Except for the clown in the cape this was worth watching. The plots of both episodes were interesting; kudos to the scriptwriters!

Good job. Just before the federation ship Israel fires photon torpedo's I would add "automatic shields just snapped on". Because 2 torpedo hits without shields could blow up the ship. And 2 torpedo hits with shields up could still disable the warp drive. Great job on the animation.

These are great, a wonderful tribute to TAS, and excellent in their own right as well!
Animation matches the style of the original animated series, unfortunately the sound is scratchy and has high end hissing. But other than that definitely watchable.

Tried watching this, but the audio is so bad, it was irritating and gave a headache. Should try to clean it up and make it decent audio.
Agreed, audio is horrible, couldn't watch because of it.
Love the technique you used to recreate the Filmation style. Looks like just some slow and careful use of Photoshop to capture and gently edit each frame.

The first episode leaves you hanging in the air, but I think I figured out what the alien technology must have been for. Possession. To help a long-extinct race(apparently adapted to different temperatures than us) live again, if only in the bodies of others.

I know for copyright reasons you couldn't use the Star Trek anime theme, but it would've been better music. Other then that, this was nicely done with the animation and unique drawing of your captain. Did James Montgomery of Mr. Scott have a son? That has to be the son's voice for Mr. Scott.

Does anybody know why there are so many star fleet badges , ...
Used to be each ship had their own badge. The arrowhead is properly the badge of the TOS USS Enterprise and only the TOS USS Enterprise. They shouldn't be using it for the show Enterprise nor Discovery.
They came up with some cockamamie excuse for "honoring the memory" of Kirk's Enterprise as for the reason TNG+ is now using it.
It's sad you don't know that. I wish Starfleet had continued individual insignia into the Comm badge era.

@@snate56 Not entirely. The ENTERPRISE arrowhead became the symbol of Starfleet around the time of Star Trek: the Motion Picture. The reasoning was the same as you stated, though, honoring Kirk's mission. By the time of Star Trek II, all officers wore the arrowhead as the Starfleet badge, from the cadets to the officers on the RELIANT.
And I agree that using the arrowhead in DISCOVERY is BS. Apparently, CBS found a production memo from the TOS that said all ships' crew should have the arrowhead on their tunics regardless of ship but that was ignored by costumers. This memo doesn't have a date on it, tho.

Man, you guys went overboard with trying to make the sound authentic 1960s. It's so bad it interferes with the enjoyment of the show. The original TAS sound isn't anywhere as bad as this.

I think that there are two people that you and your crew should consider working with on UA-cam to make either more Star Trek: The Animated Series, or Star Trek: The Next Generation: The Animated Series episodes. I think that their names are CHDanhauser and Gazelle Automations, respectively.
