before. I'd use it on my next Pilsner. Hoppy pale ale is what i'd put in that glass.cheers!
Hey Bradley glad you are back! I’m in the US (central coast CA) and would use the pill in my kegmenters. I’ve got a spike CF10, I wonder if it would fit in this chamber, surprised at how much I like this thing after your review. I’m pretty committed to avoiding glycol and this thing would really be a slick alternative. Anyhoo, nice glasses I’d be sure to enjoy some Green Cheek hazy IPA in mine, I just got their cans for the first time delish!
Hi Bradley. I’m in France now having moved from New York. I would use the Pill to better track the gravity of the beers I’m producing as I’m slowly moving towards some commercial very small scale brewing. First beer in the glass would be my Sour IPA brewed with Philly Sour Yeast
Man it is good to see these videos again that are not biased when getting free stuff from these manufacturers. Granted I have a Spike Flex+ and I doubt it would fit with the valve on. I would definitely use the pill for fermentation and temp tracking in my fermentors. Also when I do pressure fermented lagers it would be great to keep track of the gravity. I live in the US.
It's crazy how Kegland keeps coming up with new nice products! I'm curious when it'll be available in Germany. The Pill would be a nice addition to my other Kegland Equipment. During my semester abroad in Spain some brewers gave me a recipe of a really nice West Coast IPA which is currently fermenting. So i'd pour "Una Amarga" into that glas :)
Good to have you back with another review. Watching all the way from Sweden where, if I'd be the lucky one, I'd put that pill in the West Coast Pils that's in the BT 150 soon (and that's what I'd put in your glass too). Cheers.
17:00 that’s definitely the most exciting possibility with something like this! It’d be cool if it could run a BrewFather fermentation schedule too. Cheers Bradley!
Haha you haven't seen anything yet Dan. I'm a clamper.. It would be cool to see everything aggregated in one place. As it is the ability to create profiles, is pretty good within the RAPT portal itself.
USA, and I would use it for high abv beer that requires additional sugar feeding during fermentation to keep the yeast healthy. It would be nice to see the SG change without constant hydrometer readings after every addition. As for the glass, depending on what I still have, either my west coast ipa I currently have, or a honey ipa I have fermenting for early spring!
USA! I will use it to ferment a pseudo lager, but I'll be drinking my pale ale with your new beer glass. I've been thinking about getting some of this tech for a while now. I might be able to try this one first
Love the videos. I live in the USA. Just bought my first brewing equipment. The pill will help me monitor and understand the fermentation process. My first brew will be an English pub ale.
Former NorCal brewer here! I live in Utah now and your review of the BeerMKR was what got me into brewing in the first place. The RAPT catalog, especially the Pill, has been a want of mine since they came out! I desperately want to make a whole RAPT catalog in my brewery for ultimate synchronized brewing!! I think the first beer I would put in your glass would be the Dark Lager I brewed to enter into a local competition... My first! Cheers!
Hello, thanks for all your informative videos. Helped me a lot when getthing new equipments. I live in Portugal. I'll use the Pill Hydrometer to keep track off my fermentations from distance, Will throw it in my ss brewtech 1bbl unitank. The first beer in the glass would be my super drinkable chocolate porter. Beeen fine tuning this one for last couple years. Thanks bro
Yes, the review I'd been waiting for! I think I am going to pull the trigger on one of these RAPT fridges finally. I just gave your affiliate link a shot but it seems like the tag in the URL doesn't follow when I click any item on the site. LMK I want to make sure you get your cut. I may just call them and place the order that way to make sure you get the credit? I'm still not sure what fermenters to go with for this thing. I brew wtih a B80 and I normally do 10 gallon batches that I divide into two CraftaBrew Catalyst 6G fermenters. I like doing one plain batch and then either switching up the yeast or adjunct flavoring in the second batch. The Catalysts are ok and a breeze to keep clean, but 2 won't fit in the RAPT fermentation chamber (I measured, they're just a couple inches too tall even if I hack up some custom shelving and use more stubby mason jars for trub catching). Kinda wondering if I could hang 2 miniunis in this bad boy so I could have spunding/gas-in on the top and valve/sightglass/valve setup for trub/hop dump on the bottom of each of those. Might be too right vertically or horizontally for in-fridge work? I'd also need to figure out how to stand them up or hang them with bottom accessories on, though I'm already thinking of some fun side shelf bracket thingies I could fab up. I brew in Chicago and would use the pill to replace an aging Tilt. The first beer I'd put in the PG glass would be a Pliny the Elder clone I just brewed, or maybe a Half Acre Daisy Cutter.
