I also appreciate the content, but I think it would be nice to have a more personal touch. Tell your audience about who you are and why your take on the food is worth hearing about--I think Alexander the Great does this well, as he has a similar format, but he also owns a restaurant and tells us what he expects and goes more into depth when he reviews dishes and service.

One small suggestion if possible is sharing the price at the end of your videos - would put into perspective whether I can afford this place lol. Looking forward to more videos :)

As for the prices of the meals, we totally understand your perspective and suggestion, but unfortunately we don’t fully feel comfortable sharing the full price of the meal. Most restaurants have their tasting menu prices on their websites, and with drinks and add ons, the price always varies! Hope you understand! Thanks so much for watching though :)

Great video as always, it’s so interesting seeing the similarities and differences in each restaurant! Your tasting notes are super descriptive, the food and the dishes they arrive in are pieces of art.

And agreed, there are always a few similarities and consistent ingredients / flavour combinations at these restaurants, but we're always so surprised how creative these chefs can be and how many times we try to flavour combinations we'd never experienced before. Nice video. I like the way you present the restaurant and you both looked amazing.
I found the editing to be a bit fast which interrupted the flow of the video. When one of you is talking the camera doesn't have to cut back to you. You can let the B-roll of the restaurant continue and use your voice as a voice-over.
Imo it is not necessary to get both your opinions after each dish. The video would flow nicer if you took turns commenting on the dish.

@@S3LifestyleSo I actually ended up not really enjoying most of my experience at Maaemo, which was very surprising. Don't get me wrong there were some courses that I really loved, but about half of them just didn't do it for me. That mushroom broth was special though.
I ended up having much better dinners at Mon Oncle and Savage.
Simply put, you guys have something special going on with this channel… with your vibe and style alone
