When I watch Devon’s training videos I feel like he’s a seasoned chef giving away all of his trade secrets for free. Truly a lover of the sport and a one of a kind guy.
Devon looks the healthiest I've seen in a while. Staying away from possible booze, weed, and whatever else is paying off. Cannot wait for this Ermes fight!
He smokes weed?
Love the guy but he looks homeless, if you truly want to feel your best you need to look good.. Sorry Devon, I'm going to be the one guy telling you the truth in the comment section rather than kissing your ass like everyone else. In life there must be balance.
Devon doesn’t booze. I can confirm
@@SirYakToastwow that must mean he doesn’t booze then. Credible source lol
@@mikeye4075 real fans know
These videos Devon puts out are truly amazing. He's the armwrestling hero imo the "Peoples Champion" the most devoted seen on video to the craft. When he's gone there will be armwrestlers and non going to watch these for knowledge. We joke and call him old or whatever but he was called superman for a time. You can really tell he loves this sport. Good stuff Devon. Glad to witness your great journey and legacy.
no one jokes about how old he is tho. everyone respects him. but yeah good message.
Literally no one jokes about his age. Plus the fact that he's still a threat to the top levels of the super-heavyweights of the sport is a testament to his greatness.
@@normalman23 Read comments saying he aged 10 years in the last 3 years or saying he looks like a homeless man because of his hair...
Looking real healthy with all that growth hormone and testosterone running through his veins
@@lyzo111 but why did he age so much and look the way he looks? I am very curious.
Man your training is very detailed, precise and accurate. Impressive training techniques.
Cool stuff. Love the dedication and that you're always adapting and growing.
love these instructional videos where you share your knowledge
Your belt training was a game changer for me. Thanks for the tips!
Love your belt lift vids, started using one after you posted a vid a WHILE back and my lower arms and hands thank you.
91lb riser lift without dumping is seriously impressive.
Left hand 😎
@@branislav7651 Pretty sure the video is reversed
i wanna see Ermes do this lift just to see how much he can do
It was right hand
yes it is, but easier this way than just between the knuckles.
These are the videos we all Miss. Honestly I love these ones.
I've been waiting for a video where you specifically explain what having a great rise can do for you in a match so thanks for the video!
thank you Devon for this video. I'm always learning more. love this sport!
Suck suck suck mmm
Vlog is back. Let's Go Devon !
Thanks for the tips ! Been here since the begining. Loving the sport. I never got the opportunity to participate in a good wrestling tournament tough
Thank you Dev ..Have a great evening 👍💪
Internet breaking over Engins contracts and Devon appears oblivious just focusing on the basics. Refreshing.
Damn, somewhere in the store room with no shoes on no fancy equipments old ugly belt and trousers . Devon is already a winner . Such a nice vibes he has . Love you man❤
YaYaYa at 1:55 anything over that 80%+ nearing 1RM ... completely agree & this move has helped me lvl up so far...
Stay Strong Dev 💪
I'm getting so pumped for the match. Canada 🇨🇦 strong 💪
Devon I only recently stumbled across your channel and it has sent me down a wormhole of pro arm wrestling content. Mostly watching different matches and seeing different content creators. But I've noticed it's pretty hard to find reliable and recently created content aimed at people who have literally no idea what the technical basics of the sport are. I would love to see a few more videos like this where you explain the basics of technical arm wrestling as if you're talking to someone who literally didn't know arm wrestling was a sport. I'd love to know more about the movement and all that stuff. Keep up the great work!
It’s probably how majority of us got into arm wrestling lol. Just stumbling on Devon’s channel and that’s it. I been following for 4 years now since I found his channel
ua-cam.com/video/dVAimQLcMSg/v-deo.html
If you look up Devon Larratt Australian Seminar I really like that one. He goes through a lot of different things.
I found Devon videos staying home from work when the pandemic hit 3/20 with videos of 'schoolboy'. Been glued to watching the main pro AW videos
Coach rays channel is excellent for beginners
Good evening uncle Devon hope training is going as good or better then you want and thank you for sharing your information because it helps so much
You are Devon’s niece? 🤣💪🇨🇦
Another incredible training video with lots of invaluable tips.