Thank you very much The link does appear to be functioning properly. Honestly not a big deal though. As long as you get a quality product that you want, that's what matters to me 🍻 As far as what unitank to use with it. Honestly, there's a lot of options. A good one might be to start out with the 60 L all rounder. It's pretty cheap and works really good. If you want to go straight stainless we options get far more numerous. It's getting hard to go wrong these days. There are couple I would avoid for sure though🍻
great review of the fermentation chamber they look great , if i was to win i would be using the pill for fermentation and bonding it to the chamber or temp controller from kegland . and most likely use the pill for brewing a white stout ready for the cool winter months of Australia Top stuff again Brad
So good to be getting regular posts from you again (yup blatant fluffing to get one of those pils :-D ). For real though and seems like your getting some great products to try out from a few different brands. I think you should tone down the excitement as it was this that greatly influenced my purchase of a Brewtools all in one system so just stop it for the sake of my marriage! The Kegland fermenter fridge looks like a complete, well thought through bit of kit. Like everything Kegland seem to develop its for the homebrewing community and man are they showing the way! Slowly improving my gear and setup where I see good benefit and a digital hydrometer would be a great addition. Love NEIPA's and with hop creep I would say one of those pils would be ideal for checking that additional fermentation is complete without keep sampling. On that note It would be a nice fruity hazy I would stick in the glass first. Might be predictable but it's those beers, and a COVID lockdown, that got me brewing. Anyway I'm in England and on this Sunday morning its cold and wet (ok no surprise) so hey cheer me up with a Pil & a Glass. Keep up the great video's and honest opinions, Cheers.
Looks like your page has been spammed with a scam. Anyone reading this it looks like a profile has been created with the Portly Gentleman's logo so it looks genuine! dont dial the number. I've just reported the post. And now they have been deleted!
Nice and very informative presentation! My Tilt is growing old and will soon be retired so I am looking for a substitute. Think that a Pill would be nice. And the first pour in the Portly Gentlemen glass will be an hoppy IPA.
Watching from mexico, Ive been starting to watch your reviews on several items since I want to start brewing beer and planning to brew a milk stout. Your videos have been useful in making informed desicions on what to buy. Keep up the good work!
Good to see some usability advancements compared to just converting a fridge. With Spring being here, its time to start making Hellas again and that is what I would use the RAPT Pill in - USA
Keep up the great videos. I'm in the USA, always looking to improve my brews. A RAPT Pill would validate the fermentation progress looking for a steady state FG. I'd fill your glass with my dry Irish stout.
Live in Seattle WA, will use the pill for tracking my fermentation gravity and temp, and first thing I'll pour in the glass is my hefe that's currently fermenting!
Hello from Sweden. Thanx for a nice, fun and informative video. I would use the pill in my kegmenter in one of my fermentation chambers. The first beer in the glass would be a German blackbeer I've made last week.
Well I'm from Canada Manitoba and I guess I'll use it for what ever I pill Hydrometer is used for the most, I'll put a American wheat beer in the glass first. Nice looking fermentation chamber👍 I think it's the best one out there, I could use one that's for sure hopefully I'll get one soon. Cheers 🍻
I am north of you here in Oregon. Would love a Pill as I am in the middle of gathering together the tools to start brewing again. My first beverage in the glass would be my go to NWIPA!!
Awesome review here in the US gonna use that bad boy to monitor gravity to keep track of it know when to diacetyl rest and when it's done gonna pour my Lawnmower Lager in it with spring being here
Very informative video, I just started homebrewing. So have bought the RAPT Temperature Controller Max 10A. 220-240V EU which will be my way of controlling the fermentation process. It must be even more accurate with such a sensor in the fermentation vessel. 😇I want to brew an Amundsen Ink & Dagger IPA. I live in Norway. and preferably toasts with IPA in the glass. Thank you very much for your videos, I learn a lot in a great way. Best regards, Jens
Hey Bradley, thanks for the video! I’m in the USA (Pennsylvania), and I’ve had my eye on the Rapt ecosystem for a little while now (your video may have sold me on the chamber). Currently using a Tilt, which is great, but am interested that the pill hydrometer has both a rechargeable battery and wifi capability. Would also love something that communicates directly with a fermentation chamber. I currently have a Mexican lager that is conditioning for summer, so that would probably be the first beer I’d drink out of a Portly Gentleman glass. Thank you for all the great content, keep the good work!
