Unfortunately because of the high mortality rate of cancer, a vast majority of her patients die, and she is not allowed to attend the funeral because she is a nurse. She gets super attached to these people and knows literally everything about them, and sees them every day for months. It's a tough job, I'm not surprised that people turn to alcohol as sad as that is, it's hard to cope with an environment like that.

An entry in the Oxford English Dictionary (2008) defines racialism as "[a]n earlier term than racism, but now largely superseded by it", and cites the term "racialism" in a 1902 quote.[17] The revised Oxford English Dictionary cites the shorter term "racism" in a quote from the year 1903.[18] It was defined by the Oxford English Dictionary (2nd edition 1989) as "[t]he theory that distinctive human characteristics and abilities are determined by race"; the same dictionary termed racism a synonym of racialism: "belief in the superiority of a particular race".
At first, I was curious about what “happened to her.” But when she started going on about the DoD, I kinda *had to* look it up. So in 2020, there was a BLM protest, during which she attacked someone who was sitting in their car. Like, physically. So the guy maced her and she was arrested. Word of the incident got out and she got wrecked online. So that’s why “everyone was so mean” and why the DOJ is involved ( she said DoD but ain’t no one from the Pentagon give a f about her lol). Beautiful to see such a hateful person get what they deserve.
I found the crazy airport lady, Terry, on Facebook, and she was just as rude & obnoxious months after her arrest as she was when it occurred, doubling down on her bat shit crazy antics & defending every last bit of it, shame on her.
I feel like the officers didn’t handle the situation well at all. It was very clear she wasn’t in her right mind, and they were rude to her and antagonized her. Maybe it wasn’t shown in the video, but it seems like they didn’t tell her clearly what was going on. They retaliated back to her and didn’t seem to be much of a help. When somebody isn’t in their right mind like that, cops should stay calm to not provoke the person, and be clear to explain what is going on and what will happen
I've never been afraid of the dark but after seeing Terri going through her ravenous rage and hearing her guttural moans and groans, I'll be sleeping with a night light in my room and a cross under my pillow.
I'm sorry, the mayor's wife bribing the the guy to say something nice and then paying the guy right in front of the cops is comedy gold. Felt like I was watching a classic Simpson's episode.
Well... kudos to him for at least being honest and polite tho, even despite drugs. If I was an officer and had to get him in jail anyway, I'd at least give him respect for that, even suggest probably a good rehab center to get the guy off drugs.
I knew an alcoholic who could drink a whole bottle of vodka & still walk a straight line. The only way to tell they were plastered was the insane rage that came with the smallest thing (most of the time imagined) that would last all day. It was frightening & usually ended with an arrest.
I was never an alcoholic but when I was a young man I used to drink to excess pretty regularly. I'm a really happy drunk and no matter how much I drank I was still in control of myself. I don't understand how some people get so angry and belligerent.

@@NeoArashi That's why I come to the realization that the only two to three people who will genuinely care for you despite it all is your mother, father (especially when both are good) and maybe another close family member. What a stellar performance by Ann Dowd, playing the part of the woman who was “chokehold-ded” at the airport. She was absolutely perfect for that role. 🙌🏾
I love the woman saying she blew a 3.8 as that would actually mean she had no blood and instead it would be replaced with alcohol totaling almost 4× her entire blood volume.
In the second story, I'm unsurprised the man was allowed to go back home. He acknowledged his mistake and showed remorse, even _despite_ being drunk and high. That indicates decent character.
I wonder what Americans like her think when they act that way overseas? The cops in most places don't put up with anywhere near the level of bullshit American cops do.

I have been on a rabbit hole of american cop videos lately and as a person from a country that has highly educated cops, I'm constantly thinking how unprofessional language american cops often use. Like telling someone to shut up, or telling them "I don't like you either". That is so pointless and in many cases just get people more agitated. They really are bad at de-escalating because their egos get hurt and they take things so personally.

Drunk, entitled people with no understanding of the law are the bread and butter of the criminal aspect of my practice.

5:37 Credit where credit is due, that guy handled the situation perfectly. Despite being that wasted, he had the wherewithal to know "You know what? I'm in no condition to be driving, and I'm not gonna fight the cops because that'll make it worse." He was respectful, was very remorseful about it, seemed aware of why it was wrong (though being drunk and stoned there's no way of knowing how accurate that is), and he stayed to his word and had his mom pick him up so that he wouldn't be driving. Frankly that's how I wish everyone was when they were drunk; calm, respectful, and at least somewhat aware of the world around them... especially compared to his absolute psychopath of a girlfriend.
