I think the bow is a scarf accessory, very cute.
The clamper ring bow is a scarf clip - I use them all the time. You can get some like that and some that are like huge clip on earrings.
I just want to suggest on rings that aren't Sterling that turn you green, you can try coating the inside with clear fingernail polish to prevent it.
