@@itsjase92got the mob 6 2 days before the air dropped and that was dumb lol it’s given me nothing but issues I did end up getting the air 75 and a 5 in 1 I just thew in a 65 frame
That's a new thing. They've been known, like their name states, for releasing Beta products with loads of bugs, and having the customers debug them! Not great.
Last time I flew whoops I swore them off. 6-7 years ago when brushed whoops where the goto. Horrible dive recovery where out of a dive they just wobble to the ground, tuning issues and Fragile parts. These now look unbelievable in performance.
@@SkyScape4K Both are really great and you could start learning with either one. That being said, I would lean towards the Air65 as it has a smaller footprint and less power and over time you can learn to fly that one indoors as well. I would probably go with the 65 Freestyle version, it's more docile and forgiving than the race version but still an absolute blast. Welcome to the hobby!
I own over 15 quads of all sizes and I’ve never come across a tune anywhere near as good as the one in the air65. It really is a great quad. Durable, flies great and the image from the c03 camera is very good for a micro analog camera.
Do you have the Air 65 freestyle or race version as i am thinking of getting one but don’t know which one too choose as I’m worried the higher kv motors on the racing version will make the tune feel worse
@@cicadafunI've had 2 since they were first available and they are both still flying great after hundreds of batteries inside and outside. I ordered from 2 different places and they have 2 different gyros. One gives me about 30 seconds more flight time. The air65 looks great too, but hadn't been released when I got mine.
It could be. But in all honesty, I'm ready about these board randomly dying. One could imagine the board is too thin and a bit of flex can disconnect a component. Think a bit about it. Both drones are relatively the same weight, despite the Air65 not having the motor plugs and no USB port. How did Happymodel got there, it has to be a thinner AIO. Don't you think? It will be nice to compare weight on both 5-in-1 AIO and check this theory.
I had a board just die from not being used :) Mine all of a sudden doesn't connect to either my radio or transmit any video to my goggles, without crashing or anything...
@nordfpv my Mobula 6 just seems to randomly fall out of the sky mid flight! I wasn’t sure if I was just unlucky or if it was an issue others were having as well!
but does it come back to live later? If yes you may have like a lose connection, maybe a soldering which is not perfectly done. I had one like that on the power cable one (check the negative is the most typical)
What goggles are you running are they HDzero built in ? also what module are you running on the goggles ? I am thinking of going from DJI to Analog because of whoops.
Tricky uses the HDZero goggles with the analog adapter and what looks to be the TBS Fusion analog module. I have a similar setup for my tiny whoops but I use the SpeedyBee analog module instead, which is well priced and on par with the best analog modules available on the market today. I highly recommend it.
I believe his is using his HDZero with an analog module in this video and commonly for flying analog. Those HDZero goggles are a good investment, you can connect a walksnail VRX, a n analog module, and fly HDZero as well!
BetaFPV is doing something about the VTX over power. the new batch of Air65/75 and AIO should have this fix, and that batch as you say should be coming out in October. On the other hand, there's no information at all on happymodel side. We don't know if they are aware of the issue or if they are doing anything about it, but so far that AIO seems fragile.
Your flying style is insane 🔥
So many people make reviews without knowing how to actually fly a drone. This was different. Very clean flying!
For anyone trying to decide - go air65. More durable, cheaper, lighter, less QC issues.
How times have changed. A few years back this phrase would never be even close to true. Selecting BetaFPV over Happymodel because of quality!
@@NordFPV BetaFPV has actually been really good lately, while happyModel has dropped the ball

Yeah. The change is huge. Give it a new try. You may be surprised!
you are such a good pilot, massive props
Tiny whoop skills to pay the bills 💵💵💵💪.
I love my Air65 and Air75, truly a saving grace for the coming winter here in Canada.

Thanks for ur opinion
Great well rounded review, with exceptional quality footage. Loved it!
Thanks! Hopefully we earned a subscription?
@@NordFPV yeah sure did.
My Mobula6 2024 has soldered motors, and I haven't had any problems with the board yet. Maybe because I dropped VTX power to 100 mW, from default 400.
Interesting theory. I hope yours don't suffer any problem!
how long have you had it?

I'm sure you get this question a lot but what are you rates? I dont think theyre that high?
Let’s see if trckyFPV answer you with his actual rates, but yes, they are actually very low, lower than default values.
