My ideal lightsaber is a curved hilt lightsaber using a dual phase blade. I would use the Mantle of the Force as the lightsaber crystal along side a Katak crystal. This would allow me to drain the powers of my opponents while also increasing my own force powers. My blade would also be purple, reflecting how I would use the lightside of the force but edge on the side of darkness.
Mine would be a crossguard saber with a permafrost and amplification crystal. The colour would be purple as well. I was kind of indecisive between a crossguard or curved hilt.
I'd choose the same crystals like you did, but use them in a double bladed split saber. My colour is definitely indigo. If I had the chance, I would craft a curved hilt lightsaber with a ghostfire crystal as a secondary weapon. ☺
My ligtsaber would be a dualwield that i could conect togeter so i have both dual wield and double ligtsaber just like cal kestis. the kyber krystal would be the impact krystal with a yelow blade and i could be very eficient agients mandalorians
I have a theory that the Darksaber Crystal could be made of some sort of Kyber-Beskar alloy, which would line up with the creator's intention of symbolising both his Mandalorian life and his life as a Jedi.
Oh that’s a juicy theory actually. Given the time of the blade’s creation, Visla actually could have collected beskar and used techniques commonly used by sith to use the metal as a medium for a synthetic crystal.
The Fulcrum sabers (Ahsoka's) I think are amazing. Lots of Jedi/Sith have dual sabered before but due to Ahsoka's being of two different lengths, each having its own speciality makes them unique and one of a kind.
@@explodeygames7585 Yes and no. Samurai used bow as a main weapon, any form of polearm as a side arm, a katana as a side to the side arm, and a dagger if they were up close. There were no real specific weapons to commit the act of seppuku
@@Slemueltodd yes there were, they were balanced weapons that you put on your off hand to reduce the "to hit" penalty for dual wielding, tho you're absolutely fine just using 2 full length lightsabers with the penalties and stuff after you get atleast the second level of the "Two Weapon Fighting" feat
Combined that with the ability to switch your lightsaber on and off during combat (tutaminis I think) and maybe make the top of the blade tiltable somehow maybe like a pivot and it would be OP
@@RocketSlime You can switch your lightsaber on and off during combat, and that technique is called Trakata. The reason Jedi don’t use it is because it was bad sportsmanship and the Sith thought it was a pussy move and showed weakness.

I've been always fascinated with the idea of a dual-phase lightsaber with an extendable blade. Imagine being able to control the length and use it as a sword, a long sword, a dagger... my ideal would be one with a guardian hilt and if I am able to chose the material it would be beskar, thus nobody could destroy the hilt with another lightsaber. The blade coming from a dantari crystal and matching the hilt in blue as the typical guardian color.
@@ka6hi it's effectively two different crystals being rotated through the main channel. One would have a longer blade. The other a short blade. And you could swap between them. However those two lengths are all you get and are dependent on the crystals, it also leads to a much bulkier handle too
My ideal Lightsaber based on how IT works: - Power assembly: Use Same Power cell as R2D2 Basically best cell with good Power Vortex -crystal Energie Chamber: Primary Crystal (power ->crystalenergie): Synthetic kyber crystal send to dathomirs sisters Afterwards Clean and heal it (Most Power, high risk) Fokuscrystals: One big Ghostfire (silent and dumm) 3smaler one Lorrdian (predigt oponent) one Kimber(stun) One Solari (wide Blade) -> Shape of Blade would be Like Pirate Blades, a wide bended Blade, with a dimm violett Shine around the core of Blade in cyan/white. Emitter assembly: Overdrive cycling field Energyzers Blade Arc Tip with Emitter shroud All with Beskar shielding inside for perfekt Energy insulation. The outer Case would be Out of beskar Wood and the bone of a cilobeast in a slight concave Form (primitive but strong and durable) A great sword for a pure Soul, witch Can stun with the dimm Part of the blade for perfect controlled light Side use, but If necessary is deadly powerfull with the core of the blade.
I like the idea of a green-bladed saber with a very nature like handle. Similar to the Elemental Nature style, but almost like a cobbled together style with wood and plant elements from a variety of worlds. It would be cool to have burn marks and cracked materials towards the blade, to show the signs of the blade interacting with the hilt. It would be less of a weapon for a Jedi, and more for maybe a gray Jedi who dedicated themself to defending the natural world
Dark Lord Starkiller’s lightsaber, with a gentle curve to the hilt for dueling. Powered by a lab grown compressed energy Red crystal and a Black Krayt Dragon Pearl as a focusing crystal for enhanced precision. The crystals would produce a blade that has a Red glow and a Black core when ignited. I hope to build it one day thanks to the inspiration you share about the Passion and Joy of lightsabers! Thank you for sharing your vast knowledge about Star Wars, you are a Beautiful person and you make the Star Wars community Brighter everyday!! May the Force be with you Always!!!
honestly, I just love the though of a saber using both the Krayt Dragon pearl and Black Wing gem. Just imagine plume sof smoke, a glowing black blade, and them the howling. That would be terrifying. Especially if it is a crossgaurd saber, maybe help to vent any extra energy with two crystals. So my ideal saber is a cross guard saber using both the krayt Dragon pearl and black wing gem.
@LifeRuiner maybe. But you could say the same about duel blade sabers. You just need specialised forms and techniques to develop advantages - like versatility in both guarding and attacking.
My ideal lightsaber is one of the classic light blue blade. Has a thin blade like the Ralph McQuarrie art and Rebels show. The thin blade matters because the lightsaber is basically the ultimate sword that can be used in a variety of directions, and since it is also based around the samurai, the thin blade matches the thin end of a sharp katana in all directions. My hilt would be similar to Kyle Katarn's hilt. A classic, nostalgic hilt. My lightsaber would also have the ability to only turn on when it senses that I am truly in danger, preventing me from overusing my lightsaber for any reason. So my mastery of my lightsaber is also on how much I use it. It will be my secondary weapon. My primary for most confrontations will be my wooden staff made from the Kashyyk trees. Self-control and pacifism is the way of a Jedi. And this ideal keeps the mysterious appeal of the Jedi strong because they should only use their lightsabers when truly necessary.
I once spent ALLOT of time theory crafting my ideal lightsaber. I loved the design I made that was like a molded and stretched out plant bulb, with the Blade protruding out where the plant shoot would erupt, with a Flower-like Tsuba, entirely Organic externals, likely molded over years by the force, like a bonsai tree.
I think my ideal lightsaber would be a dark red colour, with a Kyrate dragon pearl blade. The sound I imagine the Blade would make would scare your opponent so badly they would struggle to fight back. It would also be a double-bladed saber, a crossguard on either side on the saber to stop being able to slide down the blade. I also want the hilt to be made out of beskar, so I couldn't have what happened to maul happen to me.
The sound I imagine would be a mix between those war-horns the Mongols used, that howling cat noise, and a doomsday bell. That sort of "get the fuck out" sound when a hurricanes about to hit.
