I practiced and practiced and practice Vocab and listened to as many Prep Agent webinars as I could. Your flashcards, pre test and audio clip classes were on point! I appreciate your product! When it comes to the riparian/littoral question I just think of riptides with rivers and the sun (a light [being lit]) coming up over the ocean or a lake.
You had talked about buyer buying a house have equitable title and lender have legal title but this is not all correct. You should specify that it is state specific. In WA, buyer have legal title and lender have a lien because we are a lien theory state. The lender do not have the power to sell, they must apply to court to go to foreclosure.
