Instrumentation for local anesthesia are:-
Dental syringe Types of dental syringe usually used in dental clinic are basal loaded or lateral loaded and the component of dental syringe are needle adapter, piston with harpoon , syringe barrel ,,finger grip and thumb ring on dental needle .. components of needle are bevel ,shank , hub , syringe adapter and syringe penetrating end ..finally the cartilage components are cylinder , plunger and diaphragm with the volume 1.8ml and different types with epinephrine or non epinephrine
Topical anesthetic agent which used before the local anesthesia given to reduce pain.

Mam wht is the size of needle for Interior alveolar nerve block
I would say the long needle, as you need to insert about 20-25mm at least for IANB
