Life hack plug the coffee maker in or other high draw appliance and test. I’ve seen this many times with older small appliances that actually fail due to resistance levels
Nice lady. Nice easy job to start the day. I'm in Vermont and soon those cold snowy dark mornings make me lazy to jump out there. Bills keep coming though so gotta get that cup of coffee and hop to it. Hope things are picking up for ya🤩
The rule if you can touch the sink and the plug it needs to be a GFIC . That micro has fuse in it , Screws are on the top front cover come forward fuse by the back on the display .
You have to love the Chinese appliances we get. Made to break and rarely worth repairing. From the sound, she will be having that overhead door opener replaced in the near future too.
I think its code in my area for all kitchen outlets to be GFI outlets. Sure are handy in similar situations. Just press the button and see if it pops again or not.
I was waiting for you to put a hammer on your tester those dam outlet prongs are the dumbest crap I’ve ever seen trying to plug a regular lamp is a nightmare. There’s no more common sense, engineering has become a clown show🤡

Good rule of thumb

Never had trouble with a microwave but did have a controller board in a Frigidaire range blow up…that was fun lol
Holy crap lol 😆
Why a GFCI outlet in a cabinet? no where near the sink?
Cus the microwave serves the counter area

I wish more homeowners respected code.