Devon reminds me of my late grandpa , man i miss him. I love you grandpa and i love you Devin, thank you for everything❤
Devon, I wish you the best, love you from Puerto Rico 💪🏽
Aqui otro boricua 🇵🇷 fan de Devon
Devon, I feel like if humans lived to 200 years, you would still be learning new things about armwrestling at the age of 190. Such a shame that we live so short. Doesn't it feel like you only start to understand things at like 50?
Devon, i wish you all best!😊
Thanks Devon, This is a great Video
Right on Devon! You are an inspiration brother!
I could literally listen to Devon and Auden talk about arm wresting with background rain for hours
Very interesting thanks Devon. You’re the GOAT
Awesome information Devon 💪
💪 quality content like always
Thanks Devon
MORE OF THESE DEVON
many people have brought noteriety to the sport, but no one has explained more. it's like the opposing team telling you how to beat them. great stuff
Always keep rising.
We get a Supreme Seminar along with some valuable funny stories everytime Devon has a match. Dosent get any better than that!
Love this Guy.. Devon your Armwrestling IQ is top notch.
That never ending and enduring eyebrow hair is definitley rising!
Hey buddy u was correct 💯💯 this has become the most important lift in armwrestling everyone is trying to replicate this exact lift you have created once again showing who the true 🐐🐐 of arm wrestling is!!
Hi Devon, I hope you can read this. Ive struggled with addictions my whole life. I was wondering if you could speak on your own personal experiences with addiction and how your cleanse these past couple of weeks has helped you. Would really appreciate to hear your thoughts.
Probably hardest match Devon will have🔥 stay at your peak Devon and goodluck
U can win devon dont give up idol
Daily source of motivation thanks 🇨🇦
We are not the fans of Devon ..but like or not this man is one of the man who influences most in this sport..his move has always been waiting..appreciate that man.
I like Devon’s short lifting videos..
Keep growing these hairs, the power's inside
👍💪
*almost pops eyeballs out rising the weight
"easy lift. easy lift."
Dev you’re a feckin beauty bud
Can see this! Great video thanks
Devon, I'm coming to Canada to train with you.
So many people talking about how strong and fast Ermes is. No one’s talking about hand, size and wrist strength, which you Devon are much stronger and bigger at. That’s why I predict you stop him in the second and take over after that.
You will have a bad surprise the 26th august
@@lorenzobellistri8839 I won’t be surprised. I know Devon is the underdog. I just think the hand strength and hand size is going to play a major difference. I believe Devon will win, but I’m not going to be surprised if he loses. I know ermes is phenomenal. His hand is not that big though and that’s why I believe Devon will be able to stop him and crack that wrist.
@@youtubeconnollyfamilyErmes hand isn’t small at all dude. lol. There’s videos of him comparing hand size to guys like Larry Wheels, Vitaly, and Denis. His hand isn’t far off.
@@jameslane9267well tbh i thought he was right, Ermes doesn t have huge hand, a bit short for a shw. I only saw him comparing his hand to Larry and it was the same length just way thicker, can you tell me if you remember the video where he compares his hand with vitaly or denis?
@@jameslane9267 see I’m just thinking like about Levon. Devon’s hand was small thickness wise compared to him, but he will have a thicker and longer and then ermes. Still, though what you say may be correct. I thought his hand was just average. So my bad.
The ability to rise up over Ermes
Rough Rugged, and Raw Gym. Soon as its not so hot, Im building some arm rigs in my garage. Doing band work right now. You can rubberize your arms well using bands. Not trying to be real serious or anything, but Im liking some arm work about now.
Devon needs to make a comparison vid of his thumbs and how to get them that big
The heaviest rise I've heard of is Vitaly Laletin's at 42 kg, which is 92.5 lbs. Just one more jump.
Surely he can do more than that
Devon lifted this fairly easy so he could definitely do more weight
Your actual riser muscle or muscle group is very small. That’s a huge amount of weight for your riser if you’re holding correctly to properly isolate the riser muscles. Devon could definitely do more. Maybe even 100lb
Devon and vitaly seem to be people who dont really lift their 100%. So its difficult to say where either of them are.