In my opinion legends is superior to cannon in many ways but there are some things that canon does better personally I prefer the canon way of choosing a lightsaber as it helps the crystal be more attuned to their specific user and even more unique
Canon is relatively underdeveloped and Dave filoni has been known to bring legends lore back into canon so who knows maybe some of the older ways to get a lightsaber crystal will come back into canon
Just one question, what is legends, i know it’s a alternative lore and timeline but how can I read/watch it and is there a place where I should start reading/watching it and should I read/watch them in chronological order if there is one?
My ideal lightsaber design would be single bladed with a prong or hook at the end of the emitter. The colour scheme would be dark grey with bits of silver and gold. There would be a clip at the bottom of the hilt so that it could attach to a belt. There would be a switch to ignite the saber instead of a button. I would use a meditation crystal to help me in battle. And finally I would want the colouring of the blade to be yellow or red (you decide).
Thanks for including the crystals from Star Wars Galaxies. That game will always have a special place in my heart and its nice that other people remember it too.
My ideal lightsaber would be something similar to the darksaber, but in a crossguard form. It would contain a hurrican crystal like that of mace windu (but cracked), along with a blackwing crystal. The blade itself would have a black core, with a crackling purple outer colour. The hilt would have elements of electrum and beskar, along with a banes heart crystal on the end of the pummel.
Two saber combo: 1. Small length blade saber: black metallic/red highlights along grip with rounded hilt and properly aligned finger indentations for grip 2. Dueling saber: with long thin blade, black metallic with smooth grip and knuckle bow connected from the hilt to a thick diamond shaped pommel Both blades yellow in color.
I would like a ligthsaber with a really long blade to be used as cavalry Lance, and another that with a shorter but still long blade to be used as a fencing sword.
colored-core crystals in legends are known to be a symbol of status from the wielder all from the Old Republic MMO: a dark core, similar to the one that the darksaber has, means the user took great pride in being a force-user, as it was one of the most difficult core colors to have, which makes sense why the darksaber would be dark as Tar Visla was the only mandalorian to be inducted to the jedi order. Other colored-core crystals would generally be neutral colored with slight highlights, which most jedi would use as a symbol to show their dedication to their morals, for example, blue and green colored lightsaber users who took pride in being counsels and knights would color their crystal's core the same color as their saber's emission, making the white glow of a lightsaber disappear, creating a sort of "highlight" effect to their saber
I always loved the idea of having two lightsabers that you could connect to make a double-bladed lightsaber design. I would also like to be able to adjust the length of one of the blades. The hilt itself would be made of a lightsaber-resistant material like beskar but maybe some leather on it to make it more comfortable. The color of the blade would be purple because I would mainly use the light side of the force but sometimes the dark side.
I think my ideal lightsaber design would be one with a curved handle, and designed with several energy crystals. The extra crystals would serve to alternate from the standard blade to the blade of a light whip. This would be a very versatile design, as it could use the aggressive and unpredictable attacks of the light whip, but still keep the defensive capabilities of the standard blade. As for the color I’d go with purple, as the blade leans toward more aggressive dark side techniques (and just because it’s my favorite color).
My ideal lightsabers would be a pair of sabers with a standard sized main saber and a smaller shoto saber. Thematically, I would want to maintain design consistency between them while playing into the asymmetry. I like the sith style emitter spikes, probably 4 short prongs on the larger saber and 3 on the smaller one. I like the contrast of brushed metal hilts with smooth black grips and detailing. I like the basic small red button activator. I am a big fan of the crystal housing on the Vindicator's Saber from SWTOR where the crystal is encased by the hilt but slightly exposed adding a glow to the hilt when the blade is active. I would want to have a more simple pommel to keep the crystal housing and emitter spikes as the main focal points. I would want to use a viridian colored rubat crystal in the shoto to double down on the shoto's strengths as a swift counterattack weapon. I would want to use a violet colored damind crystal for the main saber to enhance its defensive capabilities and keep consistent with the theme of focusing on blocking and retaliating.
My ideal lightsaber would actually be two different parts. First I would have a normal straight handle with a permafrost crystal. It would have a straight blade from the top and then it would have two vents that pointed away from the handle and towards the blade but at an angle. This blade would be green repersentingredients my connection to the spiritual part of the force. The second part would be a lightsaber gauntlet with two gold/yellow blades on the left and right side. The gold/yellow representing the high level of my force connection and the position of my family in the jedi. The gauntlet would also have a balster in the middle of the blades for tactical and ranged attacks like how Ezrans saber had a ranged attack.
I thought about my ideal lightsaber about a month ago. I really like the idea of extendable hilt. You can switch fight form in the middle of the duel to surprise your opponent. For example: you fight someone with usual length hilt. But then you suddenly extend it to a longer one! Your hits become more powerful, and your opponent is stunned! And about color - I think green matches me well, because I'm too kind :)
My saber of preference would be designed with practicality in mind. The hilt being shaped to the wielder's hands and fighting style. Personally, I would go for a slightly curved hilt, which could help my capabilities in duelling. The style of this hilt would me similar to the VF sabers "The Terra" but with a little bit of dark blue mixed in. Furthermore, a beskar crossguard would be fixed to the hilt, blocking enemy sabers from cutting off my hand during bladelock. As for a crystal I would choose a focus crystal. The increased clarity this would give me would help my duelling and force capabilities.
My ideal lightsaber design would be a purple crystal with a cross guard hilt, with the guards on an angle upwards. I also really like the idea from Ezra bridger’s lightsaber with a stun blaster attached.
@@thecolt45a if I added that to my design it would become even more overengineered... crystal swapper, angle adjustment, augmentation crystal, phase shifter, twin blades/double bladed, made out of lightsaber proof material... It would be more likely to blow up than a bomb...
I have a video suggestion: what each blaster bolt colour means it hasn't been covered nearly as much as lightsaber colours, but there does seem to be some kind of meaning, and I would be very interested in it also, my ideal lightsaber would be a single-bladed, dual phase lightsaber with a longer than standard hilt, almost the length of a standard double-bladed lightsaber. It would use both a Kohlen crystal, and a Lorrdian gemstone, as both of these are my favourite, especially the Kohlen crystal, partially because I like the colour orange. the Lorrdian gem would also help me understand others' moods and body language, as I have a lot of trouble with that usually
My ideal lightsaber would be all orange. Some sort of metallic orange exterior like a copper look. Simple smooth and half dome top. Orange single blade. I love orange. As for the crystal itself I would want either the one that increases healing potential or the ion shock one as I would fight clankers along side clone troopers. Maybe even the 1st crystal as I would never want to kill anyone but rather stun targets. Or maybe even the orange crystal that turns off if not fully devoted to the light. I would never stray from the light and that crystal would be my perfect reminder and resemble myself. I would want to heal my clone allies 1st and scrap clankers 2nd. Would love to fight with the 212th along side Cody.
