Phil, Questions? I have never used a traditional coating before. Should you strip wash, mechanically & chemically decon. before you apply the coating? Once you have applied the coating, what maintenance do you use? Topper? Booster? What is the best way to maintain the coating? How long should this coating last?
Washing and mechanically and chemically decon is important. But polishing the paint is even more, at the least a light polish to clean the paint. You can use what ever Sio2 topper you want on this coating. Just wash, rinse, and apply the Sio2 spray on each panel as you dry. This coating probably 12-18 months or more if cared for.

Usually it isn't the PSI that makes it foam less, its the foam cannon orifice. Most foam cannons come with a 1.1mm orifice, stepping up to a 1.25mm will help a ton. I got my Mtm PF-22 to foam amazingly with a basic sunjoe using a 1.25mm orifice. #RIPMister
Possibly. But I have never needed to change the orifice in a cannon to make it foam more. I just noticed that from my gas pressure washer to this one, the GPM and pressure is my lower and it effects the foaming. But it’s not really that big of a deal. It still foams just fine. I just mix the soap a little stronger, plus it uses less so that’s a win win for me. 😎👍🏼

I can say that this channel is really good gives useful info, tips, product reviews I love it and consistent uploads love it and if you can add photos of products you used on that panel that you are speaking about of the car you do product testing on that black car
just recently started renting out a small garage because i can't take the elements anymore , and you do get better results in a garage rather than mobile, so mobile now is reserved for quick maintenance details

Good morning Phil, Q: If I have The Last Coat Ceramic spray on my truck, and the paint is perfect, can I apply a longer lasting ceramic coating directly over that spray? or do I need to remove it? Thx for the advice.
Hi. You could apply something over it, but I doubt it would bond, so you probably would need to remove it. But to remove it you need to use either a strong Degreaser or a soap multiple times, or a very light polish with a light polish.
When you wait 4h or leave the car overnight and lay a second coating, i suppose you use new microfiber towels?

Thanks man. Honestly I think it’s funny that people complain about the length of videos. Today’s society has really made so many people impatient and....dumb. Personally I love long videos. I just watch it whenever I have time to relax and enjoy them. That’s the beauty of UA-cam, it’s always there, just hit pause and go about your business, then come back later and enjoy the rest. It’s a very simple concept that some people just can’t understand. It’s funny and yet sad at the same time. To leave a comment about how you can’t watch a video that long it is is just....pathetic. Sorry but it’s soooo true.