Dmitry silaev lifted 45 kg on riser
love ya dev
I love the environment. Go get em champ
I’m using this rising strength to cave in peoples necks when I’m clinching. I’ll be strengthing these areas till the day I die Devon, thanks for all the knowledge. Making us all stronger together
😂😂 caving peoples necks, he’ll ya. I bet a lot of grapplers would benefit from armwrestling, it would help with wrist control so much
That's a hell of a tumb 😮
Devon, how much work do you do on your legs? Leg workouts can stimulate the release of large amounts of hormones. Working your legs helps to produce hormones such as cortisol, testosterone, and human growth hormone (HGH).
If you go hard on your legs, your upper body strength will also increase!
very true. But I don’t think he has trained his legs in a long time lol
I think training big parts of the body in general increase the hormonee such as back and chest for example.
Thanks for the insights champ. Hope Mum is okay, stay on yhat chilli 🌶 💪
Thanks for sharing “ Awesome.
Rise and shine mr. Larratt, rise and shine.
Good information.
rising is very underrated
Devon Larratt is the king of resistance, and will beat Ermes Gasparini 3-2
Nope hahahhaa
Yes ur right..
...❤
Lets see, Ermes have the pasta power and the quality my fren power
In your dreams. You are the hater of Ermes... You speak Bartolato win with Ermes... goodbye my Little friend hahahah😂
@@marcomasti1473lol this didn’t age well your boy got wrecked
Thank you, of your inspiration, of your sharing.
I didn't quite understand the rising* philosophy ; is it like you are with your hand "rising someone from the deads" ?.... Or more like a rising hand above another, setting it to the ground...
Is rising a matter of height ? What you do if the other guy has a longer forearm, you know ; can we rise upon anybody ?
Thank you again for all your support !
Let's Fuckin Goooooooo Devooooooonnn
Rise 💪
Wait did devon just made a high resolution video
hello uncle devon, i'm from indonesia, i'm your big fan, i want you to train hard because your next opponent is the one who almost equals levan, namely ermes, keep up the spirit uncle devon, if you lose it doesn't matter because you tried
DEVON WENT FULL ROCKY 4 MODE 🦾🦾🦾🥋💎
Devon in middle of video: what day is it, what month is it? This man is on island times. Love it
YES, SIR 💯
Devon u r a man of knowledge.
I love this educational videos, mean so much
But my question friend is
Working out barefoot, brings more energy right 👍?
Hey devon I was wondering, do you do static stretching for your hand and forearms or not?
Devon looks like a preistoric power man!
Respect
5:09 vs Ermes straight to the pad 🤣
That's what I found too right on the index knuckle
You're my Yoda Devon !!
go devon!!!!! 💪✊
Riser reigns supreme !
Number one 💪🏻
Improve slowly and deeply with free mind and take rest with free mind.
No limits ❤
In my opinion the pronation lift is just as important as the rise. In the strap I don’t feel like the rise is as important as it is outside the strap. In the strap the ability to drag with cup/pronation is way stronger then posting. A lot of people I bet can get near you on rise but I bet not many can even get in the ballpark of that 150 pronation with a flat wrist.
I’m a geez. I taught a kid, this. Dad move so much. Kid is a stud.
If you have lengthy levers, compared to you opponent, the rise is critical. If you don't, you must exert sufficient side and back pressure to mitigate. Contrasting styles make the best fights and afford the greatest unpredictability in arm wrestling clashes.
This is like the hardest lift to keep the knuckle high. Not sure how much Levan can do with this lift
Carolina vs Rebecca perfect exhibition of high hand in action
I’m doing this with 20# 😅. He’s such a beast
Hello devon sir 🙏🏿
Best wishes from India 🇮🇳. ❤
Is there a video of Devon tying the strap?
I like using the ninja belt for training. Very versatile.
I see im learning.
One of the strongest man in the world.
As much I love Devon I still don’t know if he has a chance against Ermes I hope I’m wrong but let’s see
