Is there more information on videos and online articles on the actual contents of what you often prescribe, I mean the detox regime or protocol etc. Of course everything must be tailored to address the needs of each individual patient but some general suggestions would be good to learn. I mean like Dr. Dr. Greger's Daily Dozen... I am vegan since decades, mostly whole food - though I don't like uncooked food, having my vegetables steamed, must work on adding raw food - since many years, not suffering from diseases and as I am in my late sixties guarding health becomes even more of a concern. I remember my doctor told me at 53 that I had metabolic disease… She said my number will keep trending up,.. 🙄 I thought to myself.. No they won’t…She said this without knowing anything about me…
@@clararomero1004 I started a paleo diet. So low carb and I eliminated processed sugar and processed food. It’s helped tremendously. I know the doctor here prescribes a vegan diet.

Dr. Montgomery recommends raw first and later you transition to eating some cooked plant foods.
