Rolled Baklava - Cooking with Yousef

- Hi friends, happy Nowruz and Ramadan!
Today I make my favorite version of Baklava - Turkish Rolled Baklava. Usually, I make the Persian-styled Baklava during Nowruz but I've been making this version recently and everyone who has tried it has asked me to make a video on it.
This is an amazing-tasting dessert that everyone loves, and it's the perfect time of year to make it.
One important tip though, keep your eye on the oven and don't get distracted, lol!
Ingredients list:
• Phyllo Pastry Sheets (16oz)
• 1 1/4 Cup Sugar
• 1 1/2 Cups Water
• 250 Grams Shelled Pistachio
• 2 Tablespoons Honey
• 1 Small Cinnamon Stick
• 3 Whole Cardomon
• 1 Teaspoon Liquid Saffron (optional)
• Juice from 1/2 lime or lemon
• 3 Tablespoon Rose Water
• 150grams unsalted butter

I love this recipe and roll style of Baklava. I'm asking myself what is the turkish element of the recipe? I know turkish Baklava with bland, unseasoned syrup so with just sugar and water. I would still call this persian style for sure:D
The persian variant with all the seasonings is my favourite way to make it.
