I wish I could figure out how to do this. I feel like I'm doing it mostly right; straight arms, pressing into the hands, rounded back, drawing in the abdominal muscles, and yes, leaning forward like heck - yet no lightness in the feet, not even anywhere close to a sensation of "the feet want to come off the floor". It's frustrating. I can hold a regular headstand for several minutes, so it's not a shoulder strength problem.
I can hold 4 sets of handstand’s for around 40 sec each but am unable to walk my legs to my hands. Tight hamstrings I’m sure. So many exercises too little time.