My ideal lightsaber would be a cyberpunk style unstable peacemaker lightsaber with some mandalorian like ornaments and there should be some wood or leather elements in the handel. I would use a lava and heart of the guardian Crystal.
my ideal lightsaber is one that has an emitter that kind of goes up and around the blade, like darth malgus but less extreme, or the magus emitter from jedi fallen order. whenever i customize a lightsaber i always have an emitter like that and some gold around the switch, but leave it silver twords the bottom. and i always make it purple because i believe if the force was real i would utilize both jedi and sith teachings.
My ideal lightsaber would be an almost light-halberd that can also function as a dual or single bladed lightsaber by using a retractable lightsbader resistant rod between two hilts so that you could pull them apart from eachother and have the second blade go inward. I'd like the far blade to be black to allow for it to be shaped similar to a halberd as well to allow for holding my opponents blade at a distance while also being able to stab at them. By being able to seperate the hilts, it would also minimize the area in which the saber could be hit and take damage. It would have the benefits of leverage and surprise of a double bladed lightsaber in halberd form as well, but with significant more defense. Having two large blades would also allow for incredibly effective blocking of blaster bolts. Both hilts would have the hand guards of a real-life saber more to prevent the slipping of the hand onto the blade than to protect from an outside force, however. The second, internal, blade would likely be yellow or orange, both because I personally consider myself on the inventive side which is often symbolized by yellow but also the yellow and orange are cooler and subsequently put less stress on the internal rod. As for the material of the hilt itself, I'd like it to be a blaster-resistant material to allow it to be effectively used as a shield from blasters when spun with the force. A simple durasteel alloy would probably work, giving it a dark color, though I'd like a leather grip, perhaps made from zillobeast hide, to make it nicer to hold without compromising it's durability. The hand guards, however, would likely be made of a lightsaber-resistant material, perhaps an electrum alloy to match the yellow blade.
my ideal saber is a cross from dookus and mauls. the industrial look, buttons, and lines and emitter point of maul with alternating square raised edges at the tip (like the wall of a castle, or the top of a rook) and gaps in the cylinder to show off the blade a bit, and with the curve, and graceful design and hilt colors of dookus, silver/chrome as opposed to grey. also, the striated grip on the inside of the curve like Qui-gon's saber, that seems comfortable. id have a genrox crystal for the added agility, and a white blade, symbolism and stories of healing and restoration are important to me. Also im a fan of the "grey" force users.
May be late but I have a pretty cool lightsaber idea. Basically it looks like your normal doubladed lightsaber (like Darth Maul's) but it has a twist, it can turn into a dual bladed lightsaber (like Ahsoka Tano's) when the user grabs the hilt when it's a double bladed hilt in a criss cross grip (right hand on left side, left hand on right side) then turning the separate hilts half way counterclockwise in a quick manner then fully clockwise which releases the single hilt into two hilts. This is possible with this lightsaber because of the fact that this saber has two kyber crystals that are connected by a very powerful magnet that allows the two kyber crystals to join into one. Users of this saber use Jar'Kai and the option of using form Shien when the single hilt becomes two separate hilts. I can't think of good name for this saber but for now it's the "Triple-Use Saber" hence the two separate hilts and the additional Shien form.
My ideal lightsaber design would be something that looks like a normal saber staff on the outside, but incorporates the customizable blade length certain sabers had in Legends to allow it's user to wield it like a proper quarter staff without the weakness of a long, easily-cuttable pole that a saber pike has.
Ah, yes. The variable blade length lightsaber was the survivalist jedi's essential weapon. The customizable length easily allowed the jedi to switch from slicing chicken and chopping vegetables for lunch or chopping wood for the campfire to ridding sith scum from the galaxy all in one easy-to-carry hilt!
Gonna be honest, one of the things I thought was awesome were the depictions of different Kyber Crystals in the Star Wars RPG that FFG released (Currently being published by EDGE studios instead) There was a lot of variety inspired by the crystals in Legends so each one had a rather unique mechanic for the Force And Destiny game compared to the default Ilum crystal. For me though, I think my favorite type of hilt would be one that incorporates a Tsuba or Crossguard of some kind since I'd rather not even accidentally get fingers sliced off. But I definitely have to say that Obi-Wan's lightsaber has always been my favorite.
I think Legends is better. Not only were there way more colors, but they weren't based on your personality and anybody could have any color they wanted. Even light siders can use red blades and dark siders can use non-red blades.
A long handled beskar saber. A formidable club without the blade on, allowing for less deadly forms of conflict resolution. It also serves to block lightsaber strikes.
My ideal lightsaber would be a double bladed one that didn't have to many knobs or buttons so it would be easy to swing and could also break apart and allow me to weild it like Ahsoka does. The color would be be a flame blade or unstable royal blue. I would use a Danderi Krystal because I think that it would be OP to recycle your force energy and while your opponent can't use the force, you can. If not that Krystal, than the Katak Krystal, because it would be OP to train your opponents abilities and then from there you can use the force and they can't.
LightSabre idea: 2 small dagger like weapons similar in design to the darksabre, but both sides are angled at about 20 degrees. They would also possess a clear blade due to them having Ghostfire crystals. They would also be able to be mounted to blasters as bayonets.
My ideal lightsaber has a silver and black handel, with a blazing red blade featuring an adegan crystal. I have always wanted a good quality lightsaber with a metal handel and good LED. I have even thought about paying over 300 dollars, but I just couldn't afford it. The blade that really has me inspired is Count Dokus lightsaber, with its cool handel.
My ideal light saber design would be two dark sabers that are able to combine together and split apart when you want it two. This is a good design to counter any attacks from opponents. Even though this cannot happen in cannon this would be a good design in my mind. Hope you like my design and good luck to all the other contestants
my ideal saber would probably be red-bladed, with a slim and not TOO long hilt, and some details on the buttons, pommel, etc. Not too much of a complex design but still a cool one imo!
Nice quality dude, no repeating images, the video is perfect Some SW channels are pretty lazy, they repeat the same image sequence over and over... I almost sleep while watching them!
