Hi, I am doing your fertility yoga exercises. I am already 46yrs old and TTC,
wanted a normal delivery. I am taking EU natural Prenatal fertility & multivitamins, it is is with Myo-inositol twice daily. My question is can I still take a separate Myo-inositol & D Chiro Inositol supplement, the brand is Wholesome Story. I hope you can help me and give me some advice. More power to you, thank so much!

Hi there! That would depend on the dose of the inositol in your prenatal, the dose of the inositol you are interested in taking in addition to what’s in your prenatal, and your health history. I highly recommend asking your doctor or pharmacist. They’re able to provide personalized guidance which for legal and ethical reasons I can’t provide to people I’m not working with one-on-one. Best wishes!

Thanks for the research and suggestions on the supplements! I just ordered some of the Theralogix, and look forward to trying them out.

Thanks, Kendra! I want to try the Tend bars, but was trying to decide how much extra DHA to supplement with. What amount is safe for pregnancy? Would the 830mg supplement along with Tend be ok, since it already has 300mg?

The 300 mg of DHA in Tend is in line with what I generally recommend to my one-on-one clients. In some cases, depending on their health history, eating habits, and diagnoses, I might recommend more but that is based on their individual needs. For personalized advice, I recommend asking a provider who is familiar with your health history and dietary intake. Hope that helps!

Hi Kendra! i love your videos so much! you are so easy to listen to! Is this the same if you have had a miscarriage, or should you be adding anything in addition to these ones? 💞

Hi there. So sorry for your loss.
There aren’t any additional supplements I’d suggest as a blanket recommendation to people who have experienced a pregnancy loss.
Beyond the recommendations in the video, I’d have to be familiar with someone’s health history, labs, symptoms, and eating habits to offer a suggestion.
      Best wishes!

Thank you for this Kendra. I’m doing the TTW yoga at the moment which has been very relaxing and calming for me. I’m taking Garden of Life Raw Prenatal. Have you looked into them and what do you think? I would appreciate your feedback very much.
    Thanks 😊

You’re so welcome! I’m not familiar with Garden of Wisdom. I’ve heard of Garden of Life though. Some of their products have the word Raw in their name too. I wonder if they’re similar. Unfortunately, I can’t provide much more than that. Perhaps your midwife, nurse practitioner, or ObGyn can provide some insight. Best wishes!

@@christinaangelita Oh, ok! It's one I've recommended to some of my one-on-one clients in the past. I haven't reevaluated it recently to check the amount of choline it contains.

Time will tell if you got pregnant this cycle. That’s not something I can predict. And for future reference, if you need it, here’s a video all about the best days to have sex to optimize your chances of conceiving: ua-cam.com/video/HB8KXXTXq5k/v-deo.html