Great video - A Rapt Fermentation chamber was the wanna be next big upgrade for my HomeBrew setup. I'm in Greece and my beer of choice to go in the glass will be a Helles Lager on a nice hot day.
Another great video! I am homebrewer from Czechia, but love to brew West Coast IPA or some good American IPA (pill would be great for understanding and getting the best from my yeast), so thats what I would drink from that amazing looking glass! Cheers
Awesome video, been eyeing up conical unitanks but cleaning time of all the parts and glycol units puts me off... what a great all in one solution the Rapt Fermentation chamber is... would cost a lot less too. I live downunder in Australia, stoked to have such an innovative company such as Kegland close by. I’d use the pill hydrometer to avoid taking samples to know when to dry hop, save heaps of time not having to clean equipment up... first beer in those cool Bradley glasses would have to be a homebrew pastry stout, cheers 🍻
Morning coffee and a new brewing video release…doesn’t get better than that. Excellent overview of the fermentation chamber. I’ve seen several review videos and I think you’re the first to point out the hose routing and drain basin. Having the RAPT pill tied to the chamber allowing you to not have to pull samples is a great feature. Plus it can be synced to Brewfather so win-win. I’m a U.S. brewer and I think the first beer that’d go in your glassware is a zombie dust clone.
Oh … I live in France and I will use the pill as a back up to the one I already have and perhaps monitor 2 beers in my Ferm chamber… gonna do a BIG MAN Pastry stout and use that in the Portly Gentleman Glass…. And the Sommabitch works is all you needed to say!
What up Brad, The Great State of Texas, USA here, gonna use that RAPT Pill for monitoring my homebrews and the first beer in the glass is gonna be a Bock I'm brewing in the future, have a good one bro and stay frosty, I always enjoy your vids.
I live in the U.S. I'd love try the pill hydrometer in comparison to the tilt hydrometer due the fact that I struggle with receiving the signal from the tilt hydrometer from inside of my stainless steel conical fermenter. Not to mention, to upgrade to the tilt pro costs an arm and a leg! My first beer in the glass will be my currently brewing thiolized neipa that i brewed up with phantasm powder and helio gazer yeast from Omega Yeast Labs. Glad to see you putting out videos again! Cheers!
Fantastic video! This unit looks awesome! I’m in the US and I’ll be using the Pill Hydrometer to replace my Tilts. My whole brewhouse is Kegland outfitted so this would fit right in! First beer going in that great glass would have to be a PROPER lager that I ferment the right way with proper temp control instead of 3470 at room temp. =]
I live in USA. I use a few Kegland products but have not tried the pill or the Rapt. Id use the pill hydrometer for an upcoming brew im planning for a mead and a cider. I have only ever done beer, and I would love to begin branching out to ciders and meads. For the glass I would put a Candy Orange IPA.
Hi man!! I come from Italy, I have been a homebrewer for a few years and I can't wait to move my production from the garage to the house, and this would be a great help when I would have the web connection again. Would be a dream. I would use it inside the new stainless steel fermenter I bought, certainly to make a Hazy IPA or other very hoppy beer. As the first beer in the glass, however, I would probably opt for one of the new arrivals directly from Paris, the "Aimez, Aimez 2023", a Cold IPA with Azacca, Citra and Amarillo from the FAUVES Microbrewery!!! Fingers crossed and hoping to win, HAPPY BEER EVERYONE!!!
Had my eye on this for awhile so this review was perfectly timed. Living in the USA and gonna use the pill to more tightly dial in all my fermentations. Brew a ton of hefe and German styles so always experimenting with temps and final characteristics. That glass would see the first beer of summer for me my Hazy NEIPA Julius clone. Fantastic content keep it coming!
I live in the US. I will use the pill to monitor fermentation in my cheap plastic bucket fermenters. I'm going to be brewing a west coast IPA in the next few weeks. It would look really good in one of your glasses!
