The Best thing about his videos is that he not only shares valuable information but also it’s like he is talking to us directly and that puts his videos way above any other video available.

I've been working out for years now (not a bodybuilder by any means) , but I just wanted to vouch for the training split Jay has mentioned Shoulders, Legs, Rest, Chest, Arms, Back and how beneficial it has been in just a matter of weeks for me. I'm an avid follower of this channel and will continue to benefit from the helpful tips and experience. Thanks Dave also for being so loyal and following Jay wherever he goes!

Hey Jay, Man you are such an inspiration to me. I actually met you in Panama City Fl. about 15 years ago when you were in town as a guest poser for our local bodybuilding competition. I'm now 70 years old and back at the gym with my doctors OK after suffering a stroke about 10 months ago. I'm now pretty much back to normal. I recently discovered your Utube channel and watch it often. Thanks for the tips about training and diet. I incorporate them little by little in my workout schedule and diet. I believe they are very beneficial and helpful. thanks again!

In high school we had the weightlifting team coached by coach Bradford who taught us the importance of what Jay shared in this video .
    I’m 2 months older than Jay 214 lbs dressed , 203-4 lbs undressed .
My whole life was spent on and off in gyms since high school , I’ve gotten back in it 4 weeks ago today . Taking 50 mill of anadrol the first 3-5 days then upping to 100 mgs. Taking testo along with at 49 and having some body fat around the mid it’s been hard going eating as much as 4-5 meals a day ( not for completion but because I’ll be 50 in June and want to just blow family and friends away on that day .
I wanted to say how much the videos mean , I sent for some cutler athletics shirts and when I got them Jay sent signed stickers and a avail sample . Jay is the most humblest guy talks with out the F bombs , and I’ve followed ya since high school . Just great that your inspiration has led me to get back in after 10 years out and I’m freaking loving it ! Thanks Jay !

Jay, I’m a little confused by what you said about working 1 body part per day. Perhaps others have already asked this question, but I really like the idea of 1 body part per day and it has been working well for me ever since you mentioned this. My energy levels are high from the beginning to end of my session and my muscles are sore every time which to me is a good indication that I’m doing it right. My muscles have responded well and I’m excited to see great results. Well in this same video you also mention grouping back, shoulders, and chest in the same day.? I’m honestly not trying to be a smart ass, but how is that 1 body part per day? I’m just a little confused but in the mean time I’ll keep focusing on one muscle group per day and looking forward to every work out. Nothing but respect for you bro thanks for all that you do!

What a qualitative content! Thanks a lot for this awesome stuff! Jay, two questions from me if you don't mind.
    1. You said a man needs to figure himself what's best for him. What are the markers to understand that it works better for me if I have more than 5 years of experience? After what term the current training plan can be considered as not effective and major issues need to be changed?
    2. What are your thoughts on progressive overload for natural athletes? What's the best way to implement it? Is it of vital importance to increase weights, sets and reps if you train without juice? For example, you said you recommend 30 sets for back. Have you always used this amount of sets or you started with 10 and gradually increased to 30? You said you had always trained within 10-12 reps not caring about the weights. What if an athlete do 30 sets for a bodypart for 5 years and the weights are almost the same? Meaning progressive overload will be not implemented but the total amount of sets would be maximal for an athlete.
