Yes, most DH schools in the NW region don't focus on having the bevel towards the bone. It still works :-) There are certain injections like the IO that are more important to have the bevel facing the bone.
That happens sometimes if you go through a blood vessel on the way in. No big deal, happens all the time. Just apply some gauze pressure. As long as you are not moving a lot in the tissue and causing it that way :-)

The textbooks gives just give the one dose range and 2/3 cart is the upper end of the dose, but 1 cartridge should be okay
