This video has helped me a lot more than a ton of those medical doctors telling me what to do about nocturia. I was skeptical and normally I'll wake up after 4 hours and have to use the restroom. Doing your exercise before going to bed helps me sleep for 6 hours straight before I have to pee. It actually works! Thank you for making this video.

I am very stressed due to this problem of not getting empty bladder at a go. Please let me know which treatment and what exactly helped you to mitigate this. I feel I have to pee immediate after I peed. And when I try it's just some drops or very small quantity. I have taken so many medicines since last 5 months for overactive bladder and others but no solution. Anyone over here could help or suggest something it would be great help.
.............Amazing, these exercises helped me tremendously! My urologist, recently stated that I had to use daily, intermittent catheter use, to help empty out my bladder.....since I have been doing your exercises, my bladder has been emptying, completely. I am a male age 68...i have done SO MUCH research on this topic....... and finally found your channel......yes.....please do more of these videos. Thankyou 🙏

I am 28 years old and I have this urinary retention problem, it's hard to empty your bladder. So I had been taking urimax but didn't work. This exercise helps and I can feel the change.
And my advice is to whoever having urinary retention just follow these
* Don't masterbate and stop it completely
* Do this exercise at least every day once
* Don't drink alcohol, don't drink coffee, don't consume anything acidic foods. If you get gastritis it will trigger urinary retention so be aware
* Drink water but don't consume too much water at once. Just one cup enough every two hours
* Just be productive and do some exercise at least an hour and just 30 minutes walk
* Wear underwear guys
Try to sleep early and wake up early. Just try to keep sleep 8 hours
* Do not drink water before bedtime
* Keep your mind calm , if you get angry trust me it will make things worse
* Stay happy

I started the exercises 7 days ago and I am very happy with my progress. I do the exercises in the morning and at night. Very good, keep up the good work😊

Dear Amit, thank you so much for this. After giving birth, I had very bad urinary retention and had to have a catheter for two weeks. Those were truly some of the most painful weeks of my life. However, I believe doing these exercises really helped me regain my urinary function and I can now pee normally without a catheter. I cannot express my gratitude to you for putting these exercises out there. Only now am I starting to feel like I have my life back. 🙏

Hello! I have the same condition and I was on catheter for 2 weeks. Managing catheter with newborn is so difficult. Please let me know how you are feeling now and how long did it take. It would be useful
@@srividhyamohan300 I am feeling so much better now. It was literally the worst pain of my life. I believe I was using the catheter for about 2 weeks and then I think it took about a week to urinate easily without any extra focus. I'm about 7 months postpartum and about 90% better now. Every day I feel closer to being my old self. How far along are you and how are you doing so far?
@@pujamehta9755 Sorry I am just seeing this but I am so much better now! This yoga definitely helped a lot in restoring my bladder function. It's about 7 months now and I'm mostly all better. My only issue really is I have some soreness in my ankles and feet but even that is almost fully gone. How have you been doing? Hope you are feeling healthy and whole again!

For many men, the pelvic floor is strong enough, the issue is the tightness. So reverse kegels are the answer, to release tension and relax the muscles.

I've done this and it's very helpful, i take antibiotics for my uti DIFFERENT ANTIBIOTICS but it doesn't go away so i searched online hoping for another method then found i this then i quickly try and it's really amazing how it worked for me now I'm here again because my uti came back for not drinking much water and not exercising thankyou so muchhh💖✨

Nice to read so many positive comments and u hv been helping so many people... But my husband is having same problem... Not able to do normal urination as a result retention of urine in bladder... Post residual urine... 270 cc... Too much tension.... Doctor has given medicine for a week. Let's see. I hv shown this channel to him... Hope it works.... God bless you

You are wonderful. I am having urine retention I began doing these exercises today. I used a catheter for 40 days and after taking out I was not urinating much. Will I be able to get a stronger flow of urine doing these exercises?

Amit, there is a shook (parrot) asana. You have to sit on the strength of your Panjas and see straight, first top and then below, and try to make touch the ground.
