I’m in college and recently was struggling with my mental health, I’ve been doing very little amounts of running per week over the past 3 months ever since I slowed down. I want to get back into running but am scared of being so out of shape. This definitely helps, but after how long of consistency will I feel back in shape again? I just want to be back where I was three months ago
