Loved this one and your side of the story is amazing. Super detailed and sharing your love for food ❤️ 🇱🇹
Thank you very much! I shared the story from chef's perspective so wanted to reveal what you are actually going eat, plus wanted to share more personal insights☺️ I loved all these restaurants!
This is. one of the best and most beautifully filmed videos I have seen on restaurants. Thank you 🙏🏻
Your comment is 👑. thank you! I actually put some much attention to little things and I am gald people appreciate that :)
Brilliant video, thank you 😊
🙏 thank you for watching!
Very interesting...I hope to experience some, maybe all, of these someday...
Hey! thank you! i do hope so too, definitely very interesting experience ☺️
Hi Kris, thanks for such an amazing video. I have a question: where did you enjoy dessert the most?
Hey! thank you very much!☺️ You just gave me a very difficult task 😃 but I think I know - it was Gordon Ramsay's restaurant and chocolate dessert divine!💗 (minute 5:02)
Fabulous Video as Always Kris👌. Stunning food in Amazing places. Happy Belated Birthday 🎂🧁🍾💐🎉🎊. Thanks So Much for Sharing with us All.😀.

Amazing video again! Thanks so much for sharing your experiences in such nice places!
hi Carlos! thank you very much for dropping a comment! nice to hear you liked it 😊
Thanks Kris, for a wonderful tour of some really fine restaurants. Not sure I will ever get to eat in them but I did enjoy seeing the way they plated the dishes. Is there anything you would try to copy at home?
Hey! Thank you very much! Yes it is a very interesting and unique experience, inspiring too! 😊 oh yes I would love to copy many things m, especially Charlotte potato from Core restaurant, that was the best meal all 5 restaurants combined 😊 risotto, little canapés..mmm everything was so delicious 🤍 hope you will try at some point these kind of restaurants too ☺️
@@KrisKazlauskaite the only bad thing about going to these kind of places is you never leave FULL< the portions are so tiny you will still be hungry after 3 small meals, not worth it.
@@petejames1326 in my experience i left very full😊
@@KrisKazlauskaite thats hard to believe, a tiny mouthful of food on a spoon is considered a dish right? so when they say 9 courses, well, most of these courses are like 3 prawns and abit of sauce and a flower petal and thats a dish right?
@@petejames1326 maybe it’s sounds like it’s a tiny portions, I also thought so before dining there, but since they give many courses plus bread&butter, believe me, you don’t leave hungry.
Great video... Interesting to me your question regarding connection with German wine. As an Australian traveling through Europe I found myself whilst in Germany I enjoyed German wine, France, French Wine, Italy, Italian wine, Spain, etc etc... Lebanon, Lebanese wine... They just seemed to suit the food, the culture, the people so well. However, upon returning to Australia and seeking out German, French, Italian wines... They just were not the same (regardless of price point). My conclusion was their handling in transit from Europe to Australia and of course the great company. So alas, now I only drink Australian wine in Australia... I cannot wait until the health crisis is over so I may return to Europe which I adore so much.
hey! yes!! i got a comment from a passionate wine lover!😁 I am not sure why I love german wine so much (maybe my European roots? ), but Italian & central Europe wine seems to satisfy my cravings for something light/fruity/zesty. I never get it wrong with a bottle of riesling. Uhh cannot wait to travel to Australia and try wine from there. 🍇 have not been there yet!😃 my regards to the other part of the world!👋🏻

amazing!
anyway, please upload another video about bakery and the stuff!
gonna love it! ❤❤
Hey Elishabet! Thank you very much! Yes, there will be more bakery related content coming.😊 sometimes I want to show a bit more outside the bakery too :) what particularly you are interested to see? or is there some bun, pastry, bread you wanna know better? ☺️
@@KrisKazlauskaite hahaha yes! sometimes we need to go outside and see the world 😂
anyway I'm still interested about the croissant and its stuff.
if you don't mind please talk about the croissant troubleshooting, which I think it would help us who have trouble with the croissant 😂
and of course just show us your regular video about the baker life in the UK.
sorry if I have lots of requests. but I really do love your channel! since I love to make bread and pastry too! 😂