I thought about this for a while, and here’s what i came up with: I would dual wield with one lightsaber being green in color and another shorter lightsaber colored yellow. the green one would look more natural, with a durable wood to form the handle. The shape of this handle is smooth and curved to mimic the flow of nature. It would have the krystal that was pooped out by the worm(forgot what it was called tho.) The second one is the polar opposite. It would be made probably from beskar and have no curves, only sharp corners and points to mimic the more technological side of Star Wars. It would also use the krystal formed from an exploding supernova. i dunno just a cool thought i like the idea of a jedi representing the two halves of nature
My ideal lightsaber would be a standard single bladed hilt made out of corundum metal w/ a crown emitter. I like the idea of a more simplified middle grip, so not many buttons & knobs. As for the color, I've always seen the benefits of embracing all aspects of force both light & dark side so the white blade of a grey jedi sounds cool. I don't think this can be achieved with a standard lightsaber but I've always liked the low buzz of Pong Krell's lightclubs. Finally, after learning about the meditation crystals from this video it sounds like something that would be very useful for staying connected to the force and keeping a clear mind during battle. (doubt this'll win but had fun learning & designing)
I've always had a soft spot for Palpatine's lightsabers and how they were just a spiteful middle finger to the Jedi. They were small in size and allowed for very accurate swings and parries using minute movements of the short hilt. The VR game Blade and Sorcery has a really cool star wars mod called The Outer Rim where one of the core aspects is lightsaber creation, and I created a secondary mod granting a wide array of colored lightsaber crystals. From this I found my favored lightsaber color, a very light and bright icy blue from the permafrost crystals of Hoth. The hilt itself would be simple, coated in silvery doonium-dolovite alloy, which would give the small hilt a reddish sheen. Doonium is quite heavy, making the lightsaber tough to master, but would be satisfying to learn to use and would train me to use long fluid strikes using the inertia of the blade, so I'd most likely prioritize form I. The emitter would be flat, adding to the minimalist design of the hilt itself, the whole hilt being around 7 inches in length.
My personal saber design is a crossguard with a rotation function that allows you to slip around another blade in a saber-lock, length adjusters on each blade, & the ability to attach a secondary saber at the base, allowing for dual-bladed saber combat. When exposed, the base of the primary lightsaber has an extremely thin blade emitter, allowing for extremely long range cuts as a last resort of sorts. My crystal system would be a trifurcating cyclical-ignition pulse, allowing for underwater & vacuum ignition, through use of 3 separate primary crystals. My first primary would be a Krayt Dragon Pearl, with my second primary being the Heart of The Guardian. The final primary crystal would be the Mantle of The Force. My primary focusing crystal would be a Katak crystal, and the secondary focusing crystal would be the Ghostfire crystal. The casing itself would be constructed out of a Beskar-Phrik alloy, as it would need such heat resistance not to melt upon ignition.
For me I would have a duel bladed lightsaber pike with a detachable center and each saber having a retractable pike for portability. It would also be good to have an extendable blade with 4 crystals for underwater combat and the retractable function. A basic silver design would be good maybe with some gold rings. A staff would be good for me because I'm not the best with a sword especially compared to a staff.
My ideal saber is like a lightside version of count dokus saber. Its main color is matte white with gold accents, a similar color scheme to the jedi temple guardians . It's emitter is like joro tapals if it was a little shorter and cut in half vertically and has a small sliver of metal of the opposing side like count dokus. Its a dual phase lightsaber with a cyan blue blade.
My ideal lightsaber design would utilize a core comprising of multiple crystals. The central crystal would be a Kaiburr crystal. On one side, there is a grooved slice of Hurrikaine crystal around a Ghostfire crystal in the middle, and on the other side, a grooved Loidian gem slice with a Pontite crystal in the middle. The entire thing would be encased in a layer of AMP crystal tipped with a Mantle of the Force crystal and a Heart of the Guardian crystal on either side, as focal points. All of these crystals would be small in order to fit within a single lightsaber hilt, but the use of different crystals with amplifying capabilities would more than make up for it. As a result, the lightsaber grants increased force potential, speed, stealth, offense, defense, and clarity of mind. The blade would be slightly transparent and dimmer than normal, cold (due to the Pontite crystal), produce illusory effects, and have a whitish hue with a slight tint on the bluer side. The hilt would be forged from a hyper-alloy made up of Phrik alloy, Beskar alloy, and Quantum Crystalline alloy. The inner chamber housing the hybrid crystal would be made from modified/reverse-engineered Cortosis Weave, which would utilize an internal mechanism to cancel out any energy field that forcibly deactivates the lightsaber, such as normal Cortosis Weave armor itself. The hilt also feature a dual-stance/mode-shifting design, utilizing flexible interior joints to allow for both a curved hilt and a straight hilt. The hilt can also be locked or unlocked, so that lightsaber can either flex and bend or remain steady and firm during combat. It would also be dual-phase, allowing for varying lengths. The lightsaber would require high mastery of both the force and many different styles of combat to use to its full effectiveness, given the many things that it can do, but the difficulty barrier is overcome, the user should be able to deal with virtually any situation with ease.
I think my ideal design would be something like this: Crystal choice: a dual bladed, short hilt saber (similair in lenght to exar kun's saber) with the Kaiburr crystal in one end and a functioning ghostfire crystal in the other. I'll mainly use the Kaiburr crystal since this will amplify my force powers. But for stealth missions or sneaky kills during hard fights I will use the ghostfire crystal as this emits no light or sound. Real sneaky stuff. Hilt design: I'm picturing a slim oval design with a slight curve at the end where the ghostfire crystal is. However, running level with the level part of the hilt, I'd put a small blade made out of beskar on the bottom. The beskar blade would be rather small, so as to not overpower the rest of the design and take focus away from the rest of the saber. I'm picturing around 13cm in lenght, and 2,5cm in width. Between the beskar blade and the curved end of the hilt (I would hollow out a part of the hilt to make room for the blade itself), the ghostfire crystal would have ample space to emit its silent beam of destruction. Altough I've taken some inspiration from Exar Kun's saber, I wouldn't use much of his design beyond the lenght of the hilt itself and a similair "crown" I guess, at the tip of the blade. Right where the hilt ends and where the lightsaber begins. I would only put a "crown" on one side, (the side where the Kaiburr crystal is) making it look like I'm using a single bladed lightsaber. (I want the element of suprise on my side in case things doesnt go my way) Further, I'd go with a beskar fundation, protecting the core, crystals and vital parts of the saber. In this way it would still work fine even if the hilt takes a hit. Now ofc a pure beskar hilt would be either comfortable to hold, or pretty to look at, so I'd do a couple of more things with it. I'd mainly use wood for the handle, something from kashyyyk I think. With hints of a rubber like substanse for extra grip in crutial places. Color: The ghostfire crystal is invisible so, well, no color needed there. My ideal lightsaber color for the crystal thats able to emit light and color would be purple as this fits nicely with both my fighting style and overall personality. Altough I'm not sure its possible with the crystal I've chosen. But the crystal and its power is worth even a brown color. The wood on the hilt would be dark, and the rest of the hilt would be matte black. As would the beskar blade on the hilt be. The crown on the tip of the blade would also be black, but on the inside I'd put a gradient from black to whatever color the blade itself is. Summary: A dual bladed saber with a short hilt. With the Ghostfire and Kaiburr crystal for my crystal choice. Id design the blade in such a way that it appears as a single bladed saber. A "crown" would be placed on the end of my main side, further hiding the fact that its a dual bladed saber. The hilt would be slightly curved at the bottom, and I would hollow out a piece of the hilt to make place for the ghostfire blade. I'd also put a small beskar blade, around 13cm in length on the bottom of the hilt. In such a way that the ghostfire blade would be emitted out between the hilt and beskar blade. The color theme would be dark. With dark wood on the hilt, and matte black everywhere else. ("Crown", beskar blade, on/off switch, etc) My ideal color for the visible blade would be purple. Sorry for the long post, and any mistakes in either grammar or spelling. English isnt my native language.
