If you wanna kick up your any soup recipe up a notch add stock to your soup. It really beats the heck out of plain old water. There’s so many beautiful stocks out there. Mushroom tomato, chicken, beef vegetable. They’re all good.

Hey can i use maida instead of cornstarch?

cornstarch gives a silky texture while thickening. Maida might work (idk) but would likely just thicken and not give the texture one expects for this soup.