Keep up the awesome and informational videos! I am from WA. State USA 🇺🇸 I’ve been brewing for about 5 years now and one of these Pill hydrometers would really help my brewing jump to the next level! Plus my birthday is April 8th so this would make a great gift from you and Kegland! The first beer I would be pouring into that sweet glass would be a Kolsch! 🍻
Great video awesome review I would use the pill to keep track of my fermentation the first beer I would have in that portly gentleman cup would be a stout Glad you back.
I live in the U.S. I would the hydrometer to track my fermentation from beginning to end for better accuracy. I would put an imperial stout in the glass. The Rapt chamber looks cool.
Hey Bradley, I'm in the US. I will use the pill hydrometer to help elevate my brewing from novice to a little less novice. The first beer I would put in the glass is my summer cucumber blonde ale. Keep up the good work!
Great video on an interesting product. Definitely would use the pill to track specific gravity during fermentation. The first beer in the glass would be a Munich Helles.
Awesome review. I might have to pick one up next time I head toward Morebeer. Freight shipping is a killer on these unfortunately. As for the pill I would absolutely use it in one of my saisons now we are heading toward the summer. I would be enjoying a maibock out of the glass while I brewed too. Oh yea, located in the US.
I live in Canada and I’d certainly use the pill in my current fermentation fridge set up. The first beer I’d drink out of the glass would be whatever beer I make with the pill, I’ve got a saison scheduled for my next brew
Hey Bradley! I'm an expat brewer hailing from Germany. I'm just starting my beer brewing journey, though I've been brewing cider for years now and hopefully making a very small production in the next few years. This RAPT pill would do wonders as I start to perfect my recipes because I am also interested in making my own RAPT fermentation keezer as well. The first thing to go into that glass will be a nice and classic Kölsch from Cologne which is about 4 hours train from where I live. Great content as always, and I love the bloopers at the end.
I’m in the USA. Will use the pill to better track and manage my fermentations. The glass will first be filled with my upcoming Kolsch. Thanks for the review. Have been looking at this fermenter for a while. Have wanted a pill and it’s been frustrating that we can’t get them in the states. Hope I can win one.
Love the enthusiasm for yet another great Kegland product! I'm in the USA. Currently, I'm using an iSpindel but would love to add the RAPT Pill to my arsenal. This year, I'm brewing a lot of lagers, so I'm sure a Munich Helles is going to be the first pour in that glass.
Great review of the of the fermentation chamber. Will have to put on my wish list. I live in state of Georgia in the US. I have a Kegland Fermzilla and love it. I am looking to try some new fermentation profiles and would use the Pill to monitor the process so I can make adjustments. The first beer for the Portly Gentleman's glass would be a traditional English Extra Special Bitter (ESB).
Denmark, and I'll use the pill in a fermzilla to follow progression (I have one tilt but two fermenters, curious to compare). The glass will serve a wonderful porter as its first beer.
@@PortlyGentleman Then I hope you whisper "Danish Patrick" into the random comment picker before clicking the button ! Hah. Good to have you back, I've been monitoring the facebook group and youtube for a long time to see when you'd be back.
Great video! That drainage bin underneath is so good, makes for easy cleanup. I would use it to ferment a nice brown ale and the glassware would be great for a nice west coast IPA!!
United states, will use pill hydrometer to track fermentation in my SS brew bucket, czech pilsner will be first pour in the portly gentlemen glass (using side pull faucet)
Hey, great video! I live in Portugal and have been a subscriber for quite a while now. The pill is something that I’ve been wanting to buy but haven’t managed to make it happen. It would be a great addition for my brewery! The beer I would pour in that glass would be a NEIPA! 🍻🍻🍻
Over here in the good ol U.S of A. That chamber looks legit and I really like how it uses less power. I would totally put some hell orhigh watermelon in the portly cup. Looks likerain is coming to an end and the warmth is coming perfect summer sipper. Great content you put out as well!
