I was looking for someone else who had a Recon 120 to see how they're doing their mod. Looking forward to see what you do. A couple of mod attachments that I plan on using are from Yak hobby and yak gadgets check them out.
I was thinking of using a couple yak gadget items. But I found cheaper DiY alternatives that I’m going to be just as happy with! I just posted a video on one of them!
Nice man congrats love mine. I have the pedal drive its worth it even if you motorize it look around on marketplace alot of deals on the drives. Curious to see what you add to it.
I have the Recon 120 on my list of kayaks to motorize. The only negative that I've really read is the lack of flat space for adding tracks. Can you elaborate on this. I'm a track junky when it comes to kayaks.. Great video
I do love the recon for hunting for sure but she is heavy as hell with nothing on her, the storage is unmatched by far nothing else comes close I have ten high end yaks and I'll always have my recon for that reason I can take so much with me it's unreal, the only other thing on the water comparable to carrying capacity is the l2 fish and the L4 expedition that I have as well can't beat the LIVE watersports watercrafts.

I actually have a video coming either today or tomorrow addressing the tracks as well as my complete current setup and pros and cons!

She definitely has some weight to her! But, once she’s in the water….she’s amazing!

Everything I see, they all say it’s for the HD. Will this work on the standard Recon 120?
If it works for the HD, it will work for the Standard! They are the same size! The HD just means it has the pedal drive system!
