I just had my exam 10-13-2023 and I past! I did my mandatory classes elsewhere and was still confused by the end. If it wasn't for Prep Agent I don't think I would of made it through.

9:30 is "fluctuating market condition loan" not the same thing? Would it not Also be the correct answer ?
#5 - B and D are both correct, very misleading. Can you explain? Isnt the buyer still assuming the loan (D)
#5; Answer D would be incorrect bc you do NOT agree to assume the loan. The seller has the existing loan in their name. “Buying subject to” is like a disclosure to me that says that even though the buyer makes ALL the payments, they could still lose if the existing loan (under seller’s name) is not paid.

Honest question? are the questions this simple on the exam? please someone answer with honesty. As you go through the class its understandable, but when you read those test questions its like another language out this world lol
