He came back and then played this aesthetically impeccable Yaman with Manikrao on the tabla,both in the best of moods and so beautiful. I have heard this hundreds of times and still come to it for its purity. I have the original record with the above story.
Yes this story is on the record cover. It also said that he was going to play Raga Marwa. Right when he finished tuning for Marwa, his mood changes to Yaman
