@@CarpeNutellagotta love Dram Shop Laws, am I right? My state has this as well. In fact a few years ago the place I work at got sued for this. The person had been using a fake ID, was drinking at multiple places in the town including our bowling alley. And got behind the wheel to go home instead of calling an Uber or asking someone sober to take him. I don’t know many of the details of the lawsuit but I did hear the family named every single place he was at that night in the lawsuit.
The father of that girl should go to the bar and thank the owner for his action also if his little girl was living off daddy's generosity she should do the same if not Walmart are looking for staff. If I was the father I'd highly recommend it to her.
When the female officer uttered "Jesus f*cking Christ" under her breath that absolutely sent me. As someone who always had to play the "sober friend", I've done the exact same thing countless times when dealing when drunk idiots.
Yeah. Don't drink and drive to get put in a position to fail the test on the first place. But if what she was claiming has any truth in it I understand why she would be a mental wreck and I also agree that the woman she claims had relations with her cop bf was there she absolutely should not have been. Seeing the person would only cause her to be more upset and act out more and for all you know it's true and the cop lady is intaginizing or could even do stuff to make her case worse out of either jealousy, revenge or whatever else 🤔. She shouldn't have been nearby she obviously didn't want her there so she should not have been even holding the door or anything else. Another officer who had no connection to the lady absolutely should have handled the situation. If it's a very small town station and everyone knows everyone that's more difficult but no way everyone has a connection as close as sleeping with the same people. And if there's any truth to it both officers should get into some trouble. Yeah unmarried consenting adults but still they are co workers and that should not be allowed at all. If they are having any relation atleast one absolutely needs transfer to a different location or make sure different times or something atleast. It's never okay to date/sleep wth somone you work with like that expesally expesally when it's a job like officer and even more so if they do have other relationships because it causes drama at work and as a officer they can't allow that drama to follow them to the job. It can be dangerous or even deadly
Looks under bed... not there Looks in the closet... not there either Looks in couch cousions.... nope Looks in the refrid.... found it It say... if you have kids the you are truly a bigger piece of 🤬 because you are willing to ruin that kids life to get drunk?!?!
@ghostfish771 lol could be that she was saying that because of being extremely drunk only but there's a chance that there's some truth to it. Even if it's just that she had suspicion that her cop husband had been fooling around with someone. Honestly no woman accuses someone of that for no reason at all Even if drunk. Somtimes it's as simple as they seemed alittle to close or flirty one time or even not that at all but that they had been sleeping around so there guilt is coming out on there partners and the people around the partner. I've never heard of someone saying something like cheating happening without having atleast a very simple reason for it. Heck I just explained this to my brother because he went on a trip with his girlfriend and family and he picked up a souvenir coffee mug but forgot to tell her so the girlfriend started saying he must have gotten it for another. At first I laughed with him about it. Saying it's not like it's jewelry or something it's a dang coffee mug but then I asked him what has he been doing for her to make the assumption that the coffee mug was for another? Had he been speaking with another woman? Had he been shady about his phone? Had he maybe been distant or not been having relations with her as much as they used to? Or what? Because a person who has trust and no reason to believe it could be that he got it for somone else even though just a coffee mug would have just assumed it was for her as a gift or exactly what it was which was he saw a cute mug and got it alongside a bunch of other things and had completely forgotten about it so when he emptied the bag he didn't pull it out which she noticed right away and then jumped to that conclusion. It might not have been true or it might have been true that he's cheating just not with that officer but she didn't say that with no reason whatsoever. No matter how drunk or high you get your still here and your mind even when tripping balls can only create things ot knows and understands so if him cheating has been heavy on her mind it was more likely to be what she spoke about when drunk.
Tragic case. Her boyfriend apparently fucked his cop coworker (in the ass). The story doesn't end there. Now the other officers are all wondering what it's like, and can't get the image out of their mind.
The fact that the first chick was walking and talking with some sense of lucidity with a BAC that high means she's been an alcoholic for quite some time. You gotta have a really bad drinking problem to have a tolerance that strong.

My personal experience from 2008. I’m a Russian guy and was a student back then visiting US for a summer by student exchange program. There was bunch of us in the car driving home after party, we weren’t wasted but we’ve been drinking alcohol at that party. Police pulled us over when we were 1 mile away from our home, we said honestly that we’ve been drinking but driving slow, aware and not breaking traffic rules. Cop was really good guy he just followed us in his car just to make sure we would make the last mile to our house safe.
most of the police in US are kind and professional ..there are some bad apples but you can see how they are pushed to once in a while ...lose their tempers...Glad you had a good outcome in the USA...
You should have been arrested for DUI. Okay, you were one mile from your home and driving slow, but you should not be driving. You know how many fatal accidents happen when someone drunk had the perception it was "at full capacity"? It's alright to drink, but get an uber, how hard is that????

