Pyro, the biggest point you missed is that the fraud that Holmes committed actually resulted in thousands (maybe tens) of false diagnoses of diseases for people who were in need. Who knows what the full extent of the aftereffects were but it could not have been good. The fact that she never recognizes or apologizes for this is disturbing and shows that she truly did not care about the lives she harmed for her own benefit.
Well she clearly only cares about her self, and thinks she’s smarter than everyone else by playing a persona to manipulate people that she thinks will always fall for it.

The fact that some people don't understand that this is just someone who thinks themselves smarter than everyone else and believes that nobody knows how she's attempting to manipulate them again, is sad. When we hear the word "psychopath" we think of serial killers, cannibals, and people locked away in mental hospitals. In reality, psychopaths are people like Elizabeth Holmes. (I don't know if she's been diagnosed but she has incredibly strong psychopathic traits.)

Sociopaths lack self control and can be far more violent. They also can experience empathy at times.