Great video and have looked at this before. I live in the USA, A little north of Boston. That pill hydrometer would work out great in my lagers to help me pin down when the "D" rest needs to happen. I got to say that glass would look good filled with my Billy B's Harrison Lager. Glad to see you back at it and love the content
Hi Bradley, Excellent and thorough Video as always! It’s always a pleasure to watch them. Would you happen to know if the Rapt Chamber would be able to hold both a 29L and a 59L Kegmenter at the same time if both use a Pressure kit? I’ve found technical drawings of the Kegmenters, but none that show the inside dimensions of the Rapt Chamber. I could figure it out if only I knew what the inside height is at the inside back wall of the chamber from the bottom to the top where it starts to slope upwards. Any chance you have a tape measure and a chamber handy? 😂 Cheers, Oliver Oh and for what it’s worth… I’m writing in from Switzerland, I’d use the Pill in the Rapt Chamber I’m planing to buy, and the beer I’d brew to drink out of the glass would be a proper English golden ale based on some of my favorite ales from my roots back in East Anglia England. 😉🍺
Great video! I appreciate the honest reviews. I'm from the United States and I would use the pill hydrometer exclusively for brewing beer and other fermented libations. The first beer in my Portly Gentleman glass will be my Scottish Export that is currently bubbling away in my fermenter.
Subscribed. Liked. From the USA and my upcoming brew schedule includes an Anchor Steam clone. That is more than likely what I will use the Pill Hydrometer for first and the same will be consumed from the glass.
I love Kegland’s innovation and the fact they keep prices at a reasonable set point and not at a premium point. They make buying stuff so much more wallet friendly. I’ve had my eye on the Pill (every time I see it, it reminds me of an elephant suppository!) for a while but it’s not available in the US which stinks. I would say the pill would work best for me in a Hazy since it will keep me from constantly taking samples and potentially oxygenating the beer. Those pint glasses are sweet too, would pair with a hazy!
That's actually in progress right now 🍻
Very cool how the pill pairs the the RAPT fermentation chamber!

9:44 When are we going to get some information on the smaller version? I'm ready to buy!
United States, Indiana. My MWT lager, glass and pill. I have been watching videos on the pill. I love your videos 😊.
Thank you very much 🍻
I live in Wales and the pill hydrometer would be great for letting me know when my pilsner has reached final gravity. It looks a really amazing bit of kit!
👌
Living in Germany.
Using it for checking the gravity in my fermenter.
First beer to use the glass would be a NEIPA
Hello be nice to use pil on next brew and get that amaizing glass for next brew taste 😊
Your video helped me on deciding to get a RAPT fermentation chamber today.
I'm in the US and going to use the pill to help track the progress of the fermenting beer.
The first beer going into the cup is definitely a hazy.
Thanks again for the great video!
That's awesome, thank you 🍻
Good ol Australia, I will definitely be putting the rapt pill in my Sierra Nevada clone and will be the first beer I'll be enjoying from ur excellent glass 👍😁
Would love to have my dunkel in one of your glasses here in the USA.
That pill would just make life easier and not have to waste beer taking readings.
I hear you there I'm over wasting beer to take a measurement 🍻
Hey sorry I lagged but you are one of the winners my friend. Please email me directly portlygirth@gmail.com
I'm in Australia. Going to use the pill to have better control and understanding for my fermentation. Going to drink a tropical stout first I think from that great glass!
Kegland is making some of the most exciting stuff in the homebrewing space, and this looks like another great one!
Yes, they are my friend. I hope you're doing well 💯 I can't wait 🍻
I'm so happy to see you're back making vids again. You were one of the people that made me jump onto Brewtools wagon especially with your detailed vids.
I I've in usa. I would be using the pill for upgrading my fermentations with better gravity measurements and temps. My 1st beer in your glass would be an ESB or tripel depending on when it came😁
ESB is actually one of my favorites 🍻

Country: United States. Use: keeping tabs on my fermentation schedule. Fill: the first homebrew using the device.
🍻🍻
Great video. First draft for the glass would be a Kolsch which I have in regular production.
I do enjoy Philly sour. How would you like France? I always wanted to go I've never been.
I might be able to try this one first
I’m in the US and I’m looking forward to seeing if the pill is less affected by krausen than the Tilt. I’ll be pouring a Rauchbier…
You won't be disappointed 😳
Love the videos. I live in the USA. Just bought my first brewing equipment. The pill will help me monitor and understand the fermentation process. My first brew will be an English pub ale.
🍻
United States. Im a homebrewer, so brewing. Vanilla creme ale. Its a go to recipe.
My first! Cheers!