Well, if anyone deserves a lightsaber, it's this person right here. You know what you want and honestly put a lot of thought into your dream-saber. Best of luck to you man 👍
@@Jagger-Tyr_13 ah, man thank you for the kind words. I did indeed put alot of work into it. Been thinking about my ideal lightsaber design for years now. Glad I finally found a reason to share it
i spent a while thinking and my comment is shorter than this persons conclusion. You wrote an entire thesis on a lightsaber design in a second language. You deserve a medal along with that lightsaber.
My ideal “lightsaber” is actually 6 separate lightsabers. Take 6 Darksaber hilts for making each saber “blade-shaped”. 2 of them are Darksabers, 2 use the Ghostfire crystal, and 2 use powerful red crystals preferably with life-draining abilities. Basically tape one of each color together in a triangle tube housing of Beskar with all 3 blade edges facing outwards towards the points of the housing. Now build another one. Take each triangle tube assembly and connect them with a handle that can extend and “soften” into something like rope when needed so you can swing one of the 3-bladed assemblies in a circle really fast similar to nunchucks. Handle-rope can also split in half to allow dual-wielding instead of always being stuck as a double-sided saber. Each of the 6 blades can be activated individually or simultaneously, allowing for combat against any other type of saber. It can also be used with almost any lightsaber combat style due to it’s configuration. I call it the Hexsaber.
My lightsaber idea: A handle that spectates into two, but when they’re connected you only have one blade. Also since there’s an adjustment to lengthen or shorten a blade I think it would need cool to have one where you can also widen a blade. Then you could turn one into a board sword/shield, while still having an effective saber for your other hand!
All of these light saber designs in the comments are really cool and I’d love to see them irl or in like a drawing or picture. Maybe a website someone could create or has created that has all of the hilt, switches, emitters, colors and crystals, and materials that’s in legends and cannon
My ideal lightsaber would be an incineration crystal in a light guantlet, that could switch from blade to something like a boxing glove (the guantlet being Made of a light saber resistant material)
I think my ideal lightsabre would be the ronin. It's sleek, has a good length for adjusting grip and grip style, and looks more of a universal and elegant weapon from a more civilised time.
My delight the Sabres I'm probably look like it would have Anakin switch from his second lightsaber and have a power evolve on it 2 Change how much power is coming out of the hilt to alter the blade type it would be mostly black red and grey and have a water cooling system with an orange crystal
I know I’m late to this, but I’ll do it anyways. My preferred saber would be a double bladed saber. The body would be similar in design to chancellor palpatine’s, but there would be a gold colored border and one side would be coated in beskar steel, the other the same silver colored material on pommel. The switch area would be combined with the body. The emitter would be a beskar material with a slanted ring around where the saber comes out of which would be on the other side also. The color of the crystal would have a light yellow core with an alternating black and white glow.
My ideal lightsaber is a similar concept to Ezra Bridger’s saber/blaster combo. I’ve always thought that was such a creative idea, and any time I play an rpg type game, I go for versatility over anything. My one adaptation to the design would be to make the blaster removable, making a dual wield design with a saber in my non dominant hand for deflection, and the blaster to fire back.
My ideal lightsaber is a bit shorter in the hilt than a lightsaber pike. He had 2 lears of beskar at the side of the hilt and 3 at the bottom so it can be more balanced. The sides were painted black and red. The blade was short and it was a bit curve. The color was red-orange and the lightsaber's name was flame. To activate the saber you need to use the force that was the only way to ignite the saber. It was really hard to learn to use it but tough to defend against. The blade was reacting as the user if the user gets mad the lightsaber becomes unstable. The lightsaber was very uniquе. The crystal was my idea and I even created his own character he's name was X and he was a Jedi-type warrior. He tried to use the force ability he read in the archives that luke and the sith used to create lightsaber crystal but he get unstable and the lightsaber crystal didn't come and X thought he didn't make it right. later he saw something weird and he get there and he find his lightsaber crystal but later he realize that as long he is in battle he get more and more powerful but when he stop fighting his powers come to normal but was very weak in water (crystal). That was my lightsaber good luck all :)
My ideal lightsaber would have a hilt that has a crossguard and made of phrik so it could withstand lightsabers and protect my wrist from getting injured. It's going to be inspired by the Kampilan (a traditional filipino weapon) The hilt would have a color scheme of gold, small bits brown, and black with a metallic finish and will be adorned with engravings inspired by Visayan tattoos like that on the pintado warriors Since the Kampilan is dual pointed, trying to replicate that on a lightsaber would probably look ridiculous so to make it look less of a joke, I'd be using a cracked crystal to produce an unstable looking blade. In terms of what crystal though? Ultimately I'm gonna have to go for the Qixoni Crystal for that dark red coloration on the blade that will surely look magnificent with the engravings and metals on the hilt. The reason I went for a curved hilt is for ease of one handed combat but also I want to use this weapon with a shield on my other hand to simulate fighting with a blade and shield, a very unorthodox way of fighting with a lightsaber but IMO would be interesting to see.
Summary! Color: crimson orange Hilt type: adjustable blade size dual bladed ( cross guard hilt on one side ) Nerdy details ! I’d say my ideal saber would be a warm crimson orange double bladed cross guard pike style saber. ( one side has the cross guard and the hilt is slightly larger than the other sabers hilt ) The cross guard part as well as the main blades would be adjustable, allowing me to make a longer or shorter saber and cross guard to make different types of “ poll arm like sabers “ . In case of close quarters fighting the longer hilt can be disconnected and separated for a more compact yet slightly longer sized hilt saber and the extra saber could be clipped to the belt or used in unison. Had fun with this one :D
I thought about my ideal lightsaber before. First let me say.. I dont approve with jedi or sith. So i like the style of white lighsabers like ahsoka tano.. But lets say lightsabers were real. I would want something that could protect.. not per se attack. A lightsaber shield would be good. It is not long or very big. But its lice a mace. The top is a square thar can deflect shots and block lightsabers. Because its so short. I could block and swing it like a mace. Because the crystal has to make a huge area for the square.. it cant really produce the power to slice trew people. But thats good. I dont want to kill. Only block and harm if needed to get distance.
