Great video. I love visiting Frank and Son Collectible Show. I try to head up that way at least once every 2 or 3 months. I’m also a collector from SD (Oceanside) so it’s great to support a fellow hometown collector. I work aboard Camp Pendleton and was blessed to have a Lt. Col who’s children attend our program bless me by selling me his entire ‘77-‘83 collection of Kenner Star Wars figures, vehicles and bases. It’s EVERYTHING including the Death Star play set. All lose but as a kid he never played with the stuff so everything is pretty much mint with some shelf wear. I’m hoping to display it all one day. Keep up the great content fam. 👍🏿👍🏿

I used to go to Frank and Son starting in 1998 when I was in graduate school earning a masters while living in Pasadena. I moved away from Southern California in 2001. Good to see its still around.

Then I have to send you some breakfast jacks in the mail! Haha. They are on the “if you have to eat fast food, here is a list of stuff that won’t kill you” lol. They are salty, but better than most breakfast foods that are full of yuck

Great episode.. Used to go to Frank And Son, every week back in the late 90s, got a lot of good deals before things got expensive..The Speeder bike was the last vehicle i bought as a kid before i got into high school.. I still have it though along with my 8 biker scouts.

This weekend we actually drove to San Diego to TC Rockets, Toy Addicts, and Now or Never Comics because of your other sápidos. Spoke to the owners they Swede awesome people. Although I completed my Vintage Figures collection. I am looking to sell a bunch of other Star Wars that are not part this run. So going to Frank and Sons to see if I can offload it all!

Great video and I'm really happy that you fund your run of Biker Scout, congrats! It's a real amazing shop! A giant mall of collectible for all kind of fans! I'm pretty sure you will get a good Nikto for your collection very soon. As a kid, Nikto was my first 1984 Jedi run figure. My dad who travel a lot at the time bring it to me in early December 1983 from Hong Kong in a US Kenner packaging. I'm lucky enough to still have it (both cardback and figure) in my collection.

Movie trivia: Puente Hills Mall is where
Marty McFly accelerated his DeLorean to 88 miles per hour on the early morning of Oct. 26, 1985 and went back to 1955.
The Twin Pines Mall (aka Lone Pine Mall) in the movie is actually the Puente Hills Mall, located opposite of the Frank & Son Collectibles on the south side of the 60 Frwy.
I need that DeLorean so I could travel between 1977 and 1985 to pick up all those awesome Star Wars toys. Happy hunting sir!

Epic Store Adventure! Frank and Son looks like Toy Nirvana! Great Biker Scout Grabs. I still remember getting the speeder bike for Christmas and knowing what it was just because of the shape of the box. A childhood favorite and one of the first things I picked up when I started recollecting. Another 5 Star Video ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ #Display

Not only was the Frank and Sons place amazing, but you can't go wrong with a Biker Scout centric episode either. Pretty cool all the way around. There was a lot of interesting stuff in there to be sure, but I am surprised there wasn't more vintage Star Wars to be honest. Glad that you at least found a couple places that had some items for sale. I think you made some pretty good pickups today, although as a little surprised you picked up a shaved POP biker scout MOC, but the price was right for it and it will still display well as you can't see that the POP was shaved from the front so no big deal. I think you were smart waiting until you could purchase the loose figures online in the condition, price point, & completeness you were looking for too. Your boxed speeder bike was pretty rad and at a fair price (and it even had the rear flaps in place) - it definitely looks good in the acrylic case. Oh, before I go, #Display - what a sweet giveaway, congrats again on 10k (can't say that enough).

There was a time I was just looking for a complete loose item, then looking for a boxed version, then looking for a boxed version in an excellent condition, then looking for items both in excellent condition & with all their inserts, paperwork, & sticker sheets (unused or used). So the progression is definitely there. It can become a rabbit hole to get to the final item you're looking for. I just keep reminding myself that I don't have to always have the nicest one out there to be satisfied. Hahaha. Well, that's part of the fun & the learning experience. Looking forward to hearing your take on this topic in an upcoming episode. Until then....

Hey Glass! Yes this is the perfect case for a loose vintage action figure collector! Def makes the figures the center piece of a room :)
Wow, what a great place! I'm surprised there wasn't more vintage SW though. Nice biker scout score! You'll find Nikto pretty easily. Just make sure you examine the head. There are places that can have paint loss. I bought one and didn't look close enough at the pictures. This was from eBay. It's still a great figure I have, it just has slight loss on the horns poking out. Always look closely. Thanks for another entertaining video! Congrats and good luck with the search and journey man!
