As an American living in the UK, I have been discovering all kinds of cool British and European market variants which I never saw growing up in New England in the '80s. A giveaway between my favourite US collector and one of the nicest collectors in the UK is an excellent reminder of the 'special relationship' between these two countries. 😀 As a person who has started to collect vintage Star Wars as an adult in the last two months, your videos and meticulous Instagram page have been amazing sources of support and information. Thank you for all you continue to do for the hobby. I need to check out what other #display options Drew has on his website too.

What I’ve noticed with my display is it’s been ever evolving. I’m always adding something to improve it or I’m changing how my collectibles are being displayed. #Display
Great stuff Joey! Every collector struggles with the space issue and my advice to people is to take the time to figure out the best way to utilize the space you have and research the best displays that would work for you. I'm sort of in the middle of that with my move. Hell, I forgot how much of my collection (lots of carded figures mainly) that I do not display! I am seriously considering selling some of the stuff I do not display mainly to free up space and possibly purchase better cabinets to better utilize the space that I have in the new house! Man you brought up some memories about putting figures in collector cases. I did not have those vinyl cases back in the day, but I do have the Darth Vader and C-3P0 cases. I remember when I got the C-3P0 case and then I had to figure out where each of the figures were going to go...and try to find a logical way to group them all! Needless to say, there are some yellow C-3P0 name stickers in my Darth Vader case now! #Display

I know it's not Star Wars related, but I just started a Lemax Halloween village display. Settled on the brand I'm going to get and set up a checklist. I listed where I can get the pieces and the prices. Included a box that we can mark for wants, gots and no way. And a final box for what we paid. Thanks for your video on getting organized

Hi again Joey, I love your cases and the products that Collector Displays make. They are so cool. I have been trying to work out how and where to display my collection when we get to our new house as the re-invigorated passion has seen me extend my hunt for more of the previously sold off vintage Jedi figures. Great video Joey! Not entering competition, already got my own custom display case...did I already mention that? (Cough cough) Those displays look good though! Mines the same lengthwise proportion as widescreen Cinemascope! Didn't realise it when I designed it, it just worked out that way...I could say it was the Force, or is that just another way of saying 'dumb luck'? Either way, it worked! I saw the Collector Display case on one of your previous episodes and thought it was spectacular. I wanted something with that vintage vibe for the same reason you mentioned in the video. I did some looking on there website and they have quite a selection and of course price varies. Even if they seem a bit expensive to some, my logic is it's not anymore than a collector might spend on just one piece for their collection. After all, if you have some nice items and proud of your collection why not have a nice display case? I sure couldn't make one half as nice with all the custom bells and whistles plus my time. It's money well spent to buy a nice case from a pro builder. I also like to support people/businesses who are in the these custom niche markets. They are the ones making all the best stuff! I haven't picked one up yet from Custom Displays, primarily because I don't have a great spot for it picked out. If I won one you could bet your Yak Face I'd find a spot! #Display

#Display - What a great partnership Joey. Those cases are amazing & the new mod boxes look pretty stellar as well. Going to have to clear out some space and do some planning. Hahaha. Having had my collection for 30 plus years now, and my current man cave set up for the last 12 years, there's a lot of stuff I would do differently now. But I think that happens as your collection grows and your interest may change. I know as I've gotten older and I've refocused back on vintage, I'm contemplating selling a lot of my modern stuff & looking for more upscale display cases as you had mentioned in your video. More professional/museum style. But it's going to take a lot of effort and a lot of collection moving to get that done. Always fun to see everyone's collections on social media, and all the different types of displays they have and how they're set up. So many different options and cases based on needs, budgets, and availability. Some of the most fun aspects of collecting are showing off what you have. I'm glad that there's such a variety out there, it makes it much more interesting for sure. Another great video and good luck to everyone who enters this fantastic giveaway.