My Ideal lightsaber is a red bladed lightsaber because I think that the sith are correct in their ways, as Qotsisajak says, "Peace is a lie. There is only Passion. Through Passion, I gain Strength. Through Strength, I gain Power. Through Power, I gain Victory. Through Victory my chains are Broken. The Force shall free me.” I would like my lightsaber to have a curved and double sided hilt similar to Asajj Ventress’s lightsaber but with a gungan/under water feel to it. The gungans are probably my favorite sentient Star Wars species. It’s really a shame that not many are force sensitive. One side of the lightsaber would be powered by a dual phase ligninor crystal and the other would use the bifurcating cyclical-ignition pulse technique powered by two ultima pearls because in my Star Wars universe I am a gungan named Koff Zipps. Born 42BBY, I was sent away to Mon Cala as a child during the battle of Naboo because the council was worried about my force sensitivity being found out and exploited. I was eventually found hired and trained by the empire and became one of the most well known assassins of the rebellion era after killing 7 Jedi during Order 66. My lightsaber was given to me in 23BBY by the grand inquisitor and I used it for mostly underwater targets until I amounted enough credits for my ligninor crystal and started to bring in the big money. I died at the hands of Luke Skywalker in 12ABY in attempt of his assassination.
My saber would be a pair of hinged, double bladed lightsabers using Mantle of the Force and Permafrost crystals for a cyan/blue blade effect, assuming multiples of these crystals can be found. The hilts would be made of Laminar steel, following a design similar to the ones used by the Jedi Guardians, maybe a bit longer, but with a bit of an ovoid-like emitter shroud, rather than straight. For aesthetics, the sections that would not be held in the users hands would be covered over with a casing made of something akin to a resin sphere (real world material) poured to look like a nebula with stars.
I'm a two saber kind of person. A weathered look with a curved hilt for the primary blade. 37 inch blade with functional spikes on the front and back spikes, while the second lightsaber is a shorter handle also weathered on the finish with a matching pommel spike. Both lightsabers have a purple hue to them
honestly, i would love something unique, like a long handle and dual-phase katana shaped blade, or a pike with a crossguard. but my favorite idea is double-bladed tonfas. honestly any of these would be very cool
My ideal lightsaber is a double hilted lightsaber with the ability to split into two different blades with a lorodin gem as one of the crystals and a liglanor crystal for the other. With a coloration of Magenta and Violet respectively and the color of the hilt being black and red with silver spirals made of Mandalorian Beskar to prevent damage from most other lightsabers.
My ideal light saber design is a standard, dual-phase, hilt with a purple crystal inside. The design of the hilt is this one I made in Jedi Fallen Order: Emitter 1- Umbaran Switch- Peace and Justice II Sleeve- Passion and Strength End Cap- Power and Control Material - Umbaran
If I could build my ideal lightsaber it would be a dual phase with the waterproof thing kit fisto discovered. One Crystal the shorter one would be a Durand fire, and the second longer would be a kohlen Crystal. The hilt would also be able to extend like 3-4 inches at the bottom for use with the long blade. The emitter would make the blade be edged like the dark saber but double edge. I would probably dual with a shoto crossguard saber with a yellow blade used primarily for parrying.
Lightsaber design: A saber with a curved hilt using a dual phase blade with Rey’s yellow saber’s emitter. I would use a qixoni Krystal with the mantle of the force crystal to power my saber and me greatly. It would be black with gold strips and the blades color would be transparent to confuse my attackers and come at allow me to attack them by surprise while they think I haven’t ignited my saber yet.
I have two separate ideas for my ideal saber. The first would be a variation of the lightsaber pike that was actually a trident. For ease of carry the hilt would be expanding like the Tythian lightsaber pike. The other idea would be a two handed lightsaber with large beskar cross guards similar to Scottish claymore greatswords. The bottom of the hilt would be decorated with four claws or teeth oriented like a compass. Both saber ideas would have leather wrapped handles and some some form of dark brown and green metal to create an almost camo look. For the trident I would use two crystals, one would be the black wing crystal for the sinister appearance. The other crystal in the trident would be the incineration crystal to help with penetrating armor. For the great sword I'd go with either the impact crystal or a luxum crystal. Maybe both. The idea of a massive saber that staggers and shocks opponents is just so cool to me.
My ideal Saber, would be a cross guard design. The main Hilt would be made Chromium with Gold Details. No blade would come out of the cross guard sides as it would be made of solid Cortosis (if you know, you know) the main blade of the saber would be around 28cm in length, inside the chassis would house The Allya’s Redemption Crystal.
My lightsaber would be a single blade with a straight hilt with padding for comfort while holding, with a full guard for makashi form combat. The kyber crystal would be red, preferably one I took from a Jedi and then “bled” rather than simply making an artificial crystal. This is because I believe that the most effective way to channel the dark side of the force isn’t to control it, but rather to enact its will. (Bleeding a former Jedi’s crystal seems like a good way to earn some rep with the Brother). As for the other elements I’m not too picky, so long as the metal used is light and durable.
My ideal saber would honestly be a scythe with a white curved blade as I see my self like Asoka. The hilt/staff would have a nice gentle curve and would be made out of Damascus with wooden inlays spiraling up the hilt, and have platinum rivets along the edge of the blade base! This video was so awesome to watch! Haha!
This is an unbelievably good video. I believe this is a superb opinion on the lightsabers... I believe the rebel revanchist with a grey blade is a different uncommon, lightsaber look. Your knowledge on lightsabers and the history of them and canon is special. I have many things to show if you choose me for that lightsaber winning stake. I won't disappoint you I'm sure. I am fan and Jedi of the star wars galaxy. May the force be with you.
I knew you would miss the most mystical saber, the SOUL SABER, literally held a dark nexus within-worshipped by the sith. Unknown how it was created said to have come from a dark dimension, from where darkside originate. But to be fair I dont know if it has a crystal or is powered by the nexus itself. The lore behind it is touch and go!
My ideal saber would actually be a pair of lightly curved dual phase lightfoils with Beskar hilts and a cortosis weave that could connect to form a double bladed lightsaber similar to Exar Kun's with a hilt the size of a regular lightsaber. I call it the Omnisaber because it can be used to switch between any style or form fluidly without needing any additional weapons. I'd want to use either a Stygium crystal, an Eralam, or a Ghostfire and I'd primarily use Trakata with a mix of standard forms dependent on the situation instead of focusing on any single form outside of Trakata.
My ideal lightsaber would be a beskar hilt with spikes coming out of top side then a synthetic crimson crystal. I would also have another lightsaber with an alloy metal hilt and a shoto blade with a kaiburr Krystal.
My ideal lightsaber would be a curved hilt Saber with a ribbed black titanium grip lining and a white steel frame that had a magenta or gold finish with snowflake obsidian flowing up and down the blade in a floral pattern. It would have a dual core system where I could switch between two crystals, utilizing both a impact condensed energy crystal and vexil crystal. Each being preset to a different length so as to confuse, offset and delay any enemies. It would also be designed with a system for being able to alter the length of the utilized blades to presets differing by 4 inches.
Am i the only one who wants just a normal lightsaber
If you mean double sided and curved handly jeez man you're sick !!!
No matter what people say I will always love the yellow saber. It just feels like it could be used by anyone.
Yellow is underrated for sure!
