I think what is meant is to draw lines that are parallel and with a very little distance to each other defining the shape instead of single lines as we see it when we just construct the geometric patterns with simple fine lines. What I think Samat means would give the lines a shape themselves as we see it in some structures and then the lines can interlace with each other. I hope you understand what I mean. :)

Your videos have really helped me appreciate each pattern a lot more and assess the inner symmetry better. Could you shed some light on the principles that are the foundations for all patterns? That is to say how the great masters must have arrived at these patterns. السلام عليكم عزيزي خالد تثخين او اضافة عرض للخط ليست من صلب رسم التركيب ولا توجد طريقة من ضمن رسم التركيب تضيف سمك او عرض للخطوط ولا بد من اضافة الخطوط يدويا علما بان اضافة سمك او عرض للخط يختلف حسب ما يتطلبه العمل على سبيل المثال لو كان العمل كبير الحجم فمن الممكن اضافة عرض سنتمتر او اثنين على جوانب الخط وان كان العمل صغير فان الاضافة تكون صغيرة بالطبع هناك برامج مثل الاوتوكاد يسهل العملية ان كانت لك خبرة في برنامج الاوتوكاد وشكرا
وعليكم السلام رأيت في أحد المقاطع على اليوتيوب المزخرف قاس ما بين نقطتين ثم قسم على رقم فأنتج قيمة سماكة الخط -- فاستنتجت انا أنها قد تكون نسبة تكون بين سماكة الخط وحجم العمل
