Im ok with purely cinimatic trailers under one condiction. That a game play preview or trailer is shown before the games release. If not im NEVER one of the people to buy the game at its start. Ill wait for a year's worth of reviews and streams before even considering buying it.

Deus ex was an absolute revolution of a game for me. Overflowing with talent, world building and just general creativity. The same problem that infects movies currently is trying to coil round gaming as well. Namely large amounts of money being invested by souless money men, looking only to play it safe and pander to the masses rather than inspire the few. If developers can find a way to cut costs and keep people like this out of the process we can see a renaissance in gaming.
Maybe Al will help. But that will probably put the devs out of work rather than the money men. But maybe...maybe, it will help some game developers to brake free auch create their masterpieces.

(no, this trailer did not contain that information about the actual gameplay loop, I saw it elsewhere, this trailert seems to be mainly about The Aesthetic, which is not that surprising from a team that is rich in concept artists)

Let me have a moment where i can steal a mech and keep it in a garage for a rain day use and some salvageable power armor, and I'm in.
But I'm already really liking what I see here and did looking into how there's a war raging on and your a side line survivor and salvager. It's going to be really interesting. Further still if it's still at least some kind of option to attempt to pick a side and they're more willing to do biz with you.
But I realize that may not be the focus of options, and I'm totally ok with that too. But yeah we're also short some adventures with friends where we can get roaming with mechs and such. Would be really nice to be able to get to that point. 🏴☠