Hi honey girl Kris all' lovely place and butiful dishes all' so looking very beautiful mouth watering 3 star restaurant all exilant wish happy birthday to you bye Kris
hello! thank you so much! it was brilliant experience!☺️ see you soon!☺️
Dined at Alain Ducasse at the Dorchester for my birthday 2 years back and it wasn’t all that good although the restaurant was absolutely beautiful and our waiter was really welcoming and funny. Will be trying Restaurant at Gordon Ramsay and Core by Clare Smyth next month. Really excited and I hope I won’t be disappointed by the food 😋
do you wanna share what went wrong at Alain Ducasse?
Ohh I am so jealous you are going there, would love to come back again! enjoy every bite 😃 you wont be disappointed👏
@@KrisKazlauskaite Hihi, it wasn’t anything wrong but the taste of the dishes weren’t good and the dishes weren’t creative. In contrast, two star restaurant “the ledbury” was a lot better.
Hey , Kris u are my inspiration as chef , ur video really helped me a lot

Happy 30th birthday! Great video :)
Thank you dear! However, this video is already 1 year old but in my heart will always be 30, no older than that😀😀
beautiful!!!
Thank you Emma!☺️
Awesome vid. Core has been one of my bucket list restaurants for a while now. And I definitely share the same love for Riesling as you. I’m in Germany at the moment and if it’s not a beer I’m drinking, it’s Riesling. Guessing from your accent, are you by any chance from Lithuania?
Hey Jonathan! yes!!! i found Riesling fan! 🍇😃 i love it so much, such a discovery at Hélène Darroze restaurant, bet wine so far! cannot wait to visit Germany myself again and try more rare wines :)) yes, I have a proper lithuanian accent, you guessed that right :)
@@KrisKazlauskaite oh awesome! I really want to visit Lithuania one day, I think it’s a gem that not too many people know about. Which is even more why I’d like to discover and explore the country. Plus the language is so beautiful. Whenever you’re in Germany, stop by so we can share some Riesling :)
@@Jonathan-os2gs agreed 👏😊
and, since we are talking about underrated countries, my husband just made some videos about Lithuania, we recently travelled together so you might find it interesting :))all the best!

Wow.. What an editing😍😍
Thank you so much! Trying to improve with every video ☺️
My recomendation is not to watch this video if you are hungry! 😭This video is very beautiful and full of colours! Thank you! Which restaurant was your favorite?
Ohhh thank you so muck Monika! ❤️ yes i know, sometimes is better to watch this kind of videos for 'dessert' 😃
hmm.. good question, i loved something particular about each video, but probably Core was a very special one, just loved forest thematic, light-white layout, plus Clare Smyth was actually on her shift, i felt like in the Disneyland ☺️
And my recommendation is not to watch this if you are poor, either!
@@food6175 well, in this case dont watch travel channels, cars reviews shows, dont watch videos about high tech producs because you cant afford it anyway😂
Wow, great video. I'm actually looking at having my first 3 star experience if I can get a reservation. Pandemic has made it hard.
Hey! Yeyyy!!! I am excited for you! Which one will you try first? ☺️

Great video, how would you rank them from your favourite......1-5?
Hey Seb! ufff..that's the hard one. I loved something particular in each restaurant so i don't think i can name them in that order, - however- the restaurant I liked the most was 'Core'🌿thank you for your comment!
8:34. Ice cream with what in, sorry? 😅
ice cream with cumin 😁
@@KrisKazlauskaiteHahaaa 😅
@@KrisKazlauskaiteif you could recommend one, 3 Michelin star restaurant and one 2 Michelin star. What would they be?
@@MrPbizzle1 i loved them all but the first one that comes to my mind is Core :)
@@KrisKazlauskaitethank you for your response x
Never been to a 3 Michelin star restaurant but watching the video I'd probably feel guilty, it's like eating a piece of art 😁
Hello! It is indeed pure art! It is not everyday experience but it is quite inspiring to see how much effort goes into every meal and detail. Thank you very much!☺️
Красотка💖
Спасибa😊
I prefer Febo in Amsterdam.
Michelangelo Cuisine.
More details? :)
I like that accent!
Is it Irish???
I love your comment! Thank you😊 no i am not from Ireland, my lovely accent comes from Lithuania 🇱🇹:)
quite the opposite, sorry, I found the accent too strong and not pleasing to my ears
@@SO-rq3pm I have now changed my mind!
After receiving your message I re listened to the video and agree the accent is extremely Flucking annoying
Goes to 3 Michelin restaurant for the first time and orders the vegeterain menu...
It's like having tickets to the Champions league final but choosing some random local team game instead...
Hahah..Hey! 😀I imagine it might look weird to people but I am a vegetarian for quite some time so even at Michelin star restaurants I don’t change my eating habits 😀 many thanks!
It was fascinating. Could you please tell difference between Micheline and normal restaurant?
I don't know much about Micheline star restaurant 😅
Hello, thank you! Well Michelin star restaurants are always tend to be booked a wayyy in advance so you have to check that early; everything they serve is made in a house, I mean all the doughs, ice creams, sauces etc - they dont buy already made stuff; extreme attention to details, service is superb, they always check on you; the environment feels also kind of different, staff is super attentive! :)
Having dined in 20+ michelin-starred restaurant, I'd say the michelin game is becoming a joke - they just hand out stars to too many average places trying to boost the fine-dining scene. Similar to the LVMH game when you pay thousands buying a Gucci bag for same quality as a Zara bag. UA-cam and Instagram added to this kind of fake glamour when people flock to these fancy restaurants just to take photos for showing off at their social media (TBH people filming and too many photos do ruin the experience of other diners, just like this video). I'm glad that I'm done with going to Michelin-starred places before the field going downward. Overall, I'd say the prices at many michelin-starred places do NOT live up to what it offers. Get the right person to dine with you and you'd be equally satisfied at any diners!
Wow, must have been a very expensive video to film! Nicely done.
Hey! Initially we went out out of curiosity and then months later I got an idea to put a video about it, so all good :) thanks for watching!
Hi Kris, can you do some street food videos? Walking around Borough market and trying the food?
hey, if you check my video day in the life 3 i actually go to borough market 😃check the link below:

