Ah - the $5.00 chicken. One of my favorite things to buy. Those look terrific! Love your little chile serving pot. I like corn tortillas but find they dry out sooner than wheat. I buy the corn shells for tacos and wheat tortillas for other dishes like burritos or today's lunch. Turkey, salami, lettuce rollup. No cheese. Having eggplant, tomato, cheese bake for dinner. I'd do 350 till they are golden brown