Like your mom
A purified vexxtal crystal was a golden yellow color
Yeah especially with a golden yellow purified vexxtal crystal
Bro, I think yellow lightsabers are just so underrated 💯
I dig the golden colored sabers. Wish we saw more sentinel lore in the main canon.
thank god i thought i was the only one
Ikr
I have a theory that the Darksaber Crystal could be made of some sort of Kyber-Beskar alloy, which would line up with the creator's intention of symbolising both his Mandalorian life and his life as a Jedi.
I saw a comment that said it might be beskar, just compressed to the point of crystallization, similar to coal turning into diamond
I think it's to give off a samurai like reference, since samurais have a daito (long sword) and a shoto (short sword)
@@silverprimus321boi9 i might be wrong, but weren't short swords only used for seppuku?
@@explodeygames7585 Yes and no. Samurai used bow as a main weapon, any form of polearm as a side arm, a katana as a side to the side arm, and a dagger if they were up close. There were no real specific weapons to commit the act of seppuku
I may be misremembering, but I thought there were shotos in Knights of the Old Republic.
I've always understood Revan's purple saber to be a kryat dragon as that is really the only purple crystal in his original appearance
The Ghostfire seems like it would be the best of these. Being able to control the senses of other jedi via your saber would be incredibly overpowered.
@@DrumickD that’s why it’s perfect for a force sensitive bounty hunter 😂

@Gladiat271 Welcome!
That is such a cool saber idea
@@Cloudy-f6h Thanks.
I pretty much thought of the same thing
I've been always fascinated with the idea of a dual-phase lightsaber with an extendable blade. Imagine being able to control the length and use it as a sword, a long sword, a dagger... my ideal would be one with a guardian hilt and if I am able to chose the material it would be beskar, thus nobody could destroy the hilt with another lightsaber. The blade coming from a dantari crystal and matching the hilt in blue as the typical guardian color.
Darth Vader had a lightsaber that you could change the length of
A beskar hilt makes so much sense and I can't believe I never thought about it
Didn't Corran Horn have one?
Isn't the dual phase its own hilt? Or is it the crystal itself? I forget.
@@ka6hi it's effectively two different crystals being rotated through the main channel. One would have a longer blade. The other a short blade. And you could swap between them. However those two lengths are all you get and are dependent on the crystals, it also leads to a much bulkier handle too
My ideal Lightsaber based on how IT works:
- Power assembly:
Use Same Power cell as R2D2
Basically best cell with good Power Vortex
-crystal Energie Chamber:
Primary Crystal (power ->crystalenergie):
Synthetic kyber crystal send to dathomirs sisters Afterwards Clean and heal it
(Most Power,high risk)
Fokuscrystals:
One big Ghostfire (silent and dumm)
3smaler
one Lorrdian (predigt oponent)
one Kimber(stun)
One Solari (wide Blade)
->
Shape of Blade would be Like Pirate Blades, a wide bended Blade, with a dimm violett Shine around the core of Blade in cyan/white.
Emitter assembly:
Overdrive cycling field Energyzers
Blade Arc Tip with Emitter shroud
All with Beskar shielding inside for perfekt Energy insulation.
The outer Case would be Out of beskar Wood and the bone of a cilobeast in a slight concave Form (primitive but strong and durable)
A great sword for a pure Soul,
witch Can stun with the dimm Part of the blade for perfect controlled light Side use, but If necessary is deadly powerfull with the core of the blade.
It would be less of a weapon for a Jedi, and more for maybe a gray Jedi who dedicated themself to defending the natural world
Love this one. So badass because I love the story that goes with it
A druidic jedi! Man. would 10/10 play as one in the right DnD setting
What exactly do you mean by Grey Jedi? There's a bunch of different meanings for the word and I'm fairly sure the term is not canon.
In the animated clone wars there Is wookie padawan who builds his saber from wood
its like gungi from that one clone wars episode lol
I'll take my good Ole bryar pistol modified to fire concussion rounds 😂.
The buckshot I am about to shoot in your direction:
The beskar is a nice touch too.
I didn't think of that 😄
I feel like the hilt would get to hot to hold so maybe you’d need some sort of wrapping on it
In my opinion legends is superior to cannon in many ways but there are some things that canon does better personally I prefer the canon way of choosing a lightsaber as it helps the crystal be more attuned to their specific user and even more unique
Disney stuff is fan fiction. Not cannkn
Yellow
I agree
I have decided. Yellow
Thanks for including the crystals from Star Wars Galaxies. That game will always have a special place in my heart and its nice that other people remember it too.
Imperial Knight lightsabers are my favorite. Loved the standardized look they had. Practical but elegant looking.
Two saber combo:
1. Small length blade saber: black metallic/red highlights along grip with rounded hilt and properly aligned finger indentations for grip
2. Dueling saber: with long thin blade, black metallic with smooth grip and knuckle bow connected from the hilt to a thick diamond shaped pommel
Both blades yellow in color.
I would like a ligthsaber with a really long blade to be used as cavalry Lance, and another that with a shorter but still long blade to be used as a fencing sword.
Lightsaber crystals are so beautiful and cool
colored-core crystals in legends are known to be a symbol of status from the wielder
all from the Old Republic MMO:
a dark core, similar to the one that the darksaber has, means the user took great pride in being a force-user, as it was one of the most difficult core colors to have, which makes sense why the darksaber would be dark as Tar Visla was the only mandalorian to be inducted to the jedi order.
Thats why I like ventresses sabers alot because she can disconnect and reconnect them (shame we only see it once).
In star wars fallen order the mc has a light saber that can go single, double and duel wield
That honestly sounds pretty sick 😄
Gives me Ivy from Soul Calibur vibes. Or even Renji Abarai from Bleach.
you'll take your eye out, kid.
@@scratchd0g either your 75 or your assuming that their a kid
That stun blaster is clutch I'm surprised more people didn't do something similar
So uncivilised
@@thecolt45a if I added that to my design it would become even more overengineered... crystal swapper, angle adjustment, augmentation crystal, phase shifter, twin blades/double bladed, made out of lightsaber proof material... It would be more likely to blow up than a bomb...

I have a video suggestion: what each blaster bolt colour means
it hasn't been covered nearly as much as lightsaber colours, but there does seem to be some kind of meaning, and I would be very interested in it
also, my ideal lightsaber would be a single-bladed, dual phase lightsaber with a longer than standard hilt, almost the length of a standard double-bladed lightsaber. It would use both a Kohlen crystal, and a Lorrdian gemstone, as both of these are my favourite, especially the Kohlen crystal, partially because I like the colour orange. the Lorrdian gem would also help me understand others' moods and body language, as I have a lot of trouble with that usually
Blaster bolt colors are just what gases are used in it where red is super low quality and green is super high quality
Pretty much my own exact preference.
@@The_Moe_Szyslak_Exp_feat_Homer Nice!

@@monkael1438 Awesome!
another good crystal would be the solari crystal at 18:21
The rarest and most powerful crystal turned out to be the friends we made along the way
My ideal lightsaber would be a cyberpunk style unstable peacemaker lightsaber with some mandalorian like ornaments and there should be some wood or leather elements in the handel.
