Just wanted to chime in when it comes to AirLink resolution. The optimal resolution to account for Q3 barrel distortion is 3072x3216 per eye for a total of 6144x3216. So to get full image clarity you would need to further increase the resolution set in Oculus PC app either by using Oculus Debug Tool resolution multiplier (I find that 1.125 gives roughly the right value but Meta has ratios of the resolution is messed up) or by using SteamVR slider to increase to around 6144x3216 (again due to Oculus app pushing wrong ratio the exact numbers pixel to pixel are not achievable). Also the encoding width is capped at 4040 while Quest 3 for the perfect match needs 4128. So Meta has some work to do when it comes to PCVR.
Anyway nice comprehensive guide. Quick and on point.

0:45 Quest 2 maintains a 1200Mbps connection on a wifi6 router, only reason Quest 3 can't do this is because of the garbage firmware Oculus has put out. I upgraded my AP from a Ubiquiti wifi 6 lite to the wifi6 pro. Sure the speeds are much faster now, but the connection is still inconsistent, and that's with sitting my AP on the table next to me. I can change wireless channels, nothing helps.

Beacon interval is how fast the beacon sends a signal, so for example 100 is the default, 250 is slower, and 50 is faster. So by setting it at 50 we get a very fast speed of intervals, but it also drains more power

Your internet speed (ISP provided) does not affect your wireless VR bandwidth. As long as you have a dedicated router, that speed will be the one that affects your Wireless VR experience. For example, if your ISP modem is 400mbps, but your dedicated router is 1gbps, it will be using the 1gbps bandwidth of the dedicated router.

Gave this a shot, and just could not get it to work (and may have screwed up my stable VD setup in the process).
I have the same router (AXE75) in Canada, and a 4090. Going through the guide in order, I noticed after switching to 960 mbps, the experience got VERY laggy, so I kept going through the tutorial and realized I needed to switch the router to Access Point mode. After doing that, nothing changed. Extremely laggy. I tried every single channel (12 of them) and always get extreme laggy performance just in the first Airlink interface after connecting to PC (waited for it to stabilize, never did).
Here's the worst part, I went back to my previously very stable AV1-10 bit 200mbps Virtual Desktop connection, and now that is laggy too! It seems switching into Access Point has really screwed things up for me in VD, while also not providing a stable Airlink experience.
A consideration - Is this an router problem or a bitrate problem, or both? Because switching to AP in the router broke my perfectly working VD setup, I'm inclined to think it's a router problem (still need to switch back off of AP mode to see if VD stability comes back). With that said, when in Airlink if I reduce the bitrate by about half it gets better (but still laggy).
to define what I mean by laggy, if i look in one direction quickly I see the sides of my view switch to black screen. When I move my hands up and down, the rendered representation of my hands is way late to respond.
Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot further?

in the USA, Wi-Fi 6 also utilizes the 6GHz frequency band. Wi-Fi 6 operates in multiple frequency bands, including 2.4GHz and 5GHz, but the introduction of the 6GHz band, specifically the 6E (6GHz Extended) designation, has expanded the available spectrum for faster and more reliable wireless connections. This means that Wi-Fi 6 can take advantage of the 6GHz frequency to provide improved performance, reduced interference, and better support for high-bandwidth applications. It's like opening up a new express lane for your wireless data traffic!
In other words, you can have 6Ghz with Wifi 6 too... so an indicator of 6Ghz in quest does not indicate 6E usage.
