Jay was always sensible with how he went about his training/lifestyle. That's why today he is functioning well and is in stable health, no heart attacks or stiffness in his body. Compared to Ronnie, who took things to the extreme, and is now unfortunately in hell with a multitude of physical issues. I think I will follow Jay's example and always exercise caution when going about my training/lifestyle choices.

It's amazing how fast you changed from five years ago I watched you from 2013 training chest workout and now you're doing this diet routine and now you have so much more hair back in 2013. Sorry I noticed I'm losing my hair too.
I like to apples and cinnamon alone Quaker Oatmeal I would eat that for years I don't care about the sugar it has it does have sugar but I'm not getting up and strutting my stuff on stage
This is why so few people are successful. We lack discipline. Cutler is so disciplined hence successful.
