I literally took the test 4 times and failed every single time. A friend of mine send me a link to your videos I watched them over and over again and i went and took the test, I passed yesterday....thank you very much....God bless you.

In Ohio you can take the test as many times as you want
I watched most of your videos over and over....coupled with reading my text book. Your videos helped me to pass the FL exam the first time!! I think I only got 4 wrong! Thank you soooooooooooo much for posting these videos!!
in what order did you watch the videos
I started with the math videos, then the terminology (definitions). I also checked watched videos made by other people. If you have a class book with sample exams, use them! Download sample exams from other sites, as well. I passed the state exam first try. And I finished it in about an hour. If you really study hard, the exam will be very easy!!!

I passed today guys! My second time! It felt so damn good lol! I failed 3 weeks ago and then I found prep agent and it unlocked everything for me! I started understanding everything. Also his vocabulary videos are key! I watched them repeatedly daily and it helped me with so many questions! Good luck everyone!

Got my exam in 6 days and I am studying all of your videos to prepare myself more. Just want to comment and show appreciation for all of your hard work on simplifying everything and making it easier for people to understand the more complex concepts. Taking the test for the first time I only needed 90 hours but I've easily put in about 175 hours of studying. Let's hope we can get it the first try. You the man!

hello my name is Chelsea i live in lincoln nebraska. iv takin my test twice now, this coming thursday the 27th will be my 3rd time. i took principles and practice and nebraska law for my two 30 hour classes. iv takin a crash course twice. i feel like i have learned more from your videos than all my classes. you explain things in better terms and i like how honest you can be in some of your videos lol. im a lot more confident this time around. thank you for caring enough about all of us trying to pass this test to post videos online. u have been a tremendous resource and i would just like to say thank you! i have and will continue recommending you to others i know trying to pass the test as well. after all who wants to keep spending $150 every test lol. I took the test, after taking the class last year - passed the state, failed the national portion. Took the national again, failed it again. Studied my ass off, and scoured UA-cam for vids to help understand material which led me to your account. Passed the test today! Wish I had known about you man, I would have put my money towards you before taking the class a second time! Excellent no nonsense simplified approach, can't thank you enough for what you post here for FREE!

My fifth grade teacher told me to always go with my first answer unless I knew 100% it's incorrect. Throughout school and college, it's never failed me!

I learned more in these videos then I did with my 100$ online real estate course. And I kept thinking not only is the topics boring but very important and this man was so monotone i swear you just cleared everything up. I wish you so much sucsess because there need to be a course a product like yours. it really is the only video that is like this.. you are great. Also continue using pictures Im a photographer and kept thinking god i wish they showed pictures for example. I would remember so much better, god bless you joe!

I would argue that someone threatening someone else with a gun DOES make it Void, because I wouldn't call that person "capable." If they are holding a gun to someone for a contract they are obviously not of sound mind.. Right?
Joe. On one of the practice test question it said “time of the essence” is on the purchase contract not listing contract , can you confirm which one it’s on or is it on both?

Your webinars are awesome! They have been so helpful. I appreciate your feedback and the examples given to help reiterate definitions. It really helps it all stick! For me, it would help if the questions were read aloud then they try to answer. I guess I am a slow reader because they were answering the questions before I finished reading! I am taking the test again this week for the 4th time. According to me test results, I always do bad in Contracts. I scored 10/17 each time I took the test dealing with Contracts and I miss the passing score 100/109 needed to pass.

Hi Prep Agent, last week i took my Utah R.E Exam and i failed it. I was given a printout of my weak areas and my strong areas. On my General i was 3 points short of a passing, and i just need to brush up on my weak areas, im not worried about General. But my Utah State Exam segment was my part I needed help with; Not only had I ran out of time but the questions about the actual "REPC and Closing statements". Were i had most problems with. The question cuts the screen in half with the actual REP C and Closing statement; Which it has the question to answer with the possible answers. And I feel i could have passed the State part of exam if i had a better understanding of the REP C and Closing statement forms. I loved the video on contract law it definitely helped me out. But The actual understanding of the REP C and Closing Statement forms is my weakness. Do you have a video on those??

i dont know where you came from but I am so glad I stumbled on your site. You are a Godsend.I have been struggling in online school which offers reading material but I need more apparently because I just fail school exam...needless to say TY TY TY and I can not say that enough!
If your talking about a Real Estate Contract, It MUST be in writing. If you are talking about other kinds of contracts maybe. But a Contract of SALE or LEASE must be in Writing.

I did the same, except flip flopped. Passed the TN part, failed the national part by 1 point 🙁 I'm taking it again right now. I'm in the parking lot of the testing center listening to Prep Agent! I hope you ended up passing!

If we use sports terms I see voidable as audible...you have the option to say no to a play and check out or you can go with it cause u see it works

I love your videos thank you! However I think you are mistaken with a minor. All contracts that a minor enters into either as buyer or seller are voidable. Not void.

I read something that said a minor, for example, a 16-year-old could enter into a real estate contract. However, they could hop out at any point of that contract before closing as where an adult couldn't. Is this incorrect?
