Wow!!! Your design is so clean! I’ve been playing around with a few designs of my own and yours is far superior- hidden locking mechanisms, enclosed space for dust control, sleek planer lift…!!! Thanks you for sharing this!👏👏👏🤩
I like this idea, but for my pizza oven, i can roll it into my back deck and back inside the house when not in use. A couple of mods to outside will make lt look a regular roll cabinet. Thanks for the idea.
My favorite part of this build is that it includes a door that will prevent sawdust from getting into the tool underneath. That and it looks much more stable than those that are using a pin or latch to hold the platform in the locked position.
Excellent job.I really like your design. And you get right to the point of building. Ive been woodworking for years. You are very good my friend.New subscriber here! Thanks for the video.
Nice design! Despite appearances yours is dual purpose, it just has a useful table surface one side. I'm not blessed with as much floor space so mine will have to accommodate two and maybe three tools on one cart (two smallish tools on one side). Better weight distribution that way, too. I like the locking table idea but will probably go with DIY retracting casters to avoid cart creep. Thanks!
Does the big blue box home improvement store sell fix this build that nails? I’m still having trouble finding me nails too. Should I look for you nails instead?
Nice planer stand build.....I love that over the top push stick, going to see if you have a video on that. BTW, I don't have a CNC machine, not do I think I could build one myself. Would you be available next year to come build one for me. I have $$$...lol
For the love of humanity, bring back the sandals, we don't care how cold it is up there.......slow your rolls, we actually like to see your work as much as those beloved sandals! Voice over was good though.
I don't understand why you watch a channel labeled "DIY Builds" & expect a "pre-made" anything, but you entitled to your opinion. As an old college professor once said to me, "you have a right to disagree, because everyone has the right to be wrong."

very good idea make point of swing off set as this makes it possible to push open gaps closure together.. first i am seeing this done👍👍👍
Late to the party but this came out really good, love the idea of the little pieces to stop it on the door & back
I like the way this becomes multi use. It's a great solution for limited space.
This is genius. I like this design over any other flip top carts I’ve seen.
You're right this is a new concept for a flip top Nice clean lines, like your assistant he's going places
Best design on the flip and locking mechanisms I've seen... bravo !
Thanks. Share it with your friends ;)
That is my favorite flip top cart!!!!!
1:04 😂😂 Cool build and nice design iteration on a great shop project!
Thanks me ;)
Well done. Merry Christmas.
Very creative version of a flip top, well done!!!
NICE BUILD, AND GREAT DESIGN.
Marry Christmas!!
One of the best flip cart builds I have seen yet.
Awesome idea !!
Very nice!
Really cool build. Thanks, and really appreciate the free plans you make available.
I am getting frustrated trying to get the the free plans! I will try tomorrow. I think the bench is one of the best designs I have seen!
Merry Christmas and best wishes to you and your family and prayers for a happier and healthier new year.....eh!
Nice as is cutomary for you. Happy New Year sir.

Perfect for me! Can I see the planer bed you made? I have a craftsman planer and the bed extensions broke.
Its just the 2 edge pieces with a notch in the middle and the surface piece connects them. Nothing special but works.
Interesting project! Loved the flipping method :-)
Merry Christmas!
"Shooting blind.." you might regret that 😉
Awesome build. Now we'll see you next year?
Pretty fantastic work, dude! 😃
Looks and works nicely!
Merry Christmas! Have a fantastic 2021! And stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
3:02 Wait... what kind of nails? I've never heard of those.
ha ha, you said "unit"
LOVE this channel - keep up the good work :)
Your funny but a good builder
Flip top was the best thing I made for my shop. My DW735 is hard on my arthritic back. Nice AVE reference fack.
I have nothing to say really, but I appreciate your content, and wish to help with the yt-algorithms.

Do you have a website with the instructions and supplies?

Is there enough clearance between the planer (when flipped down) and rotating it closed, to have a drawer on the bottom?
Maybe
I was trying to get the free plans, but I need help finding them. Thanks
My site under plans then shop project plans
Thank very much.@@DIYBuilds
Do you have a new link for your website? The one here does not work.
Just tried it... it works.
Unlocking those casters might be difficult in your safety sandals.
In all seriousness: nice job! And thanks for the Christmas present.
Thanks. And your not wrong lol. I have to unlock by hand.
@@DIYBuilds you don't have a design for "DIY Kickplate Steel Toe Sandals" yet?
"Two inch me nails". I was like wait...wut...oh, yeah. Funniest builder on the interwebs. Merry Christmas
@1:20 Wait a sec... What are brad nails...?
Hi. Comment not workshop tool related, just a thought. Diy telescope for kids to look at stars. See people use plywood for frames and boxes.
Actually lol at the f word being cut off amazingly in that edit
No DIY Builds sticker - Incomplete!
He only stickers "sandals inspired builds"
Looks great man! What's up with the child labor? Haha!
Merry
"Warped Plywood Persuasion" not the worst band name I've heard
I know you sport the "safety sandals".. but is that a "safety swimsuit"? Hachi machi!!
You know it baby
Nice locking mechanism. You're about 3 videos too late for me. Haha. I'll plod on as about everyone else does theirs.

Ohh man watch the zero clearance insert video. Its chalked full of sandal shots
@@DIYBuilds I watched it twice, but the increasingly interesting topic is going on below between topper & I
