Hi Kendra! My husband and I just decided to conceive our first child last week so I have been doing your yoga and meditation videos daily since. They have been so amazing, hopeful, and calming. I did this meditation last night though, and this was by far my favorite.I imagined I was on my favorite walking trail and came across my future self. She was holding a sweet newborn baby girl in a wrap on her chest. My future self told me everything would be okay and I even kissed this sweet baby girl on the head. I was brought to tears! It made me feel so amazing, and much more hopeful about our fertility journey. It may not have been real, but it felt very real to me…and it was absolutely beautiful. Thank you 🩷
This was super Powerful for me, I cried when I was holding hands with the inner me, seeing my inner me sitting with my baby. Thanks you I came across your videos about two weeks ago and am loving them

This was very emotional for me. I'm in my TWW, this is the 2nd week and I've been extremely anxious. I did this in the bath. I wept. But I feel lighter. I pray I'll sleep well. Thank you

This was amazing! Before i felt anxious it was hard to stay present! I was thinking i was breathing too slow .. but i paused it until i was done and I’m glad I did! During the meeting it was beautiful i cried seeing myself as the overcomer! After I’m feeling empowered, excited, i feel like my hope faith and energy has been restored! Thank you

Wow, your meditations are incredible! I went on an actual walk while listening to this one and the one with the mind, heart, and womb gardens. It was very moving. I feel more centered and grounded. ❤️

I go for IUI today. I am so nervous as I have unexplained infertility. It's been four years. I am putting nothing but positive energy out into the world and saying that I will get pregnant.

Hi there. I'm sorry to hear that. I'm not certain there are any yoga poses that can address that concern. This sounds like something to discuss more with your ObGyn, Reproductive Endocrinologist, and/ or a pelvic floor physical therapist. I wish you all the best.
