Today I only got to the part where downdog to cobra begins, but I feel my body needs a break. I've been having 2 very awful days where I don't understand what hit me, but I've been feeling incredibly fatigued, anxious and in pain. Today I convinced myself to exercise and I feel like I finally got control over my mind back again. And so far the explanation was totally fine, I need to concentrate a lot during the exercises so I don't mind the way you did them.
Thank you Ann! I'm glad you enjoyed the class and decided to take a break when you reached a point that felt like enough. Especially when we are working to pull ourselves out of a low vibration, it's super important to take it slowly, so that we don't risk to over-do it and make things worse. One step at a time! Just keep getting back on the mat and certainly you will find each day gets easier 💗
Nice one again. I did the easier stances and lower numbers I can feel it today. Especially the leg lifts. Man you'd have to be a master to handle the full practice, 😂
Yeah some of these practices can get pretty full on! Though, I think you'd be surprised at how quickly you can adapt to them with a few repeat experiences 😘

The only thing lacking sometimes during the practice was your magical voice & mesmerising words…which are the key part of all your practices. Next time you might want to pre-record some words for those parts where it’s only longer repetition of breathing. 👌🏻🙏🏻😇🤍🖤