That's awesome! 🍻🍻
As long as you get a quality product that you want, that's what matters to me 🍻
As far as what unitank to use with it.
Great video. Now I have to budget that into my fermentation equipment. Thank you
😂🍻
That RAPT pill would work great in my next Munich Helles! Gonna be a ripper here in NJ USA.
I'm actually using one for that style right now 🍻
So good to be getting regular posts from you again (yup blatant fluffing to get one of those pils :-D ).
That's awesome! I don't have many viewers and Mexico at all. Too cool 🍻🍻
Thank you
Live in Seattle WA, will use the pill for tracking my fermentation gravity and temp, and first thing I'll pour in the glass is my hefe that's currently fermenting!
Hefe is good 🍻
Hello from Sweden.
Cheers 🍻
Cheers my friend. The odds of winning are actually not bad at this point. If nothopefully there is wider availability soon 🍻
New Jersey here. Great video! Id use the pill for my nee unitank i purchased and pour a nice hazy into that glass! Btw, love the blooper reel!
Thank you very much. Happy you enjoyed it ☺️🍻
I am north of you here in Oregon. Would love a Pill as I am in the middle of gathering together the tools to start brewing again. My first beverage in the glass would be my go to NWIPA!!
Awesome review here in the US gonna use that bad boy to monitor gravity to keep track of it know when to diacetyl rest and when it's done gonna pour my Lawnmower Lager in it with spring being here
I do love a lawn mower lager
great review of the rapt chamber by kegland. the Rapt pill is an awesome device. would love to pour a nice NEIPA in that glass. live in Canada
Thank you very very much 🍻
Very informative video, I just started homebrewing.
That's awesome!
🎉🎉🎉Hey sorry I lagged but you are one of the winners my friend. Please email me directly portlygirth@gmail.com 🎉🎉🎉
Great video - A Rapt Fermentation chamber was the wanna be next big upgrade for my HomeBrew setup. I'm in Greece and my beer of choice to go in the glass will be a Helles Lager on a nice hot day.
Fantastic review. Ukiah USA. That pill would do my ESB a solid
Nice 🍻
You're definitely lucky to live close to Kegland, pastry stout will do it for me tonight per 🍻
Nice system. I'll use the pill first on an IPA to monitor the SG remotely. In which I'll drink using your glass. I'm in good old Iowa USA.
Sounds like a plan to me 🍻
@Portly Gentleman was the text comment from you Brad? Seems like a spammer trying to get financial information .
That is not me
Oh … I live in France and I will use the pill as a back up to the one I already have and perhaps monitor 2 beers in my Ferm chamber… gonna do a BIG MAN Pastry stout and use that in the Portly Gentleman Glass…. And the Sommabitch works is all you needed to say!
Nice video! Here in the USA, would love to put my own recipe IPA in that glass and would use the hydrometer to brew more beer! Cheers!
What up Brad, The Great State of Texas, USA here, gonna use that RAPT Pill for monitoring my homebrews and the first beer in the glass is gonna be a Bock I'm brewing in the future, have a good one bro and stay frosty, I always enjoy your vids.
Thank you 🍻
Cheers from Italy. I hope to use the rapt pill in my custom-made fermenter 🍺. I see a DIPA going well with your glass. Thanks for the great content.
Thank you very much. It's my pleasure 🍻
From Montana in the US. I think I'll drink my Dementors Delight Imperial Stout
🍻
I live in the U.S. I'd love try the pill hydrometer in comparison to the tilt hydrometer due the fact that I struggle with receiving the signal from the tilt hydrometer from inside of my stainless steel conical fermenter. Not to mention, to upgrade to the tilt pro costs an arm and a leg! My first beer in the glass will be my currently brewing thiolized neipa that i brewed up with phantasm powder and helio gazer yeast from Omega Yeast Labs. Glad to see you putting out videos again! Cheers!
Sounds good to me... And so does the beer 🍻🍻
Hello, love your video. I'm from Italy and would use the rapt pill in my BT unitank fermenter for my next Tropical IPA. Ciao Luca
🍻
I live in USA. I use a few Kegland products but have not tried the pill or the Rapt. Id use the pill hydrometer for an upcoming brew im planning for a mead and a cider. I have only ever done beer, and I would love to begin branching out to ciders and meads. For the glass I would put a Candy Orange IPA.