I live in Europe and I've been to the police station only once as a witness. Shortly upon my arrival while I was sitting there and waiting, three policemen dragged intoxicated women in and handcuffed her to a bench in the corridor. She kept screaming as an animal the whole time. So yeah, the amount of shit these boys and girls in uniforms have to go through is incredible.
Props to the father, "you're going to jail, we'll talk about this tomorrow" basically saying you're drunk, you've fucked up and you need to sober up. Even admitting to the fact they have all the evidence.
I hope that sergeant broke up with her after knowing she was driving impaired with a toddler in the vehicle and seeing how disrespectful she was to these officers.
From what I understand he called it quits with her before the video...that was the reason behind the drinking. He was cheating on her with another officer (the one in the video with the white pen taking notes). The whole scenario is vile.
When people are cops or cop affiliated and get arrested, they start spilling ALL the tea.. now if highlights slept with her man i understand her being pissed but not DD, especially with her child!
To try to be a little fair to Karina, it's certainly possible she was assaulted at some time in the past. It's not hugely uncommon for victims of that to wind up with ptsd and develop a huge aversion to being touched in any way by the opposite sex. Honestly, I doubt that was actually her deal, but I could understand part of her behavior IF that was the case. Sadly, our psychologist didn't show up either.
0:58 The look on your face when you thought dating a police supervisor would make you immune to the law, and they just call a different department to arrest you. 😂
All my respect to the officers who stayed calm and professional in face of obvious, blood boiling lies, hypocrisy and narcissistic outbursts. I consider myself a patient person but these people would push me to my limits.
That's really the main thing cops actually end up having to deal with, is drunks. Also other substance abuse. Really it pretty much usually boils down to substance abuse for them, which is why if you deal with cops or watch cops you'll notice they pretty much treat drunk people like junkies or children. It's because they have to put up with drunk people literally every day, and well some are silly drunks, some are just like sad children, but others are the most infuriating, obnoxious people ever til they sober up.

8:30 As a mechanic I feel incredibly validated by my hatred for these automatic "Convenience Features" because all they do is create complacent drivers who can't figure anything out. "I don't need to bother with my lights? My car knows when to turn them on." Frankly it's amazing people still know how to open their door without the car doing it for them.
As someone who has worked on a lawnmower engine but loved my shop classes, I agree completely. I don't trust anyone but my parents, sister, and myself to drive. I definitely don't trust the car to have the power to slam on my brakes out of nowhere, or steer for me.
Second chic: "Every time I get pulled over for no lights, it's a warning." Well, maybe it's a (fore)warning to bring your car to a mechanic and get that taken care of, hun.

Yes! That’s why I’m shocked that cop ‘boyfriend’ “didn’t know” and left them with baby. I highly doubt he’s telling the truth and if it turns out he’s not he should be charged with child endangerment himself for leaving baby with her.
The crazy chick that murdered her boyfriend was telling a different story with her hands than the one she told with her mouth. While re-enacting the events, she actually showed with her right hand how she plunged a steak knife down into his chest while at the same time she was telling a ridiculous story of her throwing the steak knife ten feet through the air and it penetrating into his chest. Killing someone by throwing a kitchen knife happens only in Hollywood.
I could see her story happening if she either got extremely lucky AND the knife was absurdly sharp. I've messed around with throwing knives and I've butchered animals (grew up on a farm lol) and I'll say this. First, the "steak knife" would've had to be a relatively heavy knife and extremely sharp to penetrate deep enough from its own momentum. Second, it would have had to hit perfectly dead on, point first, otherwise it would've bounced. Like the doc said, this is fairly difficult to do. Not impossible if your lucky tho I guess Third, you'd have to miss all the ribs. Sooo yea... something def wasn't adding up 😬
I’m so glad that there were all those previous incidents with Christian that were recorded. The way he flinched so visibly in that elevator… he clearly was used to violence from her. Her lawyer could have easily said the trauma from incident caused her to misremember, excusing her lie of “throwing the knife.” Excusing her open deception and misrepresentation of the facts of the previous cases, however, would be a lot harder. That’s BEFORE even considering that those cases, alone, without her lies about them, prove that she was the aggressor and that there was never an ounce of proof he did anything to her physically. So many abuse victims don’t realize how bad it really is because it happens slowly, like the proverbial frog in the pot of incrementally increasing temperature water. (I know it’s not actually a “real” thing, but it’s SUCH a good analogy, regardless of rather it’s something that happens with frogs or not.) It’s just tragic that he couldn’t get away from her before she made the decision that she didn’t really want him anymore, but she didn’t want anyone else to have him either. Despicable. It’s tragic, and shouldn’t have even happened, but I’m at least glad that she wasn’t able to paint the situation differently and get away with his murder.

