My dad was in the Air Force and was gone a lot. I was just a little girl but favorite memory is when my mom asked me what I wanted for my birthday and I told her all I wanted was my dad back home and I woke up a day before my birthday and my dad was home. I will never forget that these are our men and women that fight for us but please don’t forget about their families
Every kid wants a pony for Christmas, but there are some who just wanted to feel happy again. To those that have returned in their open arms, is the best gift ever. God bless you all. 🙏

People that have issues with the military, need to watch these videos and see why we serve our countries. Retired United States Navy Seal vet here. Two tours of duty in Kuwait during the Iraq War and came home in a wheelchair.
I have returned home from deployment 9 times in 26 years. I will always remember my friends that didn't return. Forever in my thought brothers & sisters. 💙❤️
The girl who said "Hi daddy" was so cute and I really felt the love of her family. I also felt that they should not forget that they also have important people. I'm from Japan, but I have nothing but respect for you all.

It wasn't a deployment, but after graduating college, I moved 1300 miles from my family. I went home to surprise my grandparents on my birthday, I'm so happy I did because they both passed away in the next two years. I miss them so much.
My Grandparents taught me everything and serving your country is the greatest thing you can do. They served before I was born but I am extremely grateful for them.
You could literally see the stress and worry just lift. I’m not sure that most people can imagine what that feels like. The sacrifice is so much greater than most realize. USMC/USN ret.
Thank you veterans for protecting our way of life...its so beautiful to see those greet thier families who made it home...and most importantly of all welcome home
It feels my heart with joy to see these individuals reunited with their loved ones... ladies and gentlemen thank you for your service and welcome home ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Every time I watch this video, I cry, it's so touching. American soldiers, we always appreciate your service. May peace and blessings be with the families of American soldiers. If you know it all, you are important children in each family. You are truly innocent people who sacrifice their lives out of a sense of duty to protect peace in other countries. Thank you always. Stay healthy.
Oh my goodness. My face is wet. Every one of these made me cry. So happy for these families whose soldiers surprised them. The greatest gift is a surprise of your loved one coming to see you 🇺🇸❤️

I remember when my husband (then boyfriend) came back from Afghanistan. He had to brace himself, because I came running at full speed, and leapt into his arms.
23:05 min of sobbing.. I Thank all these soldiers for their service ❤️🤗& commitment along with my son who has now served for the past 18 yrs & I remember when he came home after each deployment it’s beyond words excited, thankful & very proud!! 🤗❤️😊
Being a child, parent, or sibling of someone who is deployed far from home is so hard on all of us! That is why when we do get to see them the memories we have at that time helps us get through to the next time as a mom who has a son that was stationed in Japan. It has been very hard to see him, but I am thankful I get to see his face through FaceTime when he goes on deployment out to sea It is so hard because I don’t know where he’s at, and I don’t get to talk to him or see his face. much love and respect to all those who serve in our arm forces. May God be with you and keep you safe to all the families much love and respect.
I have several members of my family in the Military from Nieces and Nephews to my Son who just turned 18! Unfortunately I am 63 and probably won't be around to experience what they're experiencing with my Son so I do the best I can to not take the times I have with Him for Granted!
