    Just did this workout…fair to say it took me longer than 9 minutes 😂. I’ll work on improving my time while still staying true to my footwork. Now to the preseason workout. Also them crossover jab count ups and down was KILLING me!

    Love the foot movement and jabs. I don't think I've ever seen jabs done in stationary dribbling. I like it! :) Thanks!

      Dribble in left hand more often, once you get used to it you can do this drill or any drill that you want

    Not gone lie either you born with handles or not... Don't get me wrong this is helpful. But more so a waste of time and money. Just play against high level competition and you'll naturally get better

      How do you know he's an understudy? Is your evaluation of his ability to teach or his inability to teach simply based on race?
