    Thanks very much Nikki. The first pose is difficult ( but you do the same with so much ease it looks easy). Rest all I am doing.

    I done this with a what I thought was uti but it was actually a kidney infection and I ended up with sepsis in hospital the next day after this, not sure if it’s related but just letting people know.

      It allowed you to find out. No yoga pose causes harm.

    these exercises are a little tough but im trying.. my joints are not so flexible due to arthritis. should i push myself even if it hurts ? also is this effective for OAB?

      Hi Besty. No don't push yourself too much if it hurts. Just do as much as you can. Flexibility will improve with practice don't worry. And yes these will also help combat Overactive Bladder. Also practice the asanas mentioned in our video on Arthritis. All the best :)

      You can manage the speed. Click the settings button on the screen and choose "playback speed." There you can select the speed you like.