@10K Tezla don't worry, I significantly doubt that he'll even see mine lol
my ideal saber is a cross from dookus and mauls. the industrial look, buttons, and lines and emitter point of maul with alternating square raised edges at the tip (like the wall of a castle, or the top of a rook) and gaps in the cylinder to show off the blade a bit, and with the curve, and graceful design and hilt colors of dookus, silver/chrome as opposed to grey. also, the striated grip on the inside of the curve like Qui-gon's saber, that seems comfortable. id have a genrox crystal for the added agility, and a white blade, symbolism and stories of healing and restoration are important to me. Also im a fan of the "grey" force users.
I love the obi wan Kenobi lightsaber design personally it’s just so timeless and complex at the same time, just beautiful
Gonna be honest, one of the things I thought was awesome were the depictions of different Kyber Crystals in the Star Wars RPG that FFG released (Currently being published by EDGE studios instead)
There was a lot of variety inspired by the crystals in Legends so each one had a rather unique mechanic for the Force And Destiny game compared to the default Ilum crystal.
Light dagger
Nice quality dude, no repeating images, the video is perfect
Some SW channels are pretty lazy, they repeat the same image sequence over and over... I almost sleep while watching them!
I thought about this for a while, and
here’s what i came up with:
I would dual wield with one lightsaber being green in color and another shorter lightsaber colored yellow. the green one would look more natural, with a durable wood to form the handle. The shape of this handle is smooth and curved to mimic the flow of nature. It would have the krystal that was pooped out by the worm(forgot what it was called tho.)
The second one is the polar opposite. It would be made probably from beskar and have no curves, only sharp corners and points to mimic the more technological side of Star Wars. It would also use the krystal formed from an exploding supernova.
i dunno just a cool thought i like the idea of a jedi representing the two halves of nature
I like this idea
Palpatine: Haha mini-saber go bjjjjaoowwww.
Lightsabers are some of the most iconic weapons in movies and TV
shows for sure
They only reason why Purple is canon, is because of Samuel L. Jackson.
Damn now I'm looking through these comment and I don't feel very original anymore curved hilts are popular but this is still my preferred lightsaber
Check out the new miniseries tales from the Jedi you see Count Dooku with a blue lightsaber while he's still a Jedi
Thank you for making this good sir! Amazing work. Got my SWTOR nostalgia going 😂🙏
I think my ideal design would be something like this:
Crystal choice:
a dual bladed, short hilt saber (similair in lenght to exar kun's saber) with the Kaiburr crystal in one end and a functioning ghostfire crystal in the other. I'll mainly use the Kaiburr crystal since this will amplify my force powers. But for stealth missions or sneaky kills during hard fights I will use the ghostfire crystal as this emits no light or sound. Real sneaky stuff.
Hilt design:
I'm picturing a slim oval design with a slight curve at the end where the ghostfire crystal is.
(I want the element of suprise on my side in case things doesnt go my way)
Further, I'd go with a beskar fundation, protecting the core, crystals and vital parts of the saber.
Color:
The ghostfire crystal is invisible so, well, no color needed there.
Summary:
A dual bladed saber with a short hilt.
("Crown", beskar blade, on/off switch, etc)
My ideal color for the visible blade would be purple.

@@qu3rcus173 thank you so much for the kind words. Best of luck to you mate. I hope you win!
Mine would be a green lightsaber with a gold and black hilt
I believe the Darksaber crystal represents the duality of being a Jedi and a Mandalorian.
The blade was short and it was a bit
curve. That was my lightsaber good luck all :)
cool
Cool cool
My ideal lightsaber would have a hilt that has a crossguard and made of phrik so it could withstand lightsabers and protect my wrist from getting injured. It's going to be inspired by the Kampilan (a traditional filipino weapon)
The hilt would have a color scheme of gold, small bits brown, and black with a metallic finish and will be adorned with engravings inspired by Visayan tattoos like that on the pintado warriors
Since the Kampilan is dual pointed, trying to replicate that on a lightsaber would probably look ridiculous so to make it look less of a joke, I'd be using a cracked crystal to produce an unstable looking blade.
Summary!
Color: crimson orange
Hilt type: adjustable blade size
dual bladed
( cross guard hilt on one side )
Nerdy details !
That's a really unique idea. Really cool!
My guy, your forgot Kohlen Crystals. “Fools Kyber” which produced a orange blade.
My Ideal lightsaber is a red bladed lightsaber because I think that the sith are correct in their ways, as Qotsisajak says,
"Peace is a lie. There is only Passion.
Through Passion, I gain Strength.
Through Strength, I gain Power.
Through Power, I gain Victory.
Through Victory my chains are Broken.
The Force shall free me.”
I would like my lightsaber to have a curved and double sided hilt similar to Asajj Ventress’s lightsaber but with a gungan/under water feel to it.
This video that I can watch over and over
I'm a two saber kind of person. A weathered look with a curved hilt for the primary blade. 37 inch blade with functional spikes on the front and back spikes, while the second lightsaber is a shorter handle also weathered on the finish with a matching pommel spike. Both lightsabers have a purple hue to them
honestly, i would love something unique, like a long handle and dual-phase katana shaped blade, or a pike with a crossguard. but my favorite idea is double-bladed tonfas. honestly any of these would be very cool
id love a darksaber but with an extra shorter blade on the other side so basically a double sided darksaber one blade longer than the other
My ideal lightsaber is a double hilted lightsaber with the ability to split into two different blades with a lorodin gem as one of the crystals and a liglanor crystal for the other. With a coloration of Magenta and Violet respectively and the color of the hilt being black and red with silver spirals made of Mandalorian Beskar to prevent damage from most other lightsabers.
My ideal light saber design is a standard, dual-phase, hilt with a purple crystal inside. The design of the hilt is this one I made in Jedi Fallen Order:
Emitter 1- Umbaran
Switch- Peace and Justice II
Sleeve- Passion and Strength
End Cap- Power and Control
Material - Umbaran
Two purple crystals*
If I could build my ideal lightsaber it would be a dual phase with the waterproof thing kit fisto discovered. One Crystal the shorter one would be a Durand fire, and the second longer would be a kohlen Crystal. The hilt would also be able to extend like 3-4 inches at the bottom for use with the long blade. The emitter would make the blade be edged like the dark saber but double edge. I would probably dual with a shoto crossguard saber with a yellow blade used primarily for parrying.
Hi mate thanks this is an stonishing video full packed of info. i love it! I would love to know more about those Dathomir Witches!
I just found this channel wish I found it months ago Keep on doing what you're doing.
Thanks man 😊
My ideal Saber, would be a cross guard design.
I just can't get behind canon lightsaber crystal mechanics. I just absolutely love the legends explanation for sith crystals.
A Double Bladed lightsaber that can be taken apart to be able to become 2 normal lightsabers
The Death Star is my favorite lightsaber.
