+Ánh Lê you want to put the cartridge in first because if you put the needle in first, the shaft of the needle, which is sticking into the barrel, could bend to the side when you put the cartridge in instead of going straight into the diaphram; also, if the needle is already in the cartridge when you engage the harpoon, you expel solution into the cap.
when injecting, does it absolutely have to hit the nerve, or does it just get deposited into the general area for it to take effect and do the block? Also is there any major risk in the event that you somehow were to miss the area?