@@supermaximglitchy1 I recently found out that "driving schools" in the US are not even close to our driving schools in Europe. Their standards for passing are incredibly low. @@CarpeNutellagotta love Dram Shop Laws, am I right? My state has this as well. In fact a few years ago the place I work at got sued for this. When the female officer uttered "Jesus f*cking Christ" under her breath that absolutely sent me. As someone who always had to play the "sober friend", I've done the exact same thing countless times when dealing when drunk idiots.
"If I fail this breath test I'm gonna lose my kids!"
I feel there's a moral to this story, somewhere.
@@sparkzyfulton5774 True, but then again, with BAC like hers, she was obviously not in the same dimension as the others at that point.

I set my ass down. I waited where they asked me to wait. They saw that I was being cooperative. They spoke with me again when the next plane was getting ready to board and allowed me get on. I guess I could’ve acted like an asshole and have gotten arrested as an alternative response to their initial request. Maybe I’ll try that next time? Nope.

Wow Courtney finds out she killed her boyfriend and makes it all about herself and how she needs a hug and she can't be left alone. Can't even force herself to squeeze out any fake remorse or emotion. Like literally nothing changed about her. Like you can see that she literally could not care less.

Well first, at 47:54, she has just said she will feel so much better once she finds out he's stable. Then, she literally says, "If he's not, that's a lot worse for me," clearly not caring that if he's not stable, that means he could lose his life. It's all about her. Then 48:50 is right after they told her he died, and she's trying so hard to fake some sort of surprise or emotion. She asks for a hug because once again, it's all about her and comforting her. The girl who was crying for her dad, saying he owns this island and whatnot…. I’m SO HAPPY, I’m beyond grateful that when her f at her did show up he didn’t take her side or demand the cops let her go or anything like that.
He actually told his daughter to calm down, behave herself & that her arrest is a direct result of her foolish & reckless behavior & actions. I guess actions do have consequences, even if your daddy “owns this island”.

It makes me frustrated because there will be some people who genuinely mean what they say and have no bad intentions. But with other people taking advantage of a police officer wanting to help. They’ll be more hesitant for the next person that ask for a request like that.
I think this is why cops in general don't tolerate people's annoying requests. How she got released with that cock and bull story is beyond me. Just shows that society automatically believes the woman in DV cases. She threw a kitchen knife at him from 10ft away and it somehow imbedded itself far enough into his chest to kill him? I wouldn’t believe that if I saw it in some crappy action movie. There’s no way experienced detectives could believe that, surely to god? If a man tried that story with the circumstances reversed, he’d never have been released. @@tomstevens1544 for real, havent they seen john wick? if Wick takes like 10 tries to stick someone with a knife who is like 8 ft away there ain't no way in hell this girl is gonna be able to do it flawlessly. fiction aside throwing a knife at someone from 10 ft away doesn't scream self defense. if anything id be more convinced it was self defense if she had the knife and he was on top of her and that's what led to the stabbing. throwing the knife implies space which an aggressor isn't going to give you.

that first woman’s BAC holy hell! they were right, how was she conscious?! even for pretty severe alcoholics that’s a very, very high ‘functioning’ blood alcohol level..
Some people have much higher tolerance than the average. I know a person like that, a female. She can outdrink just about anybody, male, female, light drinker, heavy drinker, doesn't matter - if you and her drink shots 1 to 1, you *will* end up going to sleep unconcious, while she'll continue drinking until the last man falls.
Is does help that she has more body in general. If your body is bigger like hers then your body can handle alcohol at higher rates since it gets absorbed in your blood.

You’re the best crime channel on UA-cam. Keep it up brother ❤
Not impossible if your lucky tho I guess
Third, you'd have to miss all the ribs.
Sooo yea... something def wasn't adding up 😬
I’m so glad that there were all those previous incidents with Christian that were recorded.