Kegland is really stepping it up 🍻
Great video - the Fermentation chamber is def on my radar. I'm in Australia, my beer of choice to go in the glass will be a Japanese Lager
Japanese lager that's one of my faves 🍻
Had my eye on this for awhile so this review was perfectly timed. Living in the USA and gonna use the pill to more tightly dial in all my fermentations. Brew a ton of hefe and German styles so always experimenting with temps and final characteristics. That glass would see the first beer of summer for me my Hazy NEIPA Julius clone. Fantastic content keep it coming!
You and me both from the moment they announced it. My interest was peaked and if you get one I think you'll be quite happy 🍻
That sounds pretty good, especially right now it's raining in Northern California..
Thank you. It's good to be back 🍻
I live in the U.S.
I would the hydrometer to track my fermentation from beginning to end for better accuracy. I would put an imperial stout in the glass.
The Rapt chamber looks cool.
Looks like someone is trying to scam watchers while using your logo.
I♥️ESB
Denmark, and I'll use the pill in a fermzilla to follow progression (I have one tilt but two fermenters, curious to compare). The glass will serve a wonderful porter as its first beer.
That's the way to do it 🍻
@@PortlyGentleman Then I hope you whisper "Danish Patrick" into the random comment picker before clicking the button ! Hah. Good to have you back, I've been monitoring the facebook group and youtube for a long time to see when you'd be back.
Great video! That drainage bin underneath is so good, makes for easy cleanup. I would use it to ferment a nice brown ale and the glassware would be great for a nice west coast IPA!!
It definitely does make it easy 🍻
United states, will use pill hydrometer to track fermentation in my SS brew bucket, czech pilsner will be first pour in the portly gentlemen glass (using side pull faucet)
Hey, great video! I live in Portugal and have been a subscriber for quite a while now. The pill is something that I’ve been wanting to buy but haven’t managed to make it happen. It would be a great addition for my brewery! The beer I would pour in that glass would be a NEIPA! 🍻🍻🍻
I've not had a NEIPA in a minute 🍻🤑
Over here in the good ol U.S of A.
That chamber looks legit and I really like how it uses less power. I would totally put some hell orhigh watermelon in the portly cup. Looks likerain is coming to an end and the warmth is coming perfect summer sipper. Great content you put out as well!
Great video and have looked at this before. I live in the USA, A little north of Boston. That pill hydrometer would work out great in my lagers to help me pin down when the "D" rest needs to happen. I got to say that glass would look good filled with my Billy B's Harrison Lager. Glad to see you back at it and love the content
Hi Bradley,
Excellent and thorough Video as always!
Cheers,
Oliver
Oh and for what it’s worth…
I’m writing in from Switzerland, I’d use the Pill in the Rapt Chamber I’m planing to buy, and the beer I’d brew to drink out of the glass would be a proper English golden ale based on some of my favorite ales from my roots back in East Anglia England. 😉🍺
I'm in the US. I would love to try the pill out and see how it compares to my tilt! First beer in the PG glass would be a home-brewed black IPA
🍻
Great video! I appreciate the honest reviews.
I'm from the United States and I would use the pill hydrometer exclusively for brewing beer and other fermented libations.
The first beer in my Portly Gentleman glass will be my Scottish Export that is currently bubbling away in my fermenter.
United States. Using it with my Spike Conical and I plan on brewing a dunkleweizen using White Labs 351 yeast for the first glass fill.
Subscribed. Liked. From the USA and my upcoming brew schedule includes an Anchor Steam clone. That is more than likely what I will use the Pill Hydrometer for first and the same will be consumed from the glass.
Ain't nothing wrong with an anchor steam 🍻
I love Kegland’s innovation and the fact they keep prices at a reasonable set point and not at a premium point. They make buying stuff so much more wallet friendly. I’ve had my eye on the Pill (every time I see it, it reminds me of an elephant suppository!) for a while but it’s not available in the US which stinks. I would say the pill would work best for me in a Hazy since it will keep me from constantly taking samples and potentially oxygenating the beer. Those pint glasses are sweet too, would pair with a hazy!
I hear you there I'm not for taking samples anymore.
@@PortlyGentleman I’m so impatient, I hate waiting. Even got a unitank to help with o2 but I still take too many samples
