This is a recipe that I've had in my "I got to try this one" for too long. I made it this week and not only did I get points for making dinner so my wife could relax but it was absolutely delicious. You're the best.
These sound great. Can easily adapt to different meals. Italian bread crumbs with Italian seasoning (chicken parm cakes) fajita/taco seasoning with mexican blend cheese and lime zest. Top with sour cream and guacamole (taco/fajita) cakes. Lends itself to being creative. Can’t wait to try
I make fish cakes in a similar manner, and I sometimes prep them the night before. I find, though, that the breadcrumb exterior gets mushy if you bread it in advance, and especially with Panko, the crispiness of the exterior is one of the best parts. I form my patties the night before, and refrigerate them un-breaded. Then, when I'm ready to cook, dip in beaten egg, and then into breadcrumbs as you do here. Best of both worlds, and the outside is crispy and delicious!
I have leftover from a rotisserie I bought, so I will be making this tonight. Actually, I've wanted to make this for long while now, so honestly, I'm so happy I'm finally going to make it. And, I gotta say, I love it when you taste the food and nice big bites (that's real taste testing...Lol). I so appreciate it when the cooks taste test their food at the end of their vids because it helps to see how much you love your food and really makes me want to make it even more so. I made these last night and they were soooo yummy! They reheated great for lunch today. I used what I had on hand, so I used Muenster cheese instead of mozzarella and a little green onion and Thai basil instead of dill. It worked perfectly! Can’t wait to make these again. Thanks as always Natasha 😋
I just received an air fryer today for my birthday. I’ve never made these chicken patties before, nor have I ever cooked anything in an air fryer at all. So I decided to try out your recipe, and cooked them in the air fryer. I spritzed them with olive oil and cooked them at 350 6 min on each side, squeezed lemon on them, and sprinkled them with fresh parsley. Put a salad together, and my husband and I both gave this meal a sure 5 stars. Thanks for all your good recipes!

This was absolutely delicious. I made a batch of 12 for my 18month old’s kindergarten lunch box and she loved them. I also made myself a second batch! 10/10 on this one

I have just made this. but as I am on Keto, I used almond and coconut flour with a little xanthan gum. and some heavy cream with a little mayo. and whizzed up pork rinds instead of bread crumbs, looks great I will let you know how it goes. from the UK.
I made your recipe today and with little modification it became keto friendly. I used almond flour instead of all purpose flour and WOW. Also i had only 2 cups of chicken (2 medium breast sides) , 1 egg instead of two, half cup meyo , i added onion powder to the mix , 4 big spoons of almond flour , and instead of bread crumbs also almond flour. With keto bread , pickles, cheese , tomatoe and lettuce it is the best keto burger! Thank youuuuuu

I put some scallions in and formed them using my handy dandy hamburger maker! Served on a Kaiser roll with lemon and spicy Mayo! Delicious!!! Thank you Natasha!

I did not have fresh dill so I used dried dill and threw in a few shakes of ranch dressing spice packet and it turned out delicious! Thank you for this great idea. I will make this over and over again.

Funny this just popped up in my feed a few minutes ago. And it happened I went to store and out of the blue I brought a Rotisserie chicken. I’m sitting trying to figure what to do or make with it. Thanks for the recipe! We Ketoized it and it came out AMAZING!! Used coconut flour and pork rinds. Avocado Oil for frying. Also included cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and poultry seasoning. The lemon to finish was fantastic! We made the aioli and it made the best dinner we have had all week. Definitely a keeper
I think I will try these this weekend. Because of my crazy work schedule I like recipes I can cook ahead, refrigerate and then heat up before work. It is a huge time saver.

I tried this recipe today using diced chicken breast, it's very tasty and tender, I used yogurt instead of mayo, I didn't have much time so I made a one large pattie, flipped it and then sliced it into triangles.. very delicious!!

I had leftover boiled chicken this morning and found this video. I used plain breadcrumbs and a small amount of lemon juice (no panko or actual lemons). For seasoning I just used garlic & onion powder and a bit of poultry seasoning. It turned out so yummy!

Natasha also has a video for cheesy chicken fritters that's similar but uses fresh chicken and no panko that I really like. The chicken breast comes out so moist and delicious. Her shrimp fritters are also a favorite.
This is my favorite receipt during the pandemic it saved a lot of dried chicken leftovers! As you know during that time we all learned a lot of resources to save money and food! Nothing was guaranteed during the pandemic!
These are known as cutlets/kabab in our country Mostly enjoyed with tea, or with bread/ rice and pickle/ chutneys/ raita etc Kids take these to school in lunch boxes

Natasha also has a video for cheesy chicken fritters that's similar but uses fresh chicken and no panko that I really like. The chicken breast comes out so moist and delicious. Her shrimp fritters are also a favorite.

This is my favorite receipt during the pandemic it saved a lot of dried chicken leftovers! As you know during that time we all learned a lot of resources to save money and food! Nothing was guaranteed during the pandemic!