And funny enough - my upcoming video is about trying pastries in London, it's gonna be a quick food tour so keep an eye tomorrow🔔thank you for you comment!
@@KrisKazlauskaite Nice! That Vanilla Custard donut at 7:57 is one of the best I had. I still remember it!
I make it a point to go to at least one Michelin rated restaurant on every holiday. IMO, it's absolutely worth it. Dining at a Michelin rated restaurant is an event. I'm not so inclined to take a helicopter tour or see all the museums, but I will totally spend 3hrs n €400 on a fantastic, once in a lifetime meal! 🍽️🍷😊
Hi Andrea! I agree! It represents something special, unique and refined. Plus chefs level behind the scenes is ‘something else :)
Thank you very much!☺️
True, how many meals do you actually remember in life.
I think the Michelin 3 star restaurant are a piss-take.
I respect your opinion. May ask you if you are a chef?
@@KrisKazlauskaite no, I'm not a chef - but I like to eat good food.
Stick to your big mac then
"You won't feel hungry when you leave the place".
Yeah no shit if I pay a thousand pounds for a meal I better be stuffed.
I said that because the dishes don’t necessarily look big & since they give a lot of these delicate meals you may get a feeling that you need to run and buy a sandwich afterwards 😀 basically, in the end you get really full so all good . Thank you!
@@KrisKazlauskaite I'm so sorry for sounding rude I was just kinda making a joke... Now looking back at this comment I feel so stupid lol. Thank you for taking it light-hearted. I am constantly looking for new inspiration on youtube. Your content is amazing, and I hope I can make just as good videos with just as excellent shots and overall flow. Thank you!
@@kevinxin1545 happy to have you here on my community! Appreciate you like my videos ☺️ all the best!
Whatever you do, don't go to Salt Bae's restaurant.🤣
I am safe as I am vegetarian 🌱😇 have you gone there?
@@KrisKazlauskaite no, but I will if someone else is paying as I'm not prepared to be ripped off by some Turkish butcher masquerading as a chef!🤣
More than half the world is starving, and look at these people.
Hey! I am aware of that but sincerely I wanted to create a video from different perspective as chefs being like an artists capable to create something mind blowing; the details they put on the plate; dedication; endless hours in the kitchen (many times voluntary & unpaid); appreciate the time they spent learning and perfecting their skills as to work at 3* Michelin restaurant you need to have a solid background. So I see chef as any other artist, plus, this video was also kind of a way to see what is all about if you are thinking to go and know what expect and finally share my personal insights.
Regards and all the best!
These restaurants are surprisingly more economical with their ingredients than any other restaurants, because they know exactly how many people will come to their restaurant, so their food waste is close to 0
What to expect is basically silly food that is not very appetising depending on who you ask, over elaborate, over prepared and usually overpriced, you only have to look at the reviews online to see that the average person comes away disappointed most of the time .
hello, thank you for your comment. There are different types of restaurants, we can choose depending on our wishes. I see things from my - chef- eyes so I understand opinions might differ :)
@@KrisKazlauskaite im also a chef so you will also be aware that fine dining is not appetising in the same way as conventional food .
@@supremeenlightenedtramp1080 that is very personal I guess :)
